I took the online quiz to figure out what supplements I might need for my BF journey. I took Dairy Duchess, emergency brownies, & the drinks (Lemoonade is the best). Within a few days I already saw an increase in pumping AFTER I nursed baby. Started a small stash for when I go back to work. Everything is super tasty so it’s not a chore to get my milk up. Overall love this line!

My third try with a supplement company and honestly it was going to be the last no matter the result. I was so frustrated with my milk supply. I was making lactation treats. Using Powders mixed with drinks and seeing nothing for weeks. Took the first dose of Leche and started leaking 30 minutes later. Now I’ve not noticed a huge difference like some people. It’s not doubled by any means. But the quality and quantity have gone up enough to definitely notice. I’m getting better and more milk each time. Thank you from this mama.

I really admire this company. After placing my first order, I was offered a free 30-minute consultation with a certified lactation consultant. I figured it would be a one off thing and then I would have to pay for the service going forward. Since I was looking for a lactation consultant anyway, I decided to go for it. It turns out that Milky Mama will pay for me to keep working with the consultant for a whole month! And all I did was spend $100. This feels almost over the top generous, but it definitely has created loyalty. I will definitely keep ordering from them though as long as Im breastfeeding/pumping.

Milky mama not only offers safe supplements to help with the supply, but the support they give breastfeeding/pumping moms is awesome. They could try pushing their supplements on you more, but instead they don’t recommend the supplements before your supply is established. It’s really apparent the owner is there to help!

I think, like a lot of women, I was skeptical of how well these products worked. But when I went back to work and my supply dropped to just 2 oz per pumping session (no where near enough to feed my daughter) I was desperately searching for anything to help. I power pumped, I did warm compresses, I massaged before I pumped. But I was anxious and frustrated and that was making it worse. Milky Momma saved me emotionally and mentally and Im so grateful.I wish the products worked a bit faster but I know that every body is different so I cant take that to heart. I saw an increase in my supply in a week (I got back to getting about 4.5 oz per pumping session!) and even before that saw my milk get creamier - my baby was fuller faster! I definitely recommend, if not for anything to see a slight change makes you relax and produce better!I ordered the oatmeal chocolate chip lactation cookies, emergency brownies, lemoonade and milky melon drinks. My favorite were the cookies and the melon drink; both were VERY delicious. The others were good too but the emergency brownies were very potent and rich and Im not one for rich chocolate; and the lemoonade was yummy I just liked the melon better!

I am not very impressed with this company! Why sell EMERGENCY brownies if they arent going to be shipped to you in a timely manner? This is day 6 that my order is still processed! By the time I get the brownies they are either going to be moldy, hard as a rock or rotten. I am currently experiencing a lack in breastfeeding and really wanted to put my trust in a company that would be there for Moms and be reliable. Total letdown (no pun intended🙄)

Very disappointed, never received my package. The customer service is very poor and unhelpful. When I contacted the company they told me I had to submit a claim with Fedex, since I did not purchase route insurance, and that was the end of it. Since when do I have to purchase insurance to make sure I receive my product? Will not order or recommend this company. When reading the reviews, several other reviews say they had the same issue. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before purchasing.

Im so happy I came here! My doctor recommended this place to help me with latching and to help my milk supply. As soon as I got there, the lactation consultants helped me with EVERYTHING! They helped me latch my daughter without pain (this was huge for me!) and they showed me how to tell if she was getting enough milk. Before milky mama I could barely pump .5-1oz COMBINED, and couldnt even use my hakka because I didnt leak and I was having to supplement with formula because I wasnt producing enough to satisfy my son, after 1 week taking lady leche and eating the emergency brownies, and power pumping 2× a day I can finally use my hakka (i got .5oz just from that) and Im pumping 1oz each side AFTER nursing and no more formula!!!!! I was literally about to give up on EBF but then I found MM! Thank you for giving me hope!!!!

This place is such a hidden treasure! My midwife told me about it once after I had my baby and I’ve been going ever since. The Monday group is so helpful and they let you drop in anytime for help. The products are tasty and helpful big thanks to all the help from their lactation consultants, I don’t need them (they actually refused to sell me some which was impressive). I found Milky Mama through an ad on Facebook and so glad I decided to try them out! I started with their sampler pack and almost immediately noticed how much richer my milk got! I had been taking a tea that claimed to increase production but I wasn’t able to pump any more than 1-2oz combined...that tea contained fenugreek, which I now learned that can be harmful to your supply! Milky Mama products are free from fenugreek, so that was another factor that led to me trying them out! I know have more than enough to feed and stash and so glad I gave them a try! Also they have an amazing community of moms just like me where we can share our concerns, achievements, and just about anything that we encounter on our breastfeeding journey! First order everything was good. I got the smaller sample box cookies were amazing!! I then decided to order the emergency brownies due to all of the reviews on the Instagram page. I didn’t like the brownies and they tasted gross. I asked for a refund and they will not refund my money. ( i did get a prompt response via email) I am now canceling my monthly subscription and will not recommend this to anyone due to poor customer service.

I ordered some cookies and brownies because my supply was taking a dip. I was so surprised at how delicious everything was. Within a few days I noticed my supply going up so I am really excited. The customer service is really good too, they answered all my pumping questions.

Honestly this company has changed my world!!! My milk is thinker, Im able to pump at work the amount my baby eats plus a little extra. I was hesitant for a while because Im really cheap but for those cheap mamas... worth every penny. I saw a difference within ONE day with the drops. I also went from my pumping sessions being half front suger milk/fatty and now itd 100%fatty yumminess for my little one!!!Only complaint is shipping was late. I think $8 is a lot for shipping so I expect it come on time.

The Lactation Consultants there are so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me with a great pumping schedule and helped me find out my right flange size. I came here to get some stuff for my wife and had no idea what to get. The staff here was very knowledgeable and helpful. They also talked to my wife over the phone and gave her some advice on how to help feed the baby. My wife loved the stuff and may baby is well fed.

Be careful when ordering and read everything. I should have known something was up. I been on there site just looking and reading for over 7 months. No updates on reviews, I couldn’t even add a review if I wanted.The brownies didn’t work for me, when I got them, all they did was engorging my Breast so then I decided not to give up and went for cookies. They worked for a second then just stop. So I wasted money but went ahead on and just bought products to make something my own that I do smoothies with. Also shipping sucks, always got my products late. They do mean it when they say once it leave there hands they aren’t going to do anything. So I’m currently waiting on a package that may and may not come. They tasted good, like really want to sit and watch your favorite show and eat the whole box but not worth all the trouble to me. Maybe I’ll try drops next time. Also milk never increased but once and I had to engore in order too.

Ive had great customer service both times I shopped with them. I live close to one of their physical locations so I didnt have to fight with shipping as some other people did.I got lady leche and milky maiden and theyve been great for a couple of months. Im nearly done with both, but suddenly, every time I try and take the drops, it irritates my throat so badly that I spend the next ten minutes coughing so hard I gag. I know it sounds like Im exaggerating, but Im not. Im throwing the rest of the bottles out.The brownies and cookies were ok. The brownies were pretty dry and bland, but the caramel cookies were actually really good.These supplements didnt seem to work any better than other ones on the market, but I tried them thinking they would make taking supplements more enjoyable. The food stuffs are better than the drops, but Ill just stick to taking capsules.

This companys entire marketing plan is to target new mothers who dont know how lactation supply works, and claim their extremely over priced cookies are the answer to producing more milk. This is the equivalent to claiming a pill will make you lose weight.They taking advantage of women in a vulnerable state.Save your money and pump (increase demand on body) and your body will respond and increase supply.

Received the emergency brownies, placed them in the freezer as instructed within 2 wks but when I took them out 3 months later, 5 were moldy. They probably were already moldy when I put them in the freezer I just didn’t notice it. Went back and forth with their customer service and they are a firm No on replacing the cookies. This stuff is not cheap. And I didn’t notice any change in my milk supply with taking them. You are much better off buying your own brewers yeast, moringa and goat rue and adding them to whatever foods you want.

I have been using Milky Mama products since after the birth of my third child in 2017. I was getting discouraged with breastfeeding because I wasn’t producing enough. I wanted to be successful this go around, since my first two babies I didn’t breastfeed as long as I wanted. I stumbled upon this gem and the Milky Mama Lactation Support group. I learned so much about my body and baby and the changes we were both going through during our breastfeeding journey. I ordered the emergency brownies and as soon as I got them I tried it and they were delicious! It didn’t take long for me to see results(I typically react quickly) and the next day I was almost engorged. I learned how to empty my breasts and feed effectively. Now I’m on baby #4 and with everything I learned, I have a freezer full of milk and am able to breastfeed with zero supplementation. I’m still ordering the treats and herbal supplements and they continue to help. I’m so thankful for these products and the support group.

I got a sampler pack and 2 of the herbal supplements(lady leche and dairy dutchess) and love them. They have definitely helped me pump more and keep my growing six month old satisfied. The cookies are my favorite. I also use one dropper full of each twice a day and have definitely noticed an increase in my supply. Waiting on another herbal and some emergency brownies to come and am so excited. I cant wait to visit the store when Im in California in Januar .

I have had a few orders from Milky Mamma. The first 2 were great experiences. Wonderful cookies and brownies. But the last order was a HUGE disappointment. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies I ordered were so dry I couldnt eat them. I even contacted customer service via email and have not received a response. I dont think Ill be buying anymore of their products. I understand a bad batch here and there but youd think that, given their prices, they would try to correct the problems. Any response would have been nice.

I will never shop here again. I recieved my items. They were completely destroyed nothing I was able to use. They basically told me too bad file a claim with your post office. Horrible customer service. Your items did not make it to me where I could use them. The drinks were unsealed! They should replace the items or refunded me my money! I ordered emergency brownies due to my supply dropping low on 11/6. Waited and waited. Nothing came in the mail. Called on 11/21. My order was an in store pick up order (I should’ve atleast gotten a call it was ready after 2 weeks) paid $7 to have it shipped. Waited for it to come in the mail. It’s now 12/11. I called and was told it was never sent. She didn’t give me a reason. “It just shows it was never sent”, never said sorry or issues any type of gift card/discount. I gladly accepted my $27 refund!!

You hear those rare stories about you eating something and than you find out that your baby is allergic to it cuz he’s getting it from your milk... that’s what happened with their lactation brownies! I had been eating them for two days when my son all of a sudden broke out in hives. I didn’t change anything with him, like laundry detergent, soaps, lotions, or foods. I was completely confused as to what was causing it. He had them for 3 days because I was still eating the brownies. When I didn’t have any brownies on Friday my sons hives slowly started going away but would only come back (not as bad) whenever I would feed him. That’s when it hit me that it was something in my milk and the only new thing I had been eating was the brownies. So I won’t be ordering them again. Oh and my milk supply barely went up... not enough for what the prices are if you ask me.

The treats did work for me, as much as they could at least. I really wish they had more information about conditions on why some womens milk may NEVER increase to meet a babies demands. Allow for some hope, but not to the point where a failed result is crushing.I have insufficient glandular tissue so it is quite literally impossible for me to produce enough milk for my baby. My only hope is to make the glads that do work overproduce, just to give my baby something.Not being able to breastfeed is OK. It does not make you a failure; It does not mean you have failed your child. Our bodies are different and I am just fortunate to be able to give my child the few ounces mine will allow.

Milky Mama seriously saved my supply. I thought I was going to have to put my baby on formula, but my doula told me about their lactation treats and Ive been using them ever since.

This company was referred to me after I had my twins. My twins are just about 5 months old. I placed my first order when they were a month and a half old because I was worried that I wasn’t getting enough milk in for them. My first order was great, the emergency brownies were thick, moist and very tasty! They worked great too. So I decided to order more and the next time try oatmeal cookies along with the regular brownies. The oatmeal cookies were sooo dry so I emailed to ask if that was the way they were supposed to be or if I had just gotten an old batch. It took a while for a response, but when I got one they sent 15% off my next order. I then ordered emergency brownies and had selected to auto ship. That’s when I started noticing issues with how long it took to ship and I started noticing that the brownies were getting thinner and thinner along with auto ship not shipping on time and then shipping two orders at once. It’s was kind of a mess. Because I knew they worked well I continued to order them, despite inconsistencies and not great customer service. This last order they had a 20% off your entire order so I ordered 4 boxes and I froze some which I had done once before. That was a mistake. The first box I opened the brownies were so thin you could hear a crack when you would break a piece off. They were so dry and even the second box that I took from the freezer was the same way. The squares are cut soooo uneven, one super big square and then one tiny one. They don’t taste the same at all and they aren’t fresh and gooey like they used to be which is a big disappointment since they worked so well. Sadly I won’t be ordering from here again, I found a different place that is very consistent and ship on time and the treats are the same each time. If I could figure out how to upload a picture I would show what they advertise vs what I received.

Ive ordered several times and have an autoship set up. This morning I received a email saying that my order was processing but no email ahead of time was sent to skip if I needed. Called in as soon as they opened and they said they wont cancel it even though I just received an email this morning that it is processing. I am low on funds and would have skipped this months order had I gotten a email ahead of time like in the past. The last email I had received before today was in August! I will not be ordering from this company again.

This company has terrible customer service so better hope you get what you want and there are no problems cause they wont do anything to resolve it. Oh and if you have any kind of allergy its probably best not to order anything because you cant read the ingredients list on their site. If you expect to get any kind of response from an email to them pass on that too cause theyll just ignore you.

I was looking for a way to increase my milk supply and a friend recommended Milky Mama. I’m so glad I listened to her because Milky Mama has helped so much! Plus they taste amazing!

Drove from San Diego to here and it was so worth the drive. The place smells soooo good, and the treats are sooo delicious, I cant wait to see the results. I hope you guys come to New York one day. California is only temporary for me ☹

ER brownies & la leche drops. Sorry to say but did not work for me. They taste great though.

After using lady leche and the emergency brownies for 5 days, my supply decreased from the 3-4 ounces a pump to 1 ounce is I’m lucky . So sad about it.

This place is so wonderful. It smell so wonderful. The customer service was wonderful. The cookie was so moist and yummy.

I havent been there but the treats are delicious i cant wait to see how much more Milk i produce today is the first day.

The products work. 100%. I ordered the vanilla latte, emergency brownies and lady leche. That combination has significantly increased my supply and we are sleeping through the night again!I took a star away for shipping. What. A. Nightmare.I ordered on September 2nd. My card was charged Sept. 3rd, didnt receive an email for order confirmation or shipping. After 10 days, I emailed and didnt receive any help. The box finally arrived on the 15th, and on that day, they replied to my email. So, other than it taking, what felt like forever as I was losing my supply, the products were good and effective.

I ordered the emergency brownies. I had the flu and had a huge drop in supply. I was hoping these brownies would save my supply! They didnt come for FOUR WEEKS. A product titled EMERGENCY brownies took four weeks. They didnt show me the fact that they originally would take 5-7 days to ship until AFTER I ordered to begin with and I had I have know it would be 7 days I wouldnt have ordered to begin with.... I contacted milky mama, twice before I even got a response of any kind. When they did respond, all they offered was 25% ANOTHER order which Im so not intrested in at this point. They also were not what I would consider polite about the situation. For what its worth I also didnt love the taste of the brownies. They were okay at best. The brownies also did nothing for me. I am super, super disappointed overall, but mostly Im very disappointed with the very poor costumer service. I will be using Legendairy Milk from now on if anyone else wants to look into a better company.

Their emergency brownies are amazing and work wonders! And they have the absolute best customer service!

This company is a joke.Their sole purpose is helping mothers with lactation, and here I am 17 days after making an order with nothing delivered, only to find that my delivery is now planned for the wrong state. The customer service is disappointing and unhelpful. Ive communicated with someone via email who is unapologetic and doesnt offer any rectification. I guess I shouldnt expect more from a company who uses emojis in their emails in lieu of actual words. Disappointed is an understatement.

I have ordered from their website a few times now. The first time I did, my order didn’t go through, but my credit card was charged twice. I emailed customer service and 3 days later I had not heard back. I went to their Facebook and shared my concern there, where my comment was deleted. I did not worry too much about that because i noticed that the authorizations dropped off my credit card. I went ahead and placed an order of emergency brownies and lemonade and I did feel like they helped my supply, but not by much. I ordered a few more times and the most recent time I noticed that some of their prices went up. I again shared my concern on Facebook and my comment was again deleted. Rather than addressing my concern, this company deletes the evidence of an unsatisdfied customer. No wonder the reviews on Facebook and their website are so great. Pros: products taste really good. Cons: prices, length of time it takes to receive products, customer service, they don’t help my supply much.

My supply dropped and I accidentally left my pumped milk on the counter overnight (tired mama) so I had to throw it away. At 2 in the morning I was searching and found Milky Mama and saw they had a store near me. I called first thing in the morning to make sure they had the emergency brownies. They told me they would be getting a shipment today and to call back before they close. I called an hour before closing and was told by another person that they wouldnt be getting any today and it wouldnt be in until Friday (3 days from now). For the mere fact that they are called EMERGENCY brownies should tell them that people who request them are in dire situations. Im disgusted that I waited for this shipment that was probably never going to come and now I have to resume my search after relying on false information. I saw the bad customer service reviews but I tried anyway. My money and business will go elsewhere.
