I’m on vacation and I needed a set of acoustic guitar strings. I used Google Maps to search for a music store in Rancho Cucamonga [California]. It returned several places including branches of 2 national chains. Instead I selected Hi-Line because they already had some positive reviews and I prefer using local businesses. They had exactly what I wanted. The people were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was in a hurry, so I couldn’t stick around and browse, but it looks like an interesting store. I’ll check it out the next time I’m in town.

Very good experience here. Brought my guitar in for repairs, they explained everything that was wrong and even pointed out some other issues. Definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Pete Gamber isnt just the best saxophone teacher, he is the best of all and any type of teacher!! He is so cool, nice, professional, passionate and enthusiast !!! I showed up with a PLASTIC SAXOPHONE ( J Sax), he figuered it all out and tought me on it. In fact at one point I was going to give up the plastic sax, but he said that we could do it and so we did !! everybody else there is very nice too. I HIGHLY recommend Pete. Oh, and he was very open and more than resoanble with changing schedules, even with short notices. THANKS A LOT PETE !! YOURE AWESOME !!!!

Excellent store with amazing customer service to match. When the other Big music stores couldn’t help me with my music needs this store was able to save the day. Not only did they have the part i needed but their tech was thorough and ensured i had everything i needed before i left the store. I wish i was closer to buy more stuff from them. Please if you live nearby before going to the other big stores consider hi line for any of your musical needs. You wont regret it

Need a minor repair on the instrument on loan from the school district. They made the repair and offered advice about keeping the instrument in good repair. Friendly and helpful.

Good collection of guitars.

We enrolled my niece for 5 ( 30 minutes) piano lesson for $125.On the night of the 5th lesson my niece got fever. I requested to reschedule the session for the following Sat. which happened to be today, Feb. 1. Jacob said that he requires 24 hrs. notice for rescheduling.How will I know that my niece will have fever that night? And he said that today is another month, so we have to pay.But how about the receipt that says 5 piano lessons?? This school is just talk and money. NO To Hi- Money Music School.!!! NEVER!!

So happy to be part of this teaching staff. Its friendly to parents and students. All the teachers here are friendly and great. A really great place to learn to play an instrument for all ages.
