You just cant get customer service like this any more. For years Linda was my go to person once she retired I thought... oh no, it wont be the same... Not so! Now I call Hoppers and just ask for Ray instead and I get the same wonderful customer service we have received for years and years. And every time Ive shopped around the prices and quality are better than anywhere else. Thanks!!!

Mark was a big help finding the right desk for my office. They even delivered it the next day. Their delivery workers were also super friendly. All in all it was a great experience.

Overwhelmed by selections

Hoppers Office and Drafting Furniture has spectacular service. We came into the store looking for a chair for our office and one to be repaired. The selection of used and new office furniture is so large we were a little overwhelmed with the great selection. We ended up finding the perfect chair and while we were looking Mark fixed our broken one. We will never go anywhere else. Marks knowledge in furniture is second to none, he was a huge help!

The worst place ever. They are way over priced if you compare to the same furniture somewhere else. You can get the same Mavrik furniture almost half price from the competitor same exact quality and same exact manufacturer with the same warranty. Their sales people are nothing but scam artists that they tell you bunch of BS once you confront them that the same chair is in office depo with almost half the price. They will tell you bunch of stuff like the look and the manufacturer is the same but the quality is different. Nothing but lies .Dont trust them . Dont give them your money. I wish if I can give them less than one star. They dont even take a corrective action when they come aware of a issue they have. Instead they tell you more lies and bunch of nonsense

The new office furniture prices where very competitive. Delivery was within one day. The men that put the furniture together were very nice, quiet and fast!

After spending $100,000 to replace office furniture, I expected a lot more. Several missing pieces and wrong colored pieces of furniture. The sales consultant came out and took measurements of all the offices and we trusted his judgment, the work areas are not practical or useful. The assemblers left small packaging debris in every office, so we had to vacuum after each office was complete. Still waiting for a good experience with this company. We will see how long it takes for the project to be completed. (modified 7/3/14) When the customer calls and tells you we need to fix the problem and exactly what to order, dont tell him it wont work unless you are willing to get up from behind your desk and come look at the job site. We ordered furniture for 11 offices and 4 cubicles, only 5 offices are complete. Cubicles are missing all drawers and wrong color, so we cannot run electrical through them until correct parts arrive (useless without power), 1 office has no furniture, 1 office requires locks in the file cabinets (no cylinders installed, useless) and 4 offices which had desk now have a piece of wood attached to the wall (looks like and ironing board, again useless.) Definitely would check into other options before using this company.
