First time using Apria for medical equipment and let me say it has been the most frustrating experience. Customer service is clueless ! Faxed over documents numerous times only to hear we never received it or it’s incorrect whe in fact it’s NOT ! Even the hospital case workers sent over the approvals and we got nowhere with this place . The staff needed to be trainedProperly and shown how to maneuver and locate files . Seems like a bunch too f high schoolers are running the joint and it’s not a pleasant experience!! Honestly if we didn’t have to we would never use them again and I will totally spread the word !

This is the most absolute Worst service I have ever experienced, everything is wait, after you wait the line drops, after 15 minutes of waiting, you call back to the same wait forever, to be drop again, you literally have to lie to the automatic phone prompt, to be dropped again.

I wish they had a minus option. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had, and that speaks a lot given I have worked in the customer service industry for over 22 years! Their departments are not connecting so when you transfer you have to provide info all over again, I have spent hours on phone trying to get incorrect shipments and billing resolved. I begged by my doctor to get me a new provider, Verus, and have had no further issues. Horrible company!!!

Run from this company. Absolutely horrendous experience today and yesterday, 04/18 and 04/19. My grandmother is in critical condition and cannot breathe without her bipap and constant oxygen support. My grandmothers BiPAP machine stopped working so we called in to have a tech come look at it and replace it at 7 PM. Was told somebody would come at 9 PM, and nobody showed. Called at 9:30 PM, and was told their systems were down and that they have no idea whats going on but to hang up the phone and just wait for somebody to call. Called again at 10 PM, was told the exact same thing and no progress towards a resolution. Called again at 10:30 PM and was told that somebody is scheduled to give us a call to come out and look at it. 3 AM rolls around and nobody ended up coming. For a company that provides a life line to some people, we experienced complete negligence. My grandmother has COPD and congestive heart failure, and over 15 hours later we still have no answers. Ask your provider for somebody else, this company clearly does not care peoples lives are on the line.

My mom has Kaiser, so this place was our not our choice. An unannounced delivery for a hospital bed was attempted, but we had to reschedule since we hadnt made room for the bed yet. Then they failed to deliver when we rescheduled and lied about attempting a 2nd delivery. The guy on the phone was utterly rude. When confirming a call back number he would not listen to the fact that I was calling from my cell phone and not my moms home phone, he instead raised his voice and kept repeating my moms home phone number. I realized there was no use arguing with crazy and just agreed. Were now waiting on a delivery window from 7pm-10:15pm. This has been a difficult time for us, and this type of customer service is disappointing and frustrating. Just another prime example of how our healthcare fails us.

They give you the runaround then charge when they should not. They also dont include any invoices in deliveries, which is really a pain when they have different subsidiaries that arent recognized by FSA plans. Its a real mess.

Lost a family member and called 4 times for equipment pick up. They set 4 appts and never showed as of today.This is the last thing you need when your unable to make funeral arrangements while your stock in 4 hour no show windows waiting on Apria to do their job.

Ha! Guess I am not the only one frustrated by Apria. They can’t find a order and all they have for you is oh well try calling your provider. You call your provider, they say they have done their part, call Apria and wait on hold for 20 minutes to be told the order isn’t there and they can’t do anything. Like really!? You can’t verify with the provider any information I am telling you? Then the customer service rep hung up on me when I am asking her what she can do to actually help the situation. Her response is “nothing.” Making a customer call back and forth between providers is absolutely ridiculous.

I have been with Apria since October and sending my payment every month. None of my statements ever said I was past due. Today August 14 they called for a payment to bring my account current. I told them that I mailed a check and the acknowledged that they had received this months payment but still insisted that I was behind a month. How could I owe two payments if I had paid every month and have never had a past due amount. I need the oxygen machine so this month I had to pay twice for the privilege of breathing. This company really has you over a barrel. I would give them a minus 5 if I could.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They delivered equipment to our home which we never ordered (I am not sure how they got our address.) Both my wife and I are now being harassed by this company to pay for a device which we already returned to their Rancho Cucamonga facility. I would never do business with them and never wanted to in the first place! Sent multiple emails to their support team and never received a response. Have been told on the phone that our balance was cancelled, yet we received a new bill in the mail today for almost $160. What a scam!

Customer Service called me to confirm that my Machine is Calibrated & Ready for Pickup. They also made it clear over the phone that I could come between 1pm and 5pm and that there would be no Co-Payment.Arrived at 3:45pm and the ReceptionistTells me...They Dont have the Machine.Technician took the Rest of the Day Off.Schedule an Appointment between 10am and 12 noon but then there are no available times. Machine will cost $140/month to rent and my Insurance only pays 50%. (Not True)What a total let down with no solution...

Waited 2 days for my dads wheelchair and bed to be delivered. This is ridiculous. We cant even bring him home from the rehabilitation center until we get it. Was supposed to be here Saturday. It is now Wednesday and we were given a window from 10:45 to 2:45 it is now after 3 and no update on the status of his delivery. Horrible customer service!!!!

Is there a lower score than 1?? The person on the phone was an idiot!! I was told yesterday that I would have equipment exchanged after 5pm today. Last night I received an automated call to verify my appointment for next Monday. Today I call and tell the representative the issue and he says that I’m on the schedule for after 3:30pm. I told him yesterday I made arrangements for delivery after 5pm today since I would not be home. This seemed to have created a major issue in correcting this problem. He kept me on the phone for a long time while he mumbled away, then asked for my birthday and name. Maybe a little more training perhaps would correct this situation.

This place is a joke.. must employ nothing but dummies that dont take this job serious..I was given a widow of delivery 12pm -4pm.. gave them call at 4:35pm to see whats going on with my delivery they told me they were running late so will arrive in 20min..6:20 PM call back and after they took my info was placed on hold for 40 min.. hung up and called back.. now they tell me they came and no one was home when Ive been home all day waiting for my delivery.. Im furious.

Received my nebulizer through their Rancho Cucamonga location. I was a walk in, lady behind counter was nice and processed my order. A gentleman came out and gave me a quick demonstration of how to properly use my nebulizer. Unfortunately Im not good with names but I am happy with the service I received.

I have had Apria for some time now and my last four visits with oxygen delivery I have had one of the best drivers I have to say he is one of the very best driver that I ever had I want to tell him what a beautiful driver he is did a great job each and every time he came here.

Now I can understand why Apria gets less than 2 stars. Trying to reach Apria by telephone is a real fuster cluck.. I am with Kaiser so I am pretty much stuck with Apria crappy service. I will complain to Kaiser Membership, but I doubt any good will come of it.

Absolutely ridiculous! The most disorganized AND unethical business I have ever encountered. Took them six months to finally tell me to return a wheelchair that I never ordered to the Rancho Cucamonga office. I had arranged it to be picked up numerous times but the delivery department would cancel for numerous reasons. This was after waiting all day and them not showing with even a phone call. So I get the wheelchair to the Rancho Cucamonga office. Then the first thing the man at the window does is start laughing, mind you he has no idea who we are. He looks up the account finally after my brother asks why he is laughing, he provides no excuse. Then he states that my brother needs to take the wheelchair to the Riverside location even though my address is in Rancho Cucamonga. The directions from the customer service manager was to take it to Rancho Cucamonga. Then that forced us to leave the wheelchair in the lobby, take photos of the serial number and the wheelchair with the employee. Now keep in mind they wanted to charge me for the wheelchair $317, this was for a wheelchair that I didnt order, sign for, or need. I had been trying to get someone to pick it up for months and they kept dropping the ball every time. Every time I would call in, the employees were confused and just plain stupid. I dont know how they survive to be honest. It took over 2 hours to get the account straightened out and I still have to call back tomorrow to finish the paperwork. This all should have been handled at the office according to the billing manager, who said it was written on my account to be dropped off at the Rancho Cucamonga office. Use a different company, none of these employees have been polite, and one will say one thing and then even though its noted on the account, another will not uphold it.

Dont even waste your time with this place. The most unprofessional oxygen company ever in life. Theyre always late on deliveries or dont show at all (then lie and say they came), they reschedule deliveries without even telling you and then act like its your fault that you didnt get your oxygen, and Im not even going to get started about their customer support. All in all, if you want the worst service possible, that dont care about pateint lives at all, with half ass apologizes after another, then this place is for you. Otherwise, I would advise anyone stay far away from poor excuse of a company

Actually, I will give 0 star if I can to this company and his staff. My mothers in law needs a small sling to go with the Hoyer lift, but the company keep sending the wrong size, from XL to M(2X) then the small one but wrong style. My husband has to deal with people work at Apria, one person and another person never have the same answer. It is very frustrating. It has been 4 months and the problem has not been resolved.

Apria Healthcare is the worse company Ive ever done business with, I order a CPAP machine with a full mask, somehow they did not send me the mask, and when I call them they send me to their store in Rancho Cucamonga to pick up the mask, but their rep told me that they needed a prescription from my doctor, so I went back to my doctor and got a prescription, they also send Apria a copy, but after several months of waiting I contacted my insurance carrier who at the end, gave up, and referred me to another vendor SUPERCARE an amazing company, within one week I had an appointment with one of their facilities in City of Industry to fit me, and trained me in how to use and clean the machine, something that Apria didnt do; in fact, they just ship the unit to my house. Also, every time that I called I asked to speak to a supervisor who after reading all the notes will always apologize because they said that they failed to provide the mask. I filed a claim to my insurance carrier, but I count wait because Apria sent me to collections, so I ended up giving up and paying the $150.00 of monthly rental even though, I couldnt use the CPAP machine. Terrible company. Use this company SUPERCARE has the same equipment, but with better customer service and training.

Avoid this company at all costs.My 95-year-old mother has pneumonia and her doctor sent an order for oxygen to be delivered to her home Wednesday afternoon. They failed to deliver on day one, again on day two, showed up so late on day three it was impossible, promised delivery on day four (via robocalls) within an eight hour period. Then another robocall said delivery was delayed......it’s now late on day four, no oxygen, and no way to reach them. This company should be shut down.I’m expecting some roboresponse that they “value customers but can’t respond because of confidentiality.”That’s called “lying.”

The customer service is terrible, follow up is nil and the long hold time on every call is atrocious.Not only was the home oxygen equipment delivered faulty, it took Apria a week and a half to deliver the second set of equipment. The customer service rep didnt seem to care that the patient had no oxygen to transport her to the doctors appt. We offered to drive and pick up a spare tank after being promised delivery before the doc appt which didnt happen.The second equipment delivered is not working either. Called Apria 3 times, the first call dropped after 16.5 mins, second call, the rep lost the call, holding now for 22 mins on the third call and still listening to the recorded message.The patient could be dead by the time these people deliver.Awful, dreadful service. Would give them a zero star rating if it allowed me. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

BIG 0! I am SOOOO angry & unhappy with this f***ing coming! Were talking about life saving home healthcare! OXYGEN! Our doctor put ordef through on 6/8 and I found out the same day it was approved. I have called 3 times & get the Phillipines to get put on hold for a half hour while they call the local office. Still no help! This is beyond ridiculous!!!! They must have a lot of lawsuits.

Although it had been over a year since I was helped to get my proper CPAP equipment, the staff in Rancho Cucamonga were very kind, knowledgable, and professional. I had several choices of masks and equipment, and I believe Apria provided expert guidance in helpinge choose. The telephone followup for resupply is timely, and when I requested that a human being call me instead of a robot ordering computer, APria has been very accommodating. Apria is a very good outfit with good people.

My Drs Office VIDA MEDICAL - Fontana, sent my prescriptionfor a CPAP Machine, since I am suffering from sleep apneafor last twenty years. I have to use for life long (99). Terrible customer service Ive been doing business since 2015 and Ive call this place a few times to order cpap supplies and I get hung up on or terribly long wait times or they cant answer my questions but transfer me to some one else who supposedly can but They cant or take too long to do so.
