The lady cut my fabric into two yards instead of the other fabric I had the same fabric about 2 months ago.

This is an exceptional store and Ive visited many of them all over the US. The staff here are so accommodating and friendly! Clean and neat all the time.Use the coupons and you really save! This store has a Sewing Machine Vendor!!! They have good sales on machines.

The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. The store was really clean. The bathroom was also really clean. No smells, no sticky floors and everything was stocked (in the bathroom). They offer great sales but you have to pay attention. Some of the clearance prices are great, others not so much.I wish there was a way to have ALL of a certain type of crafting materials in the same place. Instead of having the exact same items at numerous locations throughout the store. And having some of those exact items on sale/clearance in one section and full price in another.Im sure theres a strategy but I just dont get it.Ill Def go here again.

I really love coming here. Most of the employees are really friendly and helpful. Today was an exception I need help finding a certain type of Fabric and ask an employee and her response was I really dont sew so you have to wait by the counter to ask a question. The counter had about 10 customers waiting for fabric to be cut I didnt want to have to wait in line to ask my question then wait in the same line for the fabric to be cut. Really disappointed with the service here today.

I shop mostly the fabric area......Always found a great choice, and good sales. I have made wedding attire with total purchases in one stop, as well as cushions, and other household needs. I find most of the salespeople, especially the cutters at the table in Fabrics, are quite helpful and will leave their post and lead you around, if not too busy. 😏 Once, I bought fabric online from a different online retailer.... was extremely disappointed at the quality of the fabric (speaking of a terry cloth in particular). It is best to be able to touch and feel! 😊

I have come here three times now and wont be coming back again. The employees are rude and make u feel unwelcome. You have to search the store to find someone to assist you and when you do they are too busy running around like zombies to tell u where anything is. I asked three different employees where contact paper or wall paper was and each of them told me something different. I looked online prior to coming in the store and it said it was available for both online and in store pick up. It takes me 45 mins to drive here so naturally I was frustrated with the false advertising and lack of costumer service available. I wont be wasting my time here again.

I like the fabrics but the choice of colors in silk, for instance, is very sparse.

Nice people, have Items similar to Michaels and Hobby lobby, plus fabrics and sewing supplies.

I like Joann because they have good sales, coupons and lots of different sewing and craft supplies. The employees Ive dealt with have been friendly and helpful. Ive gone to different Joann stores in different cities and theyre all pretty much the same. Like all big box stores, if youve been to one youve pretty much been to them all. If you want a small, unique, artsy boutique its not for you. If you want exclusive one-of-a-kind high end products its not for you.

Great customer service every time I visit this location. They are fully stocked in all departments and keep the store clean at all times. They have a nice variety of fabrics, interfacing, batting and supplies that keeps me returning. The floral and seasonal selection is excellent for anyone. They are a bit overpriced so make sure to purchase items when they are marked 40% off or use a coupon. They do take other craft and hobby store coupons.

I was a little disappointed by the staff. They stood around talking, not even greeting the customers. The lady at the fabric cutting station was very helpful. The cashier ladies were nice as well.

Clean store, helpful staff. Store seemed more geared for sewing, quilting etc., than other craft stores Ive been to in the valley.

This is a great place for arts and crafts. Right now they are letting in small amounts of people for social distancing. And everyone has to where masks. Which is ok with me!I have been doing art projects via messenger live with my 6yr old granddaughter. I came in for some ideas and supplies. The kids sections are pretty light with supplies due to everyone at home. But, for older kids and teens there is still plenty of things. I love this place!

I always have great experiences whenever I shop at this location. Corinne was especially helpful at checkout on Saturday. Great deals and staff are always friendly and assistive.

Hardly any customers but plenty of associates. Yet when you need help you are standing there for at least 10 minutes while associates try to figure out whos section youre in. Ridiculous.

I was not happy with their customer service at all. Most of the workers there were very rude. I understand some places you have to wear a mask and some you don’t, but I walked in and a worker told my father and I to put a mask on very rudely. No hi welcome in, May I please have you put a mask on. Nope. Then I walked over to the cutting counter, had my mask on and the very tip of my nose was showing a little. Instead of asking nicely or saying please or anything, I was told/demanded to pull my mask up. Just overall, I was very unhappy with the customer service here and wanted to leave a review. I never do these kinds of things but I felt attacked in there hahahaha

Great fabric selection, also decent kids crafts. The staff here is a hit or miss. Some are amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. Others.. not so much. The prices here are also hit or miss. Always bring coupons!

Whatever your project is this is were youll find it. Joanns has a large selection of materials for clothes and heavy duty for upholstery needs. They also have a large selection of silk flowers and everything needed to make floral arrangements. Numerous yarn brands and colors as well as the knitting needles. They also have sewing machines.
