Usual experience with lots of fragrant soaps and hand cleaners. Managed to keep it under $30 thanks to some deals.

Nice store, friendly and helpful staff and smelly good products as usual! I am new to CA and my GPS fid not find this easily as it is in the middle of an outdoor strip mall. I walked around a bit before being able to find it...

I really enjoy this location. Well stocked with items for sale and samples clearly marked. The sales staff is attentive and seem to enjoy their jobs. Bath & Bodyworks can often feel crowded and overwhelming but this location doesn’t. It is nice to have access to try out soaps or wash anything unpleasant off. I try to use this location as often as possible and will continue to do so in the future.

My daughter was sad and anxious after her doctors appointment (nothing deadly) and so I brought her to Bath and Body because she loves this place so much. Between the wonderful smells and the prospect of a new candle and air freshener, she was smiling and happy by the time we left. Its pumpkin season and while I love pumpkin pie, it is difficult to find a scent you like when everything smells like pumpkin. The pumpkin smell in the store is pretty overpowering.

I absolutely love bath and body works and this store is just as great. Its not much different than most of the BBW stores Ive been to, but the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their stock which I really appreciated. Everything was very well organized and the staff were always available for help without seeming like they were constantly watching you. The store itself is a little on the small side, but in no way is it lacking on product selection. I would definitely shop here again.

Always welcomed with a smile and asked if assistance is needed.The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I always go in with one thing in mind and end up with a host of other little goodies. Their sales of small items are always a hit with me, particularly since they are uniquely placed in the cashier area. Those last minute treats are always an added bonus. Great shopping experience!

I felt the clerk could have been more helpful-granted she was working alone but when I asked for 3 of my items to be done up in a gift package, she informed me I would need to wait while she helped the people behind me in line. My purchase amounted to $56 so didnt feel I was asking for too much. May have to think twice about visiting your store again!

Came for the yearly candle sale everything was well organized and not crowded was in and out in 5 mins

10 minutes to close on a Saturday night and staff did not rush us. Got everything I needed and they were friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. This store is always well-stocked.

Just another place that sell bathing products but the staffs at the Galleria Tyler mall location in Riverside are definitely more friendly.

The mens cologne didnt even smell Good and the selection of mens products was very limited. I will not be going back definitely.
