Had an awesome experience at the Ethan Allen store in Palm Desert. The manager, Deb Fink, is top notch, very insightful and helpful. She doesnt try to oversell but works with the client to achieve their goals. She came to my house several times and took measurements and got to know my tastes and I loved all of her recommendations. Shes the best. Overall, I could not be happier with all the furniture that I bought (kitchen set, living room, master bedroom, guest bedroom, plus several prints and decor items); love the look and the sleek style and feel like the quality is well worth it.

I recently purchased several pieces of furniture with help from Veronica at Ethan Allen. Veronica did an excellent job in all areas. She is very knowledge about the line, which I really appreciate. She has great taste and suggestions and is on top of all details. I do quite a bit of online shopping, but with furniture and high ticket items you really need to see the product. Sometimes there is a big difference between whats shown online and the actual color, texture etc. Plus nothing beats the customer service of an excellent sales associate and designer. My thanks to Veronica for all her assistance...she goes the extra mile and Id highly recommend her!

I went to EA after going to other stores in the Coachella Valley, but the assortment was limited at other stores or not to my liking.I’ve known Debra for many years and was so happy when I walked in and saw her there. When you are thinking about new furniture or a new look for you home contact Carol C — she listens to all possible requests and works with your budget. My wife and I had a terrific experience working with Tad Boetcher. Despite the limitations imposed by the virus, Tad met with us in person at the Ethan Allen gallery where we discussed options for furnishing a complete room in our new home. Tad has many great qualities, including wonderful taste, enthusiasm, and a desire to please; however, I think his best quality is that he is a professional listener. Tad was able to listen to our disorganized thoughts and ideas and somehow produce a perfect plan for us. I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Tad Boetcher. He came to my house measured my living room, took photos and provided me with printed visuals of how my living would look with the chairs I wanted to order.He also brought along a variety of fabrics for pillows that would work with my color theme in my house. He choose a fabric I would have not considered and it worked beautifully. I love working with Tad. The Ethan Allen store in Ranch Mirage has an outstanding Design Consultant named Tad Boetcher whom we met when buying a lamp for our home in LQ. During a casual discussion while he was writing the lamp order, we mentioned that had recently sold home near Vail, CO and were having a new one built in SE Denver, CO. Tad said he could help. Upon delivering him info via email he went about collecting paint samples, toured website of home builder, did 3-D interior design base on home model we had purchased. To make a long story short, we finished the total purchase of furniture from Ethan Allen and are thrilled at Tads performance and above all his design creativity to mix/match woods, fabrics, rugs. We could never have done this work on our own nor have such a well coordinated interior look. Wish we could move in now instead of Apr/May 2021. If you want a remarkable experience contact Tad. He was just awesome. It was fast paced and lots of fun and the orders are all signed and in the system. Sure makes our life simple.

Veronica Schipitsch, the design consultant who helped me in the Rancho Mirage showroom, was an invaluable resource. After researching online, I went into the showroom to look at a particular recliner for my mother. Upon meeting my mother and me, Veronica quickly recommended a different recliner, which proved a better fit than the one I had seen on the website. Her expertise saved me time, money and regret. Besides knowledge of the product, Veronica also possesses tact, both in knowing what to say or do to avoid giving offense and also in her sense of what is aesthetically pleasing. As an example, I had decided on a three-cushion sofa, but while exchanging pleasantries, Veronica seamlessly discussed the pros and cons of the three- and two-cushion options. Given the good rapport she had established with me, I felt complete confidence in deciding on the two-cushion sofa instead and couldn’t be happier. In a nutshell, Veronica empowered me to make informed investment purchases. Ethan Allen is quality custom furniture, and having someone like Veronica Schipitsch assist me to negotiate the overwhelming options was a godsend.

My husband and I went to every furniture store in the Valley looking to furnish our vacation home in Indian Wells. We did not want to spend a small fortune on one sofa but wanted something designer and beautiful as we had a whole house to furnish. We stopped in Ethan Allen. We realized they were getting ready to close up in 10 minutes. Debbie Fink says, That is alright, come on in...Take your time. How can we help? It was the beginning of a beautiful and I mean BEAUTIFUL relationship. She transformed our house. The master bedroom was something out of a magazine and ultimately my dream bedroom. The living room - jaw-dropping! Our guests knew immediately we had a designer involved and wanted to know where and who helped us. We later decided to sell the house and upsize. Of course, the buyers wanted the furniture to stay! I was so sad! The new house we purchased up the road had furniture that was nice - but, we had a new standard. We went back to Debbie Fink and with the snap of her fingers, she transformed our dining room, master bedroom, bar area, and patio areas into spaces that are so dreamy. The main living areas have new light drapes that flow - everything is light and bright. The price point is so reasonable for designer, high-quality furniture, and drapes!!! Then we moved out of our primary residence in Washington to a new property in Washington and we needed a new dining room and kitchen nook set - she helped us yet again with fabulous dining sets that were delivered to us (white glove delivery). She is a genius. What I appreciate about Debbie Fink is - If I have an idea and ask her what do you think ...She will give me her honest opinion. She will present options and if I dont like them she says ok, what about this and we always come up with something Amazing. She cares about her clients being happy but also ensures all the colors and pieces flow. My husband wants a say in the design process and she works well with both of us. Debbie is the best...Call her and if you want to look at our house - you are welcome to stop by - I am proud to show off her work! We feel honored to have met her and have had her help over the past 4 years.

Carole Czapla was a blessing to work with, as we went around the store with many different ideas that proliferated as we engaged in discussion, she was able to decipher and hear what my partner and I both wanted and what would work for the space in our home. Carole took the time to look at pictures on our phones and put her professional skills to work. She engaged with us on designing a beautiful set of custom chairs and an ottoman, that we could not have created without her. Carole guided us through the fabrics, wood and cushion options, while keeping in mind an overall style result that would synchronize with our personalities, style, and heirloom pieces.Working with Carole did not end after our first visit. Knowing that our trips to the desert are short, and we would not be back in town for months, Carole was able to arrange the delivery of our new items and be present to inspect them. It felt reassuring to know that our designer was there for us throughout the entire process. Carole has an eye for detail and design skills that draw different perspectives, furniture and décor together, evidenced by her ability to conceptualize and execute ideas into meaningful and personalized furniture that we will cherish for decades. In fact, we have continued to work with Carole on additional projects that have enkindled a design that not only ties everything together but reflects who we are in our home. I feel that Carole knows us well, because when we share an idea or thought with her, she presents us with furniture options and fabric choices that make sense for the space and speak to our hearts. The quality and the price point with various discounts and offers have been terrific, particularly taking into consideration Ethan Allen’s high-end inventory. We had a particularly knowledgeable sales representative, Carole Czapla, who listened to us carefully, posed insightful questions, and asked to see photos of the rooms where we would place the furniture. Exquisitely crafted, high-end products, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable service, and beautifully executed displays of how one might actually set up a home are a winning formula for attracting and ensuring that clients return from year to year. Ive always enjoyed Ethan Allen, several rooms in my home are furnished with EA. But I must say, the last experience was so, so.... I requested pricing on a few items and even asked my designer to find me a side table to go with the chair I just purchased... Well, its been almost two months now, no phone call no email, actually nothing... So I guess EA isnt interested in my business, building their business or placing more money in their register...

I have been a loyal Ethan Allen customer for over 15 years; I am certain I have spent about $30,000 to furnish my primary residence, and I have presently spent close to $30,000 furnishing a brand new second home; and I cannot believe how my wife and I were treated today in a very rude and condescending manner by the store manager of the Ethan Allen store in Palm Desert, California, all because of a decision in our part to switch interior designers, truth is we were unhappy with the first designer that visited our home.I own a large business in the area and customer service is my number one concern, but the store manager and staff sorely lack the basics of customer service, to the point where I now no longer feel like doing business anymore with this company.I do not recommend that store to any potential customers; if you like Ethan Allen home furnishing products I advise you visit the Orange County store, where customer service is superbly efficient.

I wish corporate could have seen their Manager from Rancho Mirage in action today. I will be writing corporate a letter. Never would I treat a visitor as horrible. I was told I could not come in and look around because I was from a different furniture store. Im from Denver! I had to convince her before she said yes. I didnt even bother because she was so ultra rude. Heres the thing I could have just lied, wasted everyones time. I was just being honest and wanted them not to waste their time and just let me look. People coming into my store that work elsewhere is common practice where Im from and welcomed. I always make everyone feel welcome. Her uppity attitude was discusting.I did contact corporate. Deb Fink was the manager who treated me deplorable. She actually tried to say she didnt mean to treat me bad. OMG what a pack of fibbs. Seriously they should get rid of that horrible human.

The price was comparable or less than fruniture of comparable quality, the selection of fabrics for my couch and my wifes chair were incredible and to top it off the delivery guys were great, shoe horning the couch into my man cave.
