This is a nice size, clean and busy goodwill. I had home good items in mind and found some things. An item didnt have a tag. I gave it to someone and she got it priced for me. I continued to look at the clothes. Found a shirt. Ill have to visit this store when I visit this area. They seem to have good donations dropped off here. Ill be back.

Over priced. Most of the shirts and pjs I can get at walmart brand new

I went with Sarah and Kateri and I bought a new plush doll and a hello kitty 18 months shirt.

Always friendly staff amd well-organized store. Some prices a bit steep but overall very good.

Prices are sky high asking top dollar for used clothing from Walmart they need to learn how to price things Walmart is not designer brand very disappointed.

Selection is not that great. I was accosted at the door by a women who had a 8x10 page of rules to announce. At a store with used/ unwashed goods. After a whole year of the pandemic you think we would know by now what is expected of people being in public. Just seemed pretty nitpicky to do that to people.Every shirt was 9.99 or more. Used unwashed donated items.

Snooty employees and very expensive clothing. Must be marked up for the area...

The employees were professional and courteous while I was making my donation. I wasnt able to donate a baby stroller and it was explained to me why they dont accept those items, much appreciated. The store has a wide variety of items. I found a button up shirt and multiple ties that complemented the shirts style. Will definitely stop again.

Im not sure what is going on here with reviews. I work in an office and shopped for office attire. I was able to find to beautiful like new suit jackets half off color of week for about $3.50 each. Many beautiful like new dresses, skirts and dress pants.one pair of pants I tried on still had the tag $400 new! Store was clean and staff nice

They’ve organized everything by color instead of size. Who has the time to sort through racks of clothes and shoes they could never possibly wear? Even if you happen on something you like, it’s a slim chance it will be your size. Waste of time.

The people there are so friendly (staff). There is a vast selection of items to choose from. Their prices are very reasonable.

Clean store, friendly staff and convenient location. Prices are high for a thrift store. This organization needs to look at lowering prices. People come to thrift stores to save money, especially those that are on tight budgets.

It isnt a bad center, any staff I talked to seemed nice, but compared to other goodwill centers I have been to they seemed to lack variety for anything but clothes. There were so many tracks of clothes, but the sections for toys, electronics, housewares, etc seemed so small that it seems like its not just a lack of stock at the time but rather that they dont stock much compared to other centers. If I find this is not the case with further visits Id up the rating and chalk it up to just the available stocks of the day.

Absolutely the worst customer service at any goodwill. Spent almost $100. They close the fitting rooms 30mins early. They dont give a hanger for a fresh pressed suit. Military discounts on a Mondays.

A clean and well organized thrift shop. The staff was friendly. Clothing were well priced.

We happened to spot the Goodwill sign driving by. For a Sunday evening, it was clean, well lit, and busy. We would return there again; we did find some great things.

This used to be a favorite stopping point when I was in the area but NEVER AGAIN will I shop at this location. My kids and I were shopping and my son picked a couple things he wanted to purchase and since he’s getting older I wanted him to pay for the items out of his allowance so I gave him the cash and directed him to the teller. He purchase a iPod carrying case and a pair of VR glasses, and kids being kids decided less than 5 minutes later he wanted to return the VR glasses. I reminded him the receipt was in his pocket and told him to just go return the items, and keep in mind none of us had even left the store at this point. The two very Rude sales clerks refused to return his purchase, and even more wouldn’t even exchange it said it wasn’t electronic. Both women had these smug expressions like, “Ha Ha your screwed!” I was absolutely blown away with their lake of empathy or desire to solve the problem. The fact we had not even stepped one foot outside the doors when he decided to return the purchase paid for in cash. I had a basket myself full of merchandise and left it on the counter and WILL SHOP IN THIS STORE AGAIN NOT TO MENTION ITS TYPICALLY OVERPRICED ANYWAY.

Pleasant clean and nice assortment, but 24.99 for a day of the dead mask...i dont think so.

What happened here???. The pricing is through the roof. FYI Suggestion for the people pricing the items. You need to stop looking online and looking whats for sale and what people are wishing to sell a item for. This is a small local area here in Riverside County and someone must truly be in love with the item your selling in order to purchase it. Remember online items that are currently for sale comparable online are what people are wishing for but are not actually selling for. Better to shop online people since Goodwill is not acting as a thrift store anymore. Plus the items online and local stores have usually a guarantee and money back policies. Goodwill here has over inflated there items that you can get similar at Ross, Marshalls or Ebay for less. Also with no return policy except for a store credit why would anyone pay that much for something thats not guaranteed. Ex. No name pictures in frames $74.99, Broken scratched furniture end tables & chairs made with fake wood partical board $69.99 and up, pair of Target or Walmart jeans $11.99, a used no return policy possibly scratched box set music CDs that will skip most likely $12.99, pair of Nike Mens air sneakers with worn soles with holes $24.99. Totally ridiculous. This is just to name a few items recently. Seems no longer a thrift store. Overpricing will hurt your business. BUYERS BEWARE DO YOUR RESEARCH PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
