This was newly installed carpet and for the last 2 summers there have been ripples formed; like it was not stretched or nailed down properly. Weve asked several times to have it fixed and after not getting back to us, we asked for it to be replaced. They will get back to us has been the response for the last 4 months. The house sat empty over the last 2 summers, this happened on its on.
