I went there last week manly because on their windows and on a sign out front it was being advertised free covid vac and walk ins are welcome, so i go up to the pharmacy and ask the person who was behind the counter that i would like the covid vac shot, the guy looked at me for what seemed to be an eternity then looked back to the pharmacist and asked him if they accepted walk ins and the pharmacist said no and that i would have to go online to make an appointment, i said there was a sign saying walk ins welcome he told me that the sign was wrong and he was very nasty about it, like i was bothering him, so i left and ill never go back there because of that nasty pharmacist and by the way who had the most horrific breath ive ever incountered. Seems like in not the only one with a super unpleasent experience with the pharmacy, check out the other reviews...

Great location with a drive thru pharmacy. Although, the pharmacy team needs to work on refining its customer service skills. Needed to have a prescription transferred to another store so I could schedule my refill and the pharmacist said he was too busy to work on my request even though I need my medication next week. (which gives him ample lead time to assist me with my request)After having arranged to have my prescription filled at a different location, the pharmacist ended up filling my prescription the next morning.

Great place, awesome customer service. Very helpful & have gone out of their way to help, I respect that a lot. I have nothing negative, I dont know why the stars are low. Low on ice cream occasionally, but you are actually a drug store etc. I get the best stuff at your store. My favorite beanie, my dogs favorite toy I got at your CVS. So Im happy to of found great pharmacy too, because I have a lot of meds, & that dept us easy & let me know, which I appreciate option. Happy New Year

They allowed people without masks in the store and didn’t challenge them. For a store that does Covid Testing and is in the business of health and wellness... I find it unacceptable. I will move my prescriptions and shop elsewhere.

No customer service at this pharmacy, actually no service at all. I have been here twice since they have opened, but will not be found here a third time. The attendant who takes prescriptions says, when do you want it. I said I as soon as possible. I am told it will be thirty minutes. I tell her OK and that I will wait for it. Apparently she doesnt forward that information to anyone else. After thirty minutes of sitting four feet from the counter, I go back up to see if its ready, the answer was yes. My name was never called to advise me of this however. So, no big deal, until I am told because of the nature of the medication I must have a Pharmacist consultation. Regretfully, the Pharmacist has now gone to lunch and wont be back for a while. I mention that I had picked up this prescription previously and declined the consultation. I am then dictated CA law requirements. I wait twenty minutes more and listen to the attendant tell the Pharmacist that I am declining the consult. She says OK. If you are in pain and need medication fast, find another pharmacy with compassion and a process in place that doesnt leave you waiting almost an hour.

Pharmacists are awful, NO help rude and don’t care. Won’t be going back there again! Hope the manager that wasn’t around reads these!!! Sounds like everyone else has had the same problem! The young guy at register in pharmacy was the only nice one and that’s why you even get 1 star!!

Do I even have to give them ONE star??????? Agree with most of the reviews- this place is the WORST for filling prescriptions. No one there cares, no one does anything other than basic work. Gotta call in for an out-of-state override? Too busy, too much work. They NEVER call you back if there is an issue, and hardly let you know your RX is ready to be picked up. Plus, the out of pocket cash prices are insane. We gave up on the pharmacy dealing with the insurance company and decided to just pay for it.... $91 for what we eventually picked up at COSTCO for $17.Go here for everything (nice store) but DO NOT fill prescriptions here!

I am personally greeted by an employee as I just cross the entry door. They try to make an eye contact with all customers as they enter. Several employees are in the store doing stocking and changing displays. If they see you..they inquire if you need any type of assistance...The Pharmacy, due to insurance and because of their hours..I am very pleased with if you have any questions about new or old RX they have you move down the countrr so it is just you and the Rx person who will and have spent time explaining to me about a medication..or they will also give you personal assistance on the shelves that will help you. I see this and many other kind and nice things yhat this CVS RX and store Customer service do ALL THE TIME. it is a pleasure to go there and take care of all my Prescriptions .And..my while I am here shopping needs..food or sundries.

Worst experience ever. The dates on my meds are always messed up. The lady that always helps me out (Vanessa), may be the rudest person Ive ever met. Gets the job done but doesnt want to try until you complain and then she gets rude with you. Just do your job and people wont have to complain or even talk to you.

This place stinks. Prescriptions are NEVER filled on time, even if you order ahead and give them DAYS to fill it. The phone NEVER gets answered. Ive been on hold for over 35 minutes and they keep coming back on the line hold please and then are gone as fast as they came. You just hold and hold and hold and dont bother hanging up to call back, it doesnt help. Three staffers are usually in the back having coffee while one person tries to help 10 people in line.

The pharmaceutical department should just close up shop! seems like underpaid, overworked staff and this affects their mood and behaviors, absolutely everyone in the pharmacy dept is extremely rude and you dont get your medication on time by the time i get it im already in the ER!!!!! unfortunately why i use this awful place is close to my house!

Worst place ever to fill a prescription. I was standing at the counter waiting to drop off prescription and employee was entering data into computer, he acknowledged me telling me he will be with me in a minute. I stood there waiting while he entered 3 more pages of data that could have/should have been done when there was no customers. He was rude and slow. I walked out telling him it was unbelievable how I was treated. He never said a word. I saw pharmacist in back just typing away too. Neither cared I was standing and waiting. I think they forget without us they have no job. They also seem to forget their customer base are ill and old. Terrible way to treat people. I wont be back.

This is first time Ive used this pharmacy and its the last . Dont want to get into a long explanation but they are horrible!!!!!

Newer CVS. Good location across from the River. Clean, well stocked store.

Poor service in the pharmacy area the employee KARLA CAMACHO is a sleaze telling all customers her family problems making them feel sorry for her, but i know why she does it because she solicits pharmaceuticals under the counter that a douche bag she is ive never felt more disgusted by her! what happened to all honest employees that actually care? this Young lady is a thief! and a Crook! not a good combination with her terrible attitude. im sick of this pharmacy i dont recommend this place at all..
