The St Patricks theme donuts was great to share with he family. They all tasted pretty DELICIOUS and well no evidence was left behind laugh. Personally enjoyed the Lucky Gold Coins (White glaze with gold coins). Definitely grab some if you are able to, since its not something that comes around often. 🙃

Krispy Kreme in Rancho Mirage is a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth. They have a wonderful selection, the food is always fresh and the team members work well together making this place efficient and expeditious. The order takers take their time with each customer and double check to make sure you have exactly what youve ordered before pulling away. They are extremely polite and orderly. This is a must for dessert or any time you want some of the best baked goods around town. Two thumbs up!

The hot fresh donuts are the best. Id never had one fresh and wow! Theyre amazing, melt in your mouth. The gourmet donuts are good too but theyre not hot. No line in drive thru when I went, very fast and polite service.

The staff are some of the friendliest of all the restaurants in the Coachella Valley. They take their time with you and are sure youre satisfied with the accuracy of your order before you pay. They are good about suggestive selling with no pressure and they are very easy to understand both at the order box and the window. Weve only had the opportunity to use their drive thru.

The donuts here are definitely fresh and they look nice. Theyre smaller than your regular donuts and cost a lot more. Theyre also way too sweet.

Best staff ever!!!!!! They were super nice!!! I live in San Diego and I always get the worst customer service. I keep going because who am I kidding their donuts are DELICIOUS! Totally saw the difference in product quality and the staff. Everyone I encountered was beyond a 10. It was already pass 7 and they were pretty busy yet carried excellent customer service! I was very pleased!!!

Been to dozens of KK’s around the country and this was the most unsatisfactory location. The first 2 raspberry filled glazed that I’ve eaten had virtually no raspberry filling. Still got a 3 star since the donut dough itself was delicious as always but not having the filling there was disappointing.

Hot now light was on, bought half a dozen glazed donuts. They were not very hot, and not even very warm. The employee was nice, so just make sure you get warm donuts before you drive off.

LOVE KRISPY KREME DONUTS- they are so delicious. This location is located inside a strip mall, with easy access for parking. KIDS WOULD LOVE IT, because they have free Krispy Kreme hats and you can also watch donuts being made. They have a great selection of donuts including some special donuts for summer (Lime, Pineapple and Strawberry with decorative frosting) . This location has some tables as well as a full beverage bar. There is also a Restroom for customers that is very clean. All of the staff were very professional and seemed genuinely happy to be there. You can buy individual donuts or buy a box. These donuts are beyond scrumptious!Next time you are in transit on Interstate 10 or in Palm Springs, check out this Krispy Kreme Donut shop.

What does to the store and got a half dozen ordered of donuts and they want $12 for six donuts it’s not worth it to Winchell‘s for a half dozen for six dollars plus ET sweater at Winchelsea when you have Krispy Kreme doughnuts and it’s mostly sugar it’s not worth the price I’ll never go back to Krispy Kreme

The best apple fritter in the town!

We ordered a large latte for 4.99, it was 16 ounces. A large should be 20 oz or larger on an iced beverage. I tried to ask the manager if they gave me a large because this was a 16oz beverage. She said no it’s not, it says 20 on the bottom. “Looks are deceiving”.She did her best to embarrass me politely and then let it go. Whether I’m right or wrong the price for this coffee vs it’s size is Scandelous. I think they gave the wrong size then didn’t really consider there may have been a mistake. Either way drinks are overpriced for what you are getting!

Order 1/2 dozen donuts and once I checked the box I noticed my donuts weren’t what I had order and I tried to call and tell them they had made a mistake on my order and the young lady that answered just said “okay?” And she said “opps I pressed the wrong button (while me still on the phone)” then someone in the back said “hang up” and she did I’ve tried calling 3 more times to talk to mngr so they can get some customer service in service and they are just picking up the phone and hanging up. My cashier was Bianca 219 I’m unaware if she’s the one that answer the phone but these young girls need some help in the customer service department.

Drive-up very convenient. Long time since we had a KK since they closed all of them in MN. Great right out of the dryer and hot to touch when they brought out to our car after 4-minute wait for fresh.

Drive through was completely full with cars spilling into the parking lot! At least 10 people standing in line in the building! Took about 10 minutes........ so worth it!

Chocolate covered custard was stale with little frosting and only a tiny bit of custard in last bite. I will never be back.

It’s happening everywhere now and I was hoping this being the first Krispy Kreme in the desert, that they’d do their best to pay attention to detail. For Fathers Day my daughter made certain we were to try the Krispy Kreme shop in Rancho Mirage. What can I say ...I like that the store was clean. A few people in line and it smelled like Donuts. There was a wonderful front glass counter full of all the different tasty donuts. I give this business 5 stars for a nice donut experience.

Yes it’s St. Patrick’s day but honestly I stood in line and every team member we was helping every drive through and online orders people in line weren’t even getting paid attention to seriously I’m patient but 1hr 20min wait inside is beyond ridiculous never going inside and I won’t be back for a while either!

They were great in the beginning. Weve stopped coming to this location. The donuts are always cold and they dont taste as good as when theyre warm.

Krispy Kreme is the best doughnut place around. I recall eating one as a child (1959) having to hold it with both my hands. But I was hooked from then on. This place opened recently and seems to be packed most of the time. I have to be careful because they are so light and good, I could eat a whole dozen in one sitting. In fact, I did multiple times when I was in junior high school and we sold them as a fund raiser. They have a great variety of things to choose from. They have seasonal specials. They still are available for fundraising. Bottom line is that you can take the boy out of North Carolina but you cant take the North Carolina out of the boy... Krispy Kreme started in NC.
