I was visiting from out of town and lost a dome on one of my hearing aids. I looked to the closest hearing aid store and Audibel Hearing Center was the closest. I walked in showing them what needed to be replaced and a few minutes later the person that helped me walked of with a new set of domes and new batteries. When I asked how much I owed I was told there was no charge. That is great customer service! If I lived in the area I would definitely make this my store of choice! Thanks again, Jim.

I am writing to share my consistent superlative experiences at Audibel Hearing Centers, Rancho Mirage, CA location.I have severe hearing loss and have been seeking solutions with doctors and audiologists for over 20 years. While many were good, non matched the exceptional service provided by Craig and Lorie Whitcomb.In my experience Craig has been the ultimate hearing professional. He is expert, and has wonderful perception of the challenges his patients face. This makes for a very comfortable experience, and insures the best solution possible. I am delighted with the devices he took such care in recommending; they open up the world to me.Also very important is the office staff. Lorie is equally kind and caring of clients, and has gone out of her way when working with my insurance company. Insurance claims for hearing devices and services can require a lot of documentation and verification. Lorie ensured that I received the maximum allowable benefit. My devices, by necessity, are more complex so all of her efforts are greatly appreciated.Craig, Lorie, and Wendy are unfailingly pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Craig and Lori Whitcomb are very professional & knowledgeable about all their products, but more importantly they are kind, thoughtful and respectful. If they do not know an answer to something they will go the extra mile to solve the problem. My husband has been going to Craig ever since he came to Sonus and we feel like they are family. I’ve had hearing difficulties for years and have been reluctant to have my hearing checked. Craig and Laurie provide a welcoming atmosphere and comprehensive testing to evaluate your hearing. Laurie took care of my insurance before my arrival and I had no out of pocket expenses. Craig explained the hearing aids in detail and reviewed the phone app.I urge others to take advantages of having your hearing checked. The hearing aids are hardly noticeable and others in your house will thank you for not having the television blaring or repeating themselves when talking to you. At my age, i have visited many doctors & doctors offices, let me tell you it was amazing. Wendy greeted me by my name, even though i was 1 minute late, paper work was ready for me, the whole check-in time took less than 7 minutes. then the doctor ( Craig Whitcomb ), came walked me to his office, introduced himself, asked me why i was there, listened to all my concerns, then he explained step by step as what he is going to do and how he is going to conduct the hearing test. while he is being very polite with a big smile on his face. after the test was completed, he shared and explained in laymans terms, very clearly the result of my test to me. very patiently asked if i had any other questions or concerns. he did not try to rush me out. their office was very clean, they followed ALL covid19 protocol. all & all it was a very pleasant experience. i recommend Dr. Craig Whitcomb to everyone, he & his staff are GREAT

I cant write this review without breaking down in tears! My mom has been suffering from hearing loss for about 10 years. After seeing another hearing loss clinic and comparing them th Sonus blows them out of the water in terms of care, knowledge, and drive to get us the best aid for my mother at the best price and covered by our insurance. Lori and Craig have impeccable customer service skills and knowledge in hearing aids, testing, and evaluating every situation personally. Thank you for solving a decades old problem for our family. Took my wife to Sonus hearing aid center. Where the old Advance hearing usecto be. The staff of Sonus were fantastic and gave my wife an excellent test. She has tinnitus in one ear and has been needed a new hearing aid with a masking device in it. The technology has advanced light years from her twelve year old device. The discounts were real the time and care they took was not rushed. Took the gold package for my wife with the masking technology. We recommend this office and staff highly. G. Hunt

I am a 96-year-old World War II veteran who lost his hearing.Thanks to Craig and Lori Whitcomb, hearing care professionals at Sonus, in the Las Palmas Shopping Center, on Bob Hope Drive, my hearing has been magically restored.Craig tested and fitted me with hearing aids that enable me to use my i-phone with comfort and confidence. I also can communicate with my children and grandchildren now, and feel so hearing-liberated, that I look forward to dining out with friends in any restaurant they chose.
