Thank you for having everything we needed in a crunch. We were in a rush because my brother was broke down 4 hours away for two days in 20 degree weather . The day we visited this location was not busy at all....And the associates helped us by letting us know if we were getting the correct parts or not .

Ronnie was great in helping to troubleshoot a faulty alternator; all was needed was to tighten all the positive terminals and truck started up like a charm; will definitely be coming back here and NOT OReillys who just wanted to make a sale for something that wasnt needed

Very helpful & friendly customer service. Smaller AutoZone and not busy! Its in Palos Verdes/San Pedro edge which in my opinion the people have nice, newer vehicles. With me 92 Ford almost a classic, so Ive been there quite a bit its always the same helpful attitude.

Very nice people: I was assisted by the Manager of the store,Mr. Art, regarding a problem with the battery of my Jaguar: first on the phone then in person: Mr. Art was eager to help and even matched a price with Pep Boys for a battery that I needed. Being that I am a woman and dont know much about cars, he assured me that if for any reason I needed to return the battery, it will be fully refunded.Mr. Art even tested the battery for me to make sure its fully charged. A really courteous Manager eager to help the customer. And the shop looks nice and clean and makes you want to buy things even if you dont need anything. Everything so orderly. I have been a client of AutoZone all along. Will continue to do so. Great customer service.

I was looking for flame proof spray and called few different autozone . The rep wouldn’t even look into their inventory and just say no to me(even though I have purchased those items there before) They young lady that helped me in this location was extremely polite nice and patient with me. Great service from Art who, without me asking for help, came outside the store, after I had purchased some Blue Def in the store, and put it into my cars Blue Def tank for me! My cars Blue Def needed light came on today and I had never added Blue Def into my car before. I read my manual to find out how to do it. I was praying that God would help me do it correctly when Art suddenly appeared at my opened trunk and said that he would put it in for me! I held up the trunk flooring while he poured 2.5 gallons in.If I had to do it myself, I would have had to hold up the trunk flooring with my head! Thank you Art and Auto Zone RPV!

I called this store over the phone to ask if they can make sure they had a product i was looking for. The lady that answered the phone was very nice. She went out of her way for me to tell me what else the product does. I would definitely recommend this store and the service i got here.

Absolutely 5 stars!!! I called around 3pm and was able to speak to Santiago who was very helpful! He was able to locate the battery that I needed specifically for my jeep and was able to put it on hold until 8 Pm. Keep in mind its one hour before closing by then and Ronnie the other associate went above and beyond and was able to go ahead and install my new battery! If it wasnt for them two Im sure the situation I was unfortunately stuck in wouldve been a lot worse but they made it very easy for me! Very thankful for them two and I highly recommend this location!

I’d like to recommend this Autozone to everyone. I’ve been to a lot of auto parts stores and have never been greeted and helped in this manner. As soon as I entered the store, Santiago happily greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I was there looking for a Low bean headlight for my vehicle. He quickly asked the name and make of my vehicle and we went outside to determine what light bulb I needed. He double checked the computer and offered me his recommendation. I bought the bulbs and when he inspected my car, he realized it was a bit difficult to install due to a panel that was blocking the light bezel. After I paid. He offered to install not one but both of my light bulbs for me and did it in a friendly and helpful matter. I highly recommend this AutoZone and Santiago. 5 star service. Will be definitely going here from now on. Thanks

This is a brand new pace. Well lit, stocked and manned. Once word gets around it is open will get busier. Employees are nice and helpful. Smaller than a lot of free standing stores but now dont have to travel so far to get to one. Plenty of parking and it is well lit. Also in the section it is located have at least two places right there to get something to eat and a Dennys right across the street. Safe area and easily accessible from a major street.

Awesome service! Came in looking for parts for my car and they were super helpful. My check engine light came on a couple days ago and they offered to scan my car to see what was wrong with it. Israel Venegas was very nice and worked with me to figure out what I needed.

I went in for windshield wipers and break pads. I was greeted by Lorena. She helped me find the right blades and break pads for my car, and she answered all the questions I had. She explained the difference between serval items I was looking at . She even changed my windshield wipers for me. Great customer service!
