I placed about a week in advance to have an arrangement be delivered to my mom on her birthday. I called because my mom informed me they would be out of the house so I was trying to see what my options were. The store told me that they could deliver it today ( Sunday 8/15/2021 Which is what I have placed the delivery for) or they can deliver it tomorrow. This was around 2:12PM, after they contacted their driver I was informed that it would arrive within 2 hours. After looking at their residential delivery policy it states: During busy holiday times, you can expect that residential deliveries may be made as late as 9:00 PM.To my knowledge there is no holiday (could be wrong), I do not understand why there would be such a delay in a delivery having the order placed a week in advance. It is now currently 7:30pm and still no order. I am simply at a loss for words on how deeply disappointed I am for what I paid for and what I am getting in turn. Unprofessional doesnt seem to quite fit this particular store based on other reviews as well. Its simply unorthodox to me that a delivery should arrive after the store closes and after socially acceptable times.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! It has been the WORST experience Ive ever had with edible arrangements!!!!!! My order status was, out for delivery for 4.5 hours so I called the store and she told me they couldnt get a hold of the driver...I call again and she says he got into a car accident and was scared to call them and tell them...um, excuse me, what????? she told me they were making a fresh order for me and now the store is closed and my order status is being prepared...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! What a disgrace to the franchise this store is!
I’ve ordered A few times in the past for certain occasions, such as Mother’s Day and sent some to my friends as appreciation gifts. Both me and the people I sent them to have been very satisfied.
I Would NEVER waste my money with this location., it was a total disappointment. Delivering my order until 9:00pm? This whole experience was a total disaster. I Do NOT recommend anyone spending so much money. Rather Spend money on your local ppl they do a better job.
This store does not follow instructions and the person I sent the arrangements to never received it.

I did not get what I ordered for my friend today. They downgraded the arrangement and was still charged full price. They also did not include 2 edible bake shop cakes in the order. It was missing so many things. I tried to call the store but no one answered. Really disappointed.
Service sucks, ordered my grandmas Birthday gift from here almost $100 and not delivered until the very end of the day. I recommend sending it a day ahead of time if you must order from this place!
I choose this location by mistake thinking I was placing an order at the Torrance location and tried to call and they never answer the phone .

It has been almost 2 months and I still have never received a refund OR the balloon I ordered for Mothers Day. I set to have it delivered the day before Mothers Day and it didnt show up. I received an email at 9 in the morning that day that the delivery attempt was failed and got no reasoning as to why. I live in a gated community where the guards keep track of who comes in and out, they never even bothered coming to our gate to attempt to deliver. So not really sure how the delivery attempt was failed even though they never tried. The email told me for the moment I didnt need to do anything else. But since by Saturday night I still hadnt received it I called and didnt get an answer til Mothers Day was over around 7 p.m. I was told Im not sure Ill have to check with the driver about what happened. I live 5 minutes away. If you look through other reviews even on other sites this is the same answer they give everyone. I was then asked if they could deliver it Monday and I said sure because I understand the craziness of Mothers Day but if they cant just drop it off before 12 then it would be pointless as no one would be home. And I was told they will try but they cant guarantee as they are really busy. I was made to feel as if at this point it was my fault because they have many deliveries Monday? Well great I didnt order it for Monday. I ordered for Saturday, if it had come then I wouldnt be in the way of your other deliveries. And this wouldnt have happened if you ACTUALLY TRIED TO DELIVER IT. But no immediately at 9 a.m. they decided to say sorry cant deliver NEXT. On top of all this and the missing balloon it was supposed to have a chocolate dipped heart shaped piece of fruit that said Happy Mothers Day. There was nothing that said Happy Mothers Day and nothing heart shaped dipped in chocolate. Totally pointless, couldve cut up pineapple and put it on a stick myself. I called them about the missing balloon because I couldnt believe after it was two days late they couldnt even deliver the order completely and correctly. I never received a call and it wasnt until after that my sister told me there was no heart shaped chocolate Mothers Day anything. At this point I was over it. And apparently so were they. For the price this total experience was absolute garbage. From top to bottom this was one of the worst experiences Ive had with ANY business. Im highly convinced they only stay in business because people order online and it gives customers stores with a close delivery range. Otherwise they would have minimal to no sales. You had 2 days to get my order right and still couldnt get it done correctly. Then you didnt even bother fixing it. Ill be waiting for that balloon Edible Arrangements or my $5.
Don’t order from this location they never respond and never deliver . Make sure when you look for this business on google it’s the Torrance location and not this one .
BEWARE OF HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE! They have ruin my order for my MOMS BIRTHDAY saying my billing information doesnt match up when I know its a blatant lie. My card was still charged the full amount. HOW! When called they will put you on hold to avoid answering easy questions. SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A BUSINESS THAT VALUES YOU AS A CUSTOMER!!

*BUYER BEWARE*I ordered a Edible Arrangement on the Edible Arrangement website for delivery on Valentines day 2017. Store # 1164 was the closest location that populated to deliver to my wifes location of work. The order was estimated to be completed and delivered by Valentines day @ 5. Upon speaking with my wife @ 6 and realizing that she never received the order I then proceeded to reach out to the location to notify them that the order was never completed. But the number on file only rang. Then I decided to reach out to Edible Arrangements directly only to find that their corporate office was closed for the day and I was able to leave a voicemail. The following morning I continued to call both the location (there store hours show they are open @ 8 am) and Corporate to see if it was possible to cancel the order since there was no longer a need for the item. Finally I received a call back from Lifa from Corporate and explained the situation. She filed my complaint with corporate and sent a message out to the owner of the franchise. It was advised to refuse the delivery if it appeared @ my wifes job. Later in the afternoon I received another call from Lifa that advised that they were also unable to get in contact with the owner of the franchise. And were aware that this was not an isolated incident. They have been made aware that the franchise is known for taking on orders and not filling them. In the mean time my account was being deducted the purchase amount.
I am very happy with the service. Ordered last week but had an issue with the order, called up the shop and Diana was extremely helpful, she was able to resolve the entire issue in 15-20 minutes as promised.Excellent service and definitely will order again.
