Best bunch of folks work here. Always helpful especially when you are unsure of how things work. They take their time out to help you.

I don’t know what happened to this place. In the last few months, customer service has gone straight downhill. I get that the whole Covid thing has made things hard on everybody and I give people a lot of latitude but this level of indifference and not maintaining their equipment is absurd. On every single one of my last trips in there it’s been nothing but a headache, this is something that didn’t exist a year ago. Once again I have to drive to the Torrance store to get some decent service.

I sent items to Mexico from this location and I was told that ALL the items were allowed to ship.The experience was a complete nightmare because I had to pay for some items to be send back to me... I called FedEx International but it was useless.. They told me they’re not going to credit me because that was between me and customs Mexico ARE YOU SERIOUS!? That’s why I used your service to begin with..FedEx .... Own it....Educate your staff thus they can provide accurate information to customer such as:What products are allowed to ship International. This is something that you must know since you’re the one having business partnerships in Mexico... My responsibility was to give you a detailed list of products and to pay for the shipping service.

This branch offers, BY FAR, the most horrific customer service to anything out there and they are second to none!They are slow, unpolite, not knowledgeable at what they do and if you dare to say something about it they add to that list a rude behavior.FedEx hq you have to do something about it. Its been going on for years. They have been my local branch for over 5 years and there wasnt even 1 time I had to go there and didnt came back home with another horrible service story.

We had probably one of the best experiences in our entire history of mailing services and it was due to the kindness and patience of its employees at this FedEx location, most notably Kim and Bliss. Kim was incredibly knowledgeable and showed a lot of patience with assisting us with our shipping label issue, despite a growing line behind us. She made us feel super taken care of and it genuinely felt like she cared (hard to find lately due to covid). Bliss was amazing and very kind as well, and assisted us back to the car with our package (an oversized and heavy box) and even loaded it into the back for us. Looking forward to shipping at this location again soon!

Excellent Customer Service! I needed technical help on computer to print a very important document. Blyss helped me navigate the difficulties with a great attitude and kindness. Give this young man a raise!

One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a print shop of any kind much less a Fedex Office, the staff have been helping me for years with making prints of my artwork and have always been incredibly helpful. Theyve worked with me on many occasions to make sure my prints looked great and professional, and for not being art printing experts the staff has done an excellent job (and helped me make money). Roberto who is no longer there was a fantastic manager and one of the friendliest, most helpful workers Ive ever dealt with. Kaseam is amazing and always goes above and beyond to help. Some of the other staff to name are Arthur, Sara, and Christian who have all gone out of their way to make my experience at Fedex PV superb.Only shipped from here once so cant really comment on that but as far as printing goes this is your place. 5 Stars highly recommend!

I would like to share my personal experience with FedEx in San Pedro. It is always nice, and the stuff is so friendly. Most specifically there is one employee that always serve me in a way I have never had before. His name is Roberto and this person makes you feel like youre the only one customer; so gentle, nice and taking in consideration everything you need. I did lots of stuff up to this moment and hell do it in the best possible way, real professional. Thank you!

Nice office and clean,organized,well lighted and stocked. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and professional. Reasonable price for copies. Also have a FedEx Office on site with regular pickups daily. Ship every where.

They took my package from me before explaining the charges so once they told me the price it was too late to change as he had already wrapped my box so I couldnt leave to find a more reasonably priced location. Be more upfront with your costs. and when a customer asks if the total price is final, that does not mean yes, but oh wait see we forgot about an additional $6 charge and oh this and oh that. Just be more upfront please.

The lines go fast. Very limited parking outside. The computers in the back work amazing. They also have snacks inside. Haha theyve got it all.

The staff is friendly and helpful but I couldnt receive any cell reception here so I couldnt email my docs for printing...

Worst FedEx Office store . I ship packages every week, mostly print the labels myself and only drop off . My go-to store is in Torrance on Hawthorne and Torrance Blvd. (theyre great at that location) but occasionally I have to go the PV location.They would not let the driver take packages because it was a few minutes over 5pm, even though the driver asked if he can my take boxes. She was not done with the labeling I clearly made minutes before 5 and its not my fault they are slow at doing their job. I waited more than 30 mins for them to make 5 labels. If they are so by the book with rules why could they not figure out how to place all my boxes on 1 bill? I had to do 5 separate transactionsLady with the tattoos is rude and has the worst customer service. She made a guy buy tape to ship his box and the worst part is he had to wait for the lady to finish with my boxes. Not worth the hassle, go to UPS its just down the street

Well in the midst of the happenings that brought me into the old fedex office... I suppose their less then enthusiastic demeanor meshed quite well with my rapidly deteriorating attitude. It was Something... we forged a unspoken malcontent alliance, instantly, silently.....

I’m not one to leave 5 stars, but these ladies REALLY made it happen for me and I’m so very grateful and appreciative of their professionalism, graciousness, and responsive service. Bravissime!

Ive been shipping with Fedex for my eBay sales for I guess 20-some years. Ive never had anyone complain about the quality or format of my package before, but the younger and then older woman here spoke up harshly when I walked in with my drop-off shipment - a product branded box (that was pre-labeled and not violating any rule I could find on the Fedex website). They absolutely refused to allow me to leave it, told me I would have to rebox it (for extra $$$ of course, and my old label would be voided and Id lose my eBay rates). I turned around, left the line that was about out the door and found another Fedex dropoff that had no issues with my package, which arrived on time with no problems. The people in the PV office are seriously hardcore anti-customer. Another time I came here the workers here didnt realize the pickup time was changed...so the driver just left at 4:45, before the regular time. All the people in line started groaning.

Pretty helpful staff, they will help you get done what needs to be. Parking is terrible and you have to be careful of people who dont pay attention to the weird one way parking lot

This is the worst complaint!!my brother just passed away i went to put all his pictures on a DVD to play at his funeral service,a guy name Marcus help me i was so shaken i paid for the Dvd and left when it was time to play the DvD the priest played it and it said disk err i tried again nothing then we realized (Marcas) put it on a CD not a Dvd thanks Marcus I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!

I went to fed x to buy a couple of things and was helped by someone named Marcus he thought he knew what he was doing but he didnt! I dont know who hired him but he should be fired and the guy that hired him should be fired too !!!

I ship packages every day Fedex ground in this facility but the guy is kind the rude Attitude name is I believe name is mark .. My package return it . Because say need repack my original manufacture package .. Want to charge additional fee for it ..not recommendable place..
