As always, it was a good store to shop.
This used to be my favorite store, but time changes all things they say. In the past I could easily overlook the higher prices because of the outstanding awareness they had for making a customer happy. All that has changed. Customer satisfaction (at least this customer) has plummeted while process seem to have increased. The bridge of customer service that once brought us safely over the higher price gap no longer makes it to their front door.
Line to check out was 15+ people deep with 1 cashier on duty. I asked for the manager and, after the clerk contacted, was told she was busy doing inventory and would be down in 10-15 minutes. After 15-20 minutes, manager showed up for about 3 minutes and then disappeared again. She was very rude and condescending to clerks and customers. What happen to customer service?I must commend Swee on her opposite behavior. She was courteous and extremely helpful. She is a fabulous representative of customer service.
Looking for a single toilet cover (ROUND) and matching contour rug around front of toilet. Had to go elsewhere and buy. Too bad l. as I like the quality of Bed Bath and Beyond.
Been there twice in about a month. Each time found just what I wanted, and on sale! They have everything in quality at the best prices.
In store pick-up signage needs a little more organization, but overall no need to fuss around the store.
Very unprofessional. Ordered online and charged me. Then when pulled up for pickup 5 mins later its canceled.

DO NOT order online from the store and cancel the order because you will not get a refund. Icanceled an order they charged me for. And they didn’t give me a refund. Two weeks later I am jumping through hoops to try to get A refund to no avail. Do not shop at the store
Found almost everything I was looking for except for the Pyrex microwavable storage bowls. It appears they are only available online.

I normally like Bed Bath & B but not today looked half empty, only had 1 meat tenderizer in the store. Were out of the patio lights I needed. And if youre worried about any kind of germs bring your own sanitizing stuff. They had no wipes outside for carts and no hand sanitizer for customer use anywhere.

The store has a great selection of home goods and necessities, but they are very understaffed. It is difficult to find anyone on the floor to help you search for items. The manager does not extend the slightest bit of friendliness to the customers and is even disrespectful to her fellow staff, as she shows impatience in helping them carry out a sale.

The best advice I can give is to check your mail because every week this store sends out a 20% off discount coupon. Definitely take advantage of that. The store is awesome for your household needs (bedding, kitchen, wedding registry, just household stuff.
The manager of the store was unfriendly to a point of being rude. she was asked to assist another employee who was having difficulty completing a sale. She gave the impression that she could not care less if the customer was helped or not. It was as if she was doing the customer a favor. What a shame and a tarnish to the brand. For this very big reason, I will think twice about shopping here. Who needs a negative attitude when you are purchasing items that can be had at other stores???

Well-organized store. Nothing is necessarily a stand out at this location. Look out for coupons in the mail to get the most bang for your buck.

Good all around store for medium priced items for the home. He customer service staff were helpful and I found what I was looking for.
This store needs a lesson in customer service. Called to see what time they closed on Sunday, I was told 8pm. I was at the store by 6:45 taking my time thinking I had till 8pm, when a worker came and told me they close at 7pm. I told him I called and spoke with someone here and they said 8pm. He then got super rude.. Ive had issues with this store before! Im never going to thats one again...
My wife drug me in here. Gawd, what a hideous experience for a man. I could feel the testosterone being sucked out of my boys, aisle after boring aisle.
Purchased curtains my size had to be delivered to our home but we loved the curtains

Awful, awful, AWFUL experience over the phone. I called to see if they had a product in stock, and ended up sitting on the phone for 15 minutes. Three different people asked me three times what product I was looking for, yet none of them ever got back to me. In-store customer service is fine.
I came here to do an exchange. I called before going and the person I spoke to said it was okay for me to bring over the toilet cabinet that my parents had purchased to exchange a defective piece. When I got there I was ask to wait, and wait, and weight. The guy who helped me had me sit down at a desk and then wait some more just to talk to another manager. In the end I regret doing business here.
Quick & easy, ordered a wedding present online, picked up in store. They had free gift wrap, always a plus.
