The store has parking. The store was clean. Some of the shelves (racks) were empty or almost empty. The customer service may be a little ore nicer.

Monique in customer service. She was just fantastic, my chrome book I bout exactly 31 days ago, the power button broke off, I went to return it thinking they may not take it back because I was exactly one day past the 30 day return policy. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Its nice to have people are willing to still help and she was smiling and positive the entire time.

Racial/Orientation Discrimination. My husband and I (interracial & gay) bought a product from your electronics department. A Target sticker was attached to our product packaging that was too large to fit in a bag. After purchase we headed to the exit. The loss prevention team member looked at my husband and I and stopped us. Asked to see our receipt because he thought we were shoplifting. My husband buys things there all the time, and has NEVER been stopped. Only this time that I was accompanying him. We returned the product and are shopping elsewhere because we dont give our dollar-votes to businesses that support racial profiling.

This isnt my home Target, its my Please pick ______ up on your way home from tennis. Target. I like how different a Target 10 miles away can be, while at the same time, be familiar and still have the product I regularly use. Good job Target planning folks.. good job.Ohh, also this one had a photo processing area and OMG its soooo easy to print frame worthy pics! Just plug in your phone, select your pic(s), select the sizes, quantities, etc. and presto, perfect pics ready for a frame. So much better than what I can print out and super easy. Did I mention cheap! Yeeaaaaahhhh.. not often do I get out of Target for under 2 bucks. Very happy with ya Tarjay :)

So I went into target today with some friends. I was looking for where are the beef jerky is it took a minute to find a worker there, I walked to the front and found this girl Erika with a K and she was absolutely helpful. She was very nice and even had another coworker follow me to show me. And then I had a conversation with the other coworker which unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She did tell me she loves fries though

The employee was extremely professional and efficient with giving me my online order. I definitely will order again this way in the future.

Me and my family went shopping the other night. Asked for help from a young lady, she answered with a attitude like we were bothering her. Sorry for interrupting her work. Didn’t get her name, but she had short hair and Tump 2020 mask on. Customer service use to be so good here.

Easiest order and app for pickup. Love how quickly I get items. Dont have to wait long. Feel Target has best process and implementation of all stores I patron since COVID-19 appeared into our lives.

Closest to my house. Best experience at the Target check stand ever. The store clerk was singing and I found this to be unexpected and delightful. He also went out of his way to help us find an item. A ove and beyond customer service!

Don’t wear them Face masks at Target they give out. They give you runny noses and they smell funky

I have been shopping at Target for years. I like the store layout with roomy aisles, not cluttered, quality merchandise, great sales. Ordering online and picking up in the store is the most convenient way for me to shop. Its quick and easy.

I really dont like this store anymore. So many items dont have prices, and they keep moving things around. Im not there for a treasure hunt, I just want to get what I need and get out! The staff is helpful...if you can find them. I go there when my options are limited, but mostly shop Trader Joes and Walmart.

I love shopping at Target but today I was disappointed that both bathrooms did not have any toilet paper. I was told at Customer Service that they were waiting for a shipment to arrive. I couldn’t believe that it was overlooked being a popular shopper’s choice store. I would usually rate the store with five stars but not today.

I can shop quickly and check out quickly in the Self Check-out.I love the app! I love looking up a product and I can see which aisle it is located so I can find it or see if it is in stock! Major time saver!

I love Target! Employees are sweet, nice and very polite!Ive been coming to this Target for over a decade, about 14 or 15 years.Bonus: theres a Starbucks inside this store and a Which Which!The staff are great for the most part. Theres always exceptions though at every retail store.

Just used the tech center to buy a new I-Phone and was given exceptional service from Bree and Guillermo. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all patient!

Product selection is great. You can always find unique and great products at any Target. Service was fast and convenient. I just hope they update this store to the new layout like other stores that have remodeled.

I went to buy kleenex tissue today, and all that were on the shelves was the small individual boxes. When I got to the checkout, the lady that was checking me out said that I was only allowed to buy one box, even though there was no sign where they were and it was only one individual box. I can understand with the run on paper goods the limit on bigger multipacks, or even limit the single boxes to 3 or 4, but 1 little box is ridiculous.

One of the larger cleaner stores that is well stocked with a large variety of merchandise. Great mark-down discounted sections throughout the store. I miss the outdoor garden area that previously sold outdoor plants.

Almost always my one stop shop for any random thing I need, whether it be a last minute Christmas gift, a set of sheets, a pair of premium headphones, milk, bacon, eggs, you name it, its likely as long as you know where to look. Youll find it.

This store does not enforce there wearing of masks. In fact some employees were not wearing them. All while the security guard and managers just watched.

Made a quick late night stop in here for medicine. Checkout staff was courteous. Management ushered me out while talking to a cashier. I thought that was rude because we were having a friendly conversation. There were no customers behind me, so I dont know why a floor manager would cut our conversation short, but she did. I hope the cashier did not get in trouble for talking to a customer.

It a great store with everything anyone could possibly need. The atmosphere is bright, cheerfully, and clean.

I went to pick up an order of sanitizer the other day and i didnt like the fact they werent allowing me to pick up another order for a friend that set me as an alternative person on the order. Initially they said that my friend had to be there in person but i repeatedly told them that they werent able to come. What gave me a laugh was some dude who is actually security there kept talking enforcing this rule with me but ultimately it was a manager there that listened and gave me both orders. Never going back to this store.

I have been a long time target customer for going on 15 years. Ive shopped at targets in many different cities. The one here in Rancho Santa Margarita is nice and basically all the employees are wonderful except for this guy Ivan who is supposed to be the manager. i could not believe the way I was treated by that employee, Ivan. He has not one once of respect for the target customer service guidelines, he also has no idea what ethical practice means. The guy should cleaning the toilet. Avoid the target in RSM. Ivan you are terrible person and Im sorry you hate yourself but deal with it. Normally in a situation where I am treated with such lack of respect, I would knock you out. Dont worry that wont happen cause he is the last person I would catch a charge for. Tell the community Ivan is a awful human being. Ivan your the worst.

Had a great visit and picked up a few things and also scored some karma points by grabbing a couple cups left in aisles by other customers and putting a few thing back in the proper places. Love my Target here in RSM alway gotta be in the look out to make it better!

Like this location. Close to work for last minute items! Usually pretty clean. Always seems packed when I go. Maybe it is just the timing? Well stocked usually. Havent had any customer service issues in the last two decades Ive shopped here.

Big selection of goods and staff seem friendly enough. I go during the off times so I can always use self checkout which is a huge plus. Also the sandwich place is decent and there is a Starbucks right inside as well (yay)

The only reason that I’m giving three stars is because of all the normal experiences I’ve had at this Target. If not for the experience I just had, I’d say 4.5-5 stars. I had to return a few things which went smoothly, but I got back to my car and realized that the employee (who shall remain nameless) at the returns counter didn’t give me my original receipt (which I needed for accounting at my company). You may think, “No big deal, just go back in and get it” that’s what I thought too. So I went back in to get the receipt, this lady was just about the laziest person I have ever met. I asked her about it and she said that she stapled it to my new receipt. I told her that I didn’t have it, and asked her if she possibly threw it away; she instantly replied that she didn’t. So I asked her to look through the trash can, she peered in it for a fraction of a second barely even paying attention and decided it wasn’t in there. Her excuse was that, “there was a lot of people coming through that area in the past few minutes.” (Still refusing to actually search the trash can) this woman was making me angry, so I just decided it wasn’t worth it, and left.

Love Target. I can get the majority of my shopping done under on roof.

This place has been understaffed for years or under horrible management. Every single time I come in, I wait in a line at least 3-4 people long because they have so few cashiers. Why do you have 10+ check out lines to only have 4-5 cashiers on staff at a time? Get it together, Target! You can afford the labor..

The employees and the so called manager could not care less about customer service. I bought a bottle of baby shampoo, but at the register they told me it was tagged TOS and could not be bought. Since I had my 2 year old in my arms, I asked if one of the employees could get me another one since the shelf was full of this shampoo. A few seconds later an employee told me they did not have any in stock. I knew there were so I walked back to the shelf and picked up another bottle.I asked to talk to a manager about this. Its not right to lie to a customer just because the employees are too lazy to check. Her excuse was items were being pushed out and hadnt been updated in their system. I dont buy this for a second since the bottle count wasnt off by just a few; there were around 10 bottles on the shelf.

Customer service is genuine and evident whenever I am there.

Was in store and applied for a red card... everything thing went smooth until I tried to purchase a tv... I was appalledMalini the the employee did not know anything and refused to call her LOD... I stood there for 25 minutes while they tried to figure out my purchase... one of the employees was on there phone the whole time not helping at all... one of the tech guys... with a beard...overall they messed everything up and had to call there LOD to th register who, in about 30 seconds fixed what was wrong so props to the LOD... everyone else was basically useless
