I went in on a Sunday to upgrade my old iPhone. I was hoping that it would be quick and easy but the store was pretty full of people and busy. Kiara was the only one working that day (8/22) and she was able to help each and every person with care and attention and never seemed to be overwhelmed. When it was my turn, she was able to get me upgraded with ease, answered all my questions and I left amazed at how seamless it all went. I returned a couple of times with more questions and to turn in my old phone for trade-in purposes and she was there each time. She is very knowledgeable, caring, efficient and just so pleasant to work with. Customer service is key and almost a lost art these days and she is the true definition of excellence with those skills. AT&T needs to know they have a true asset in Kiara. Thank you for making it a good experience.

Kiara has helped me and my husband purchase new equipment and troubleshoot when we had questions. She is exceptionally helpful, kind, and patient. She’s savvy with the various technologies and seems to have answers to all customer questions. Great job Kiara!

Came into this store to purchase a cell phone. I was extremely disappointed because the customer service was horrible. They acted very unprofessional and lazy. They don’t care about informing the customer about basic details such as their return policies before a customer makes a purchase. It was a horrible experience with customer service at this location.

Stay away from AT&T and this store in general . Horrible company. Got a Samsung S21+ with their trade in plan and 30 month contract. Decided it was too expensive 2 days later and returned the phone and had the manager deactive and cancel my newly created account. Turns out he didnt and AT&T has been billing me for the phone I RETURNED and the service that was supposed to be canceled. Ive spent over 16 hours on the phone trying to resolve the multiple $170 and $270 charges to my debit card to no avail as their customer service is HEINOUS. Theyve wasted so much of my time and energy fighting to not get charged for a phone I dont have and a plan that was said to be canceled and after 16+ hours on the phone with them they still havent resolved it and instead now want me to call their corporate headquarters after they had me wait 2 weeks for their claims team to decide that they couldnt do anything and I have to waste more of my time calling them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND STORE AT ALL COSTS. I would give them 5 negative stars if they existed as they dont even come close to deserving a single star. Disgusting company just trying to rob you. Do yourself a favor and go with a different carrier and save the headache and b.s billing with the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

I got a new Google phone and I stopped in to ask how to download my pictures from my old phone. The guy working there was very friendly and showed me exactly how to do it. He actually did it all for me and explained the entire process. I will go back there when ever I need a new phone or any help with a phone.

The staff here is a very helpful group and know what they’re doing. good at&t store. as well as better network speed and coverage than my last carrier. they are happy to chat with you about your day which is nice too

UPDATE: AT&T has given me a credit now due to the mistake so adding a couple more stars, but since the issue originated in store I have my reservations.They sold me a promotion months back and then the promotion was rescinded without notice. They did mention the person that signed me up was fired (not sure why). But there is nothing they can do now. They took my old phones and gave no credits and now I’m paying full price for phones the phones they sold me. I’ve been with AT&T for 15 years and this store is going to push me out as a customer.

Jeff the manager was absolutely amazing! We have a business account and in the past we’ve had to go to a special store. This location is so convenient, quick, and easy. He was also helping another customer when I came in earlier. I ran an errand and waited for me before going to lunch!Definitely coming back.

I needed assistance understanding my current plan situation to get everyone on the same page, as far as unlimited data and see if I could save some money. Matt was very helpful in providing me different options that I could be interested in. He then broke down what I was currently paying for and compared it to other plans that would save me money and/or pay roughly the same with other benefits. All in all, I got what I needed and more. Matt was very attentive and helpful. Definitely going back when Im ready to open another line. Thanks again for the help!

My experience at this store was amazing thanks to Jeff the manager. He was very knowledgeable with products, billing, and answered every and any question we had with complete clarity. My mom and I have never had such an easy and clear transition from one iPhone to the other. We were completely filled in on the details, as he broke down everything for us and made it quite easy to understand.This is my first time going to this AT&T store and I will definitely be returning in the future because of Jeff. He juggled multiple other customers, attending to everyone’s needs/concerns with just one other employee. I feel confident in his knowledge and experience to guide me through the sometimes frustrating process of figuring out payments and updates. I usually never leave reviews, but he deserves one! Great service and help

Takes forever to get someone to help you, the prices are high, the place smells like cigarettes and I always see them smoking and vaping on their break infront of Baskin Robins while people are trying to enjoy their ice cream. Just disgusting

Dont waste your time. It takes your inquiry, takes your order, but it wont get the job done even if you have some minor issue. Their employee training needs to be more specific.

Very poor communication with thier techs. not giving information about when and what time they are going to show up and making fuals cliams saying they tried contacting us but no missed calls . They just pick and choose who they want to help that day and now we get pushed another week back just poor poor techs that work for this company

Matt assisted with my billing concern and somehow got my bill lower with a newer unlimited plan and insurance. He even opened the door for me and my kids even though it was busy and people were waiting. Kudos on being helpful, friendly and professional!

I went today to see about upgrading my daugters phone and I ended up getting myself a phone as well! Ricky was beyond patient with me as I had to make calls to port over my daughters line and and get pin numbers etc. Matt was also exceptional and really kind! the district manager Ilene was also there and very professional! I really like the new team here! Amazing experience! Have not experinced this level of service in a long time!!! Thank you Ricky, Matt, and Ilene for moving this team to this store!!

We brought in a phone to add to our plan and Matt took care of everything including updates. He checked other discounts we might have and was very helpful. We will certainly go back to that store for other products and services!

Received satisfactory service from the very friendly staff. They ensured I was set up quickly and that my connection was working properly before I left the place.

I wish I could rate this store lower than one star. We went here to switch from T-Mobile and they did nothing but create a fraudulent account. They opened our two person account as a business (we later learned they get additional bonuses for business accounts) and took one of our phones in on trade and NEVER paid us back for it. When we went back to complain and get resolution we only got the excuse of We did you a favor, we saved you the $5 fee which is completely wrong.Please star away from this store! AT&T is a good carrier but this store is terrible, seek elsewhere outside of this dealer (they also operate the one in Lake Forest). We are in the process of getting a lawyer to correct this issue as they even made a fake business name and tax ID using our SSN. If we get audited we will be responsible for all this mess!

Travis is a scam artist and a coward. I told you I wasnt interested in saving money on my plan, yet to took it upon yourself to change my rate plan for a grandfathered 20gb mobile share to 3gb. You added insurance without my consent on both devices, and ATT can longer get my old rate plan back because its not offered anymore. This will be a lawsuit for fraud going to Travis personally. I will not stop until he is fired.

Horrible experience. Travis was only concerned with making a sale. He charged us $5 for a sim card and then told us to call customer service to have ot activated! I couldnt believe it. After lying about AT&T changing their sim card policy, he just took my money and then wouldnt help activate the sim. Corporate AT&T stores do not charge for sim cards.I dont mind paying for the sim. Its just he told me to call customer service instead of doing the job himself. Then he just played on his phone. Dont go to this store.
