Jim, employee, was stranded without any other employee help and had to call in a driver to help with deliveries. He was the star for my service. Appreciate him making sure my item was delivered!
Ordered a fruit tray for my family. Paid for it etc. Just found out it was never delivered. Tried to call and finally just left a message. I thought this was a reputable company - apparently I was misinformed...
UPDATE: the manager of this store was GREAT! he truly delivered a new delivery of the same gift; He was wonderful to talk to and knows how to treat issues.He explained the back log and offered a new delivery or credit. I believe he will do well because he understands how to mediate and make someone happy.Past: Had a delivery supposed to be on December 24 2020; We received it on December 26 2020 at 6pm at nite and it was not cold. The delivery person said dont worry just put it in freezer for half hour and it will be okay? I tried to call store in Rancho Santa Margherita with no one picking up. Now heading to corporate. This was not only two days late but at 6pm and warm. This location needs their franchise license revoked along with getting real with true customer service and delivery. Sounds like the delivery guy had it in his truck for days??? ugh!!!
When you have a scheduled delivery for a day and they never deliver. The people when they do answer the phone, alway give you the run around. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My order was delivered successfully but incomplete and since then I’ve been trying to get a hold of these people but they never answer the phone. The store or their customer care number! Terrible!!! I just need my refund for the missing item.
My little nephew was coming home from the hospital today after being hit by a car and I wanted to have balloons a bear and strawberries there when he got home. All that I really cared about was the bear and balloons, so of course only the strawberries were delivered. And now they arent answering the phone. In the middle of the afternoon. So basically I payed $90 for 12 strawberries. They royally screwed me today.
I ordered a platter for Mother’s Day and when I arrived (drove 30 minutes) the workers seemed in a bad mood. I stood outside in clear view and they kept working. A man looked at me and got Victoria to help me out. She gave me the wrong order. I told them and then gave me the right order. Well those strawberries didn’t look fresh like they say. I will never order from them again.
Place an order on 5/7 and to be picked on Mothers day 5/10... After pickung up my 2 orders my wife and mom told me that strawberry covered chocolate is been sitting on their own fruit juice and soggy. My order was made a couple of a days go, fruit juice is been sitting in the fruit liners. NO STARS
Well, why am i not surprised to see too many bad reviews. Long story short, I had surgery, so my co-workers ordered an arrangement to be delivered to me. It did arrive on time but the fruit was no where close to Fresh as they advertised. My wife called the second day, she asked them to make it right by sending a fresh arrangement and picking up the old one. They said no, they wanted her to bring it to the store to inspect and decide then if they will replace it. Not how you do business. Zero stars. Dont order at this place.
We had a party at work and had one of these arrangements delivered. It was FANTASTIC!! The person on the phone was great and gave us good suggestions on what to purchase and it was a HUGE hit! The white and dark chocolate covered bananas are to die for, the strawberries were perfect and the overall look of the arrangement was beautiful. Great product and service, I would recommend calling they do a great job of helping you pick from their large selection.
Scheduled an order for Valentines day online.No delivery as of 6pm on the scheduled day, so I called to verify and was assured it would be delivered.As of 2/15 no delivery has occurred and the shop has made no effort to contact or notify me. I am incredibly disappointed as delivering food is literally their only job yet they somehow failed to accomplish this.
Love the chocolate covered bananas. Could eat them every day. Everyone should try them.
Surprisingly good chocolate covered strawberries, large quantities in all gifts. Great all great round.
See Edit based on Owners response.Horrible Customer Service from staff and managerI placed an online order with EA for a small arrangement to be sent to my in-laws for an anniversary surprise. I scheduled the arrangement with specific instructions regarding a message to include as well as delivery notes. One part of that was included while the other was simply disregarded. The delivery notes mentioned to deliver after 7:30 PM, and to call my cell if that would not be possible. These were explicit, yet left with utter disregard by the staff. The arrangement was delivered the next day at 3:30 PM and welcomed, but completely threw off the timing of the surprise. I was notified by my in-laws that they received the arrangement. I then contacted the store directly and spoke with a Julie/Julia regarding this matter. I was not happy to say the least and she kept harping their disclosure, which I was already fully aware of before placing my order. When I asked to speak to the manager, I felt discounted by the tone of her voice when she mentioned that the manager was on the other phone and she would have her call me back the same day. I never received that call-back. I subsequently submitted a complaint online with an online-chat representative with notification that I would be contacted by the store manager directly within 48 hours. Needless to say, I never received a call from the manager within that time-frame. It was not until 3 days after my complaint submission that I was contacted by the store manager, or “someone” from the store.I received a call and the introduction of the call went something like: Me: “Hello?”; Them: “Is this Todd?”; Me: “Yes this is.”; Them: “This is the store manager at the edible arrangements; I noticed you have a complaint that we ruined the surprise.” Is this the proper way to introduce a person in a managerial level? I thought it very strange that someone does not go by a name, but rather a title and was very blunt and unsympathetic to my complaint. I still to this day do not know the name of the person I spoke with; that is unacceptable. We continue through the conversation with the long winded apologies, but I do not believe the store manager ever truly understood why I was upset. It was because the lack of professionalism shown to me throughout the entire experience compounded by the poor or lack there of customer service that I am writing this review. I feel strongly that I should have been called regarding the delivery. If you could not deliver the arrangement at the time (regardless of whether you are or are not closed) then please, please let me know. The store manager worsened the experience by 10-fold when she contacted me late and blew it off by saying that she just received the complaint. Your staff member mentioned that she would deliver a voice message to you in person the day I called! She wrote my contact information down! I am frustrated because you did absolutely nothing. The staff member and suspected store member literally showed me indifference for service to the customer. I received resistance from the conversation from the store manager and a lack of respect for which an unsympathetic apology does not mean anything other than coming across as disrespect. I have used EA before this experience and it was a pleasant experience because EA seemed to care about the experience, but this occurrence really speaks bad about EA’s reputation.Edit: Store owner, Russ contacted me in response to voicemail I left and sincerely apologized for the experience. He made right on his promise to meet expectations of service and delivery to the customer. Greatly appreciate his communication and adjusted my rating based on this.
For my anniversary I wanted to get my wife a gift, but I was out of town so I thought to get it delivered. The thing is they calmed they had came to my house twice but looking at the cameras no one actually came. So my anniversary passes and my wife is not the happiest, so like any normal person I ask for a refund. I got my money back, but for my inconvenience they said they would send me a free gift. Well like the other gift it never came.

Awful place, stood outside for 45 minutes from 6:20 til 7:05. My pick up time was 6:30 but the worker was in the back with the front doors locked. She even knew that my pick up time was at 6:30. Never coming to this location again!
