I was in a rear-end collision and had to take my car to them through my insurance company. My car was perfectly fixed in a timely manner. They also cleaned both the exterior and the interior of the car. They were also able to set up a rental car for me.

My car was repaired perfectly - they did an excellent job, and my 10-year-old car looks like new! They were also able to do the job quicker than they had originally estimated and for almost half of what another body shop had quoted. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I had no deductible - the person who had hit me was at fault - so I paid nothing, but I appreciate the fact that they didnt try to pad the price; when insurance companies get overcharged they pass the cost onto us, the consumers, so honest pricing benefits everyone. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone who needs auto body work.

This auto body shop is top-notch. Everybody is friendly, efficient and theyre quick. Not only that they did a perfect body repair on my car, they also did interior and exterior detailing at no extra cost. I didnt even ask them to detail my car but they did it anyway. I am sooo impressed with this place. I was estimated 3-4 days to get my car fixed and it took them 2 days with a snow storm! Wow.They went above and beyond to help me and even helped with an extra scuff I had! (They didn’t have to do that for me!) AND cleaned my car inside and out. L & W Auto Body was recommended by a neighbor that is an auto insurance appraiser to repair damage from a minor rear end accident. They were professional and courteous in every way from the first call to picking it up today. They assisted me in understanding insurance issues and coordinated the rental car to make drop off and pick of my car as smooth and hassle free as I can imagine. Since my car was in the shop they were able to also detail and touch-up the paint on the entire car at a very reasonable additional charge. I am thrilled about the quality of the work and was able to pickup my car today, Friday, days earlier than the original estimate of Next Tuesday. I will highly recommend them to anyone; friends, family, and neighbors. It would be nice if all businesses were as professional as L & W Auto Body, great people, honest service, and quality work what more can you ask for.

One word to describe my experience...unbelievable. I usually dont take time out to write reviews, but I couldnt let this experience go by without giving credit where credit is due. Friendly, professional, organized, reasonable prices, on time and honest. I could go on but I get lazy when it comes to this kind of stuff. This is an exception, though. I called for a price two times and got a call back within a day. When I went in to the location it was clean, neat and the young ladies at the desk politely greeted me. My folder was all set to go, no more explanation needed and I was on my way. Scott told me it would be ready in two days, he called me the second day and my car was ready for pick up. I originally took my car to the dealer and they told me that I needed something done that I actually didnt need. Scott explained what he did and how the problem was fixed. I moved to Randolph 4 years ago and have been looking for a reliable mechanic in all the wrong places. I finally found one. Terrible left my paint with spots all over it and tried to send me with it like that 2 times. Car still isn’t finished to my standards after complaining several times. I do NOT recommend. I chose this body shop based on the reviews. They just care about money and rush services to get cars finished as quick as possible.

Last year, my Ford Edge was hit three times. All three times I had L & W repair the damage. Excellent results, couldnt tell that the vehicle had been hit. Going back next week for damage from a hit and run in May. Highly recommended.

In and out in minutes. Car rental is right on the premise. Great customer service but the final delivery is in need of improvement.Needed improvement:1) Final QA exterior: car still has dripping paint on the door edge and door panel.2) Final QA interior: paint is all over the places on front and rear seat. I have to ask one of the person there to clean up the paint before I took over the car.
