The customer service was horrible. He ..the cashier... was extremely rude and not helpful.. I was really taken back by his attitude. I will not go there again.
Wish I could give them less than a star..they stole my refund, I was supposed to get a refund on my card and never got it, I messed up by giving them the receipt and told them that I didn’t need because I trusted auto zone. They processed the transaction as cash after I left and kept money, called HQ and complained never heard from them since.

This store has the worst customer service ever, the manager is so arrogant never try to help his customers, hes just not a nice person in general, how come someone like that chose to be a manager, they dont even clean like they supposed to. I wish I could give less than one STAR.
Auto parts at this store are so expensive. Imagine buying a bulb at ten times the price I got same at another store. It is ridiculous.

Came to replace battery under warranty female store rep said I was here earlier, I informed her it is my first at this store, I showed her a failure test receipt from Ntb where I had an oil change earlier she showed me the screen showing that the warranty expires in 2020 But she disagreed and said the battery is not covered and need to talk with a manager which the experience took over 20 minutes, the manager looked at the and said that she needs to review it, I said I will take my business elsewhere, which I did go to another location (Braintree) which was excellent, and swapped out quickly. I will not do business at the Randolph location. This was ridiculous!
