My mother needed help with her phone and Deneika was amazing! She helped my mom fix her phone so quickly and was so nice. She certainly is the best! Highly recommend that she be given a raise as she was handling an entire store full of customers with such incredible grace. Truly a class act! Her professionalism is to be admired.

Went in checking out a new phone service was excellent. Service person Amy was knowledgeable and very patient with this senior citizenHer cheerful attitude made it go very smooth. To return again at later date

This Store never had 2nor more persons working to assist customers. There is always a Line, the Asian representative that works in there is extremely rude, slow, and impatient.It makes no sense to have a METRO PCS STORE this BIG just for 1 person to be working in there .

Metro in Randolph Ma, is the best Metro store there is. Amy the manager, is so helpful and works in a very detailed manner.

Went there yesterday because my moms phone was acting crazy I was pretty sure she needed a new one but employee named Dee said he knew what was wrong with it. It took him a while because the setting were in another language but he didnt stop until he fixed it!!! We were so happy we didnt have to buy another. Dee is very nice & he really goes out of his way!!! Thank you!!! Happy customers here!!!

Went to the randolph store. Amy is phenominal!!!! Great customer service and great knowledge. She juggled all the issues by herself. With a mask and Im sure a smile. Cant say enough about her

Don’t go to this location one of the associates added a lot of extra stuff to my account, lied and said that the accessories were free even though I said I didn’t want them. Then pulled the same scam with my mother. Obviously not all the associates are bad but there is one in particular who basically committed fraud, now I can’t get a refund on the “free accessories” she charged me for. This woman is extremely manipulative because she comes across as super friendly, when in fact she is a scam artist. If you go this location please be aware of what is being added on your bill. The company as a whole is great, this experience just really rubbed me the wrong way, apparently not everyone is a decent, honest human being.Update: the woman that actually helped me might’ve been a manager and supposedly works at another location as well. I called the regional director or manager and never received a call back. She also assisted my mother who got the same exact plan and phone but ended up paying double the amount I paid🙃 and was told by the same woman, she couldn’t switch to another company until she waited for a certain amount of time. That was a blatant lie my mother switched to T-Mobile the next day. Thankfully she was reimbursed by T-Mobile. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I have always been treated well at the Randolph,MA Metro store. Any issue i have with my phone they fix. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They multitask well to help with the wait times and dont use high pressure sales tactics.

Dont buy from metro pcs, return policy is crap. You cannot exchange your purchase you are forced to cancel your service then buy a new phone. And of course nobody tells you that. Stay away you were warned.

So theres a fat Chinese lady who BEEN working there thats very disrespectful, she tried to cut me off while I was talking on the phone with her she also yelled while I was talking to her. When I asked to speak to someone other than her she told the person to put me on speaker so she could listen. Do not go there cause youll really end up smacking her big ass
