Computer Escape did a phenomenal job restoring my iMac computer. Bob Jr. provided excellent customer service. I wanted to fix a 2011 iMac computer that broke down on me a year or so ago. To be honest, I wasnt sure of taking my computer anywhere that wasnt an apple store, however when apple told me there was nothing they could do, I had to search for other options. To my surprise, Computer Escapes services were exactly what I needed. Bob Jr. listened to my requests and continued to follow up with me during the restoration process. Im glad I found this business and will definitely use them again. Thanks Bob. Appreciate your good work, and Im glad I am able to use my iMac again.

I had my cooling fan changed in my laptop. I never use to hear the fan in any type of environment regardless of the noises in that space. Its sound is definitely more noticeable and makes me wonder if there was any real effort to get the right part, or a budget generic part. Im not happy about that.

Computer Escape is a best place to repair for my keyboard on previous laptop in the past.I hope that my new laptop for Windows 10 needs to fix that part of the black screen and caps lock blinking issues and might take some time to repair and get fixed as quickly as possible.I thank Tom Pham from Quincy College for making a good recommendation.Rob is an outstanding tech expert and knows how to handle the right way and right part.I strongly recommend that place is a good business and good place to go and get fixed and get repairs.

Deceptive. I go in there to have my Apple laptop diagnosed display issues The rates are clearly posted as $59.00 diagnostics. He tells me because it’s an Apple laptop he has to charge me $69. Unethical. Why charge me a different quote when you don’t have it displayed. Honor what you have displayed on your screen. And the business is part of the BBB. I’m sure they will find this unethical as well.Try not to deceive your customers. We will not go back.

Always quality, honest work. They did a great job adding a solid state drive to my lap top. I then had them do a repair on my nieces iphone. I would have been happy to pay them up to $100 for the repair of the phone, but he found a small problem and only charged me $10. Really good people over there.

This shop is just amazing the quality and expertise is wonderful. Conveniently located with easy parking. O but they also can fix your computer remotely. I have needed that a few times. Just a great place..
