My package is missing. Does not show up as dropped off on USPS tracking. When I tried to inquire what happened to the package and what the next steps were in a case like this, the man (supposedly the owner), called the cops on me as opposed to explaining simply how to handle it. I still can’t believe it. And I still don’t have my package. He was completely unable to support this issue from beginning until end.

I’d checked the FedEx website and called the customer service line for the status of my delivery as both told me it was “in transit” either to or from Randolph, but wanted to confirm so we could intercept and pickup at a closer location. I called and asked if they could please track the delivery for me. The man who answered said no, go online to track, and hung up on me. I called again and elaborated to why I was calling, and he said to call the FedEx customer service line. I said I’d checked online and called them but I needed to know where our package was as it was supposed to be delivered in the early AM and now it was almost noon. He said he could not help me, could not track anything for me, because “they were busy” . . . Too busy to lookup a tracking number? That’s literally your job, but okay. He hung up on me again.If I’d called the wrong Randolph FedEx, then okay, if it made a difference then he could’ve just told me that. OR worst case he tells me exactly what the website and customer service did - wouldn’t have been happy but at least it’s an answer.Extremely rude and unprofessional.

The staff here stole my credit card information and have been using it to make purchases at shaw next door and also at the cvs behind the building. I confronted the staff and they could care less. Filing a police report as they are steeling from their customers. I am angered by such blatant fraudulent activity at this business . Will be contacting Chowdhury Nizam Nishow and the Randolph Police Department.

Ignorant. Asked for a receipt for tracking an expensive package being shipped and was more worried about sitting on his cell phone. Instead of hanging the phone up he just handed back the box. Terrible business ethic, would never recommend this place.

Dropped off two UPS packages there that already had paid shipping labels and the lady behind the counter said because they are heavy, they are going to charge me $10 extra and proceeded to wait for the money [else they would not accept the drop off]. That is the most unprofessional and most likely, not legal, business practice.

Rude staff. I came here to pick up money from Western Union. They had a sign on the computer that said Western Union cash only. The woman sat on her phone and watched me fill out a Western Union form and waited until I got to the counter to tell me the computer was down. When I explained to her the sign was misleading, she gave me a really rude attitude. So I gave it right back to her. She needs to go back to whatever country she came from before she starts giving Americans a hard time. I will now tell all of my friends and family never to come to this place. She was such a rude *****! Furthermore, I will be reporting her to her boss.

This place is absolutely horrible! They are extremely unethical in the way that they do business. They charged me double the rate to ship out a package. After I shipped out the package I had to have it rerouted back to the postal center. They said I would have to pay 4 times the rate to pick it up. When I called them back to question them on it they said I had the wrong number and they hung up on me. I am in the process of filing a claim against them. Do not use them!!!!

I used to love this post office; the guys who worked there were always friendly and helpful. But they changed management/ownership a few years ago and when I went in to drop off a return after the change of staff, the women turned the computer screen at me and told me to enter all the shipping information! That shouldnt have been needed as my package was just a drop off. I havent been back since.

Wish I could leave a negative star! Went in to ship a package and get a document notarized. They tried to charge $15 for notary! State law says they can only charge $1.25 per signature!!! I will be reporting them. Now I question if I was ripped off on the shipping fees too.

Friendly staff and great service! A lot closer than USPS. Hours of the center use to be horrible but now theyve stepped up and have become amazing! I dont ever remember having problems with the staff or service.

If youre smart, you wont go here for services. They are unprofessional, rude, liars, and will rip you off. Let me tell you a ridiculous situation that happened to me so that you dont have the same situation. I went in to place an overnight shipping of important papers to get my certificate as a Pharmacy Technician. I went in on a Thursday night and paid 49.35 in overnight shipping charges via FedEx. However, the item arrived 5 days later, on Monday. I called Fedex thinking to get an adjustment or return credit, Id have to go through them. However, because I paid in this stores location, I had to go here to get my return. So I call them to discuss it with them and they tell me because it shipped they cant help me. So I asked for a manager and the information for their district manager, and they hung up on me. So then after work I head into the store about 5ishpm. They close at 6 so I figure this should be quick. However, the man who assisted me, the supposed owner named Md Nizam Uddin; who when I asked for his name he only told me MD. Anyway, He said the return would take a while so I said fine and asked for the name of the associate who hung up on me and the name of the owner. He refused to give me the information so i said I wast going to leave until he gave me a name. He then called an officer down to try and settle the matter by getting me out of the store. He told the officer I was being loud and rude and other whatnots and then the officer asked me for my side which I told him and told him I also have a recording of the situation as well just in case. The officer understood my side that they indeed were wrong and managed to get me the name and business card of this manager and I was told in a couple days I should have my return. It shouldnt have come down to this, guys. I work customer service, and for 10years at that. There is no reason this had to happen. He should have apologized and credited me the difference of a 5 day shipping instead of the overnight charge and it should have been settled in no more than half an hour. For the record, the officer didnt seem pleased or surprised that he had to come to this location so i assume this was not his first time having to come deal with some drama from this Postal Service location.

A friend had to send me a package overnight which was really important that I get the next day. They charged her $50.00 for the next day service, the US Post Office does it for $25!!! (my friend didnt know and she didnt call me before she did this) and I do not have the package and not only that...they didnt even provide a tracking number so we can track the package. They just gave her a reciept for the money that she paid but no tracking number for the package. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! There is no telling where the package is which has my information. Plus it couldve been shipped ground since they put the package in a plain yellow envelope and not in a next day envelope! I am beyond pissed. I will be calling them on Monday and she may have to seek further action since they ripped her off! Do not go here for your shipping needs!

Closed and its 637pm on a thursday?? Hours say open til 7pm..... looks like they changed hours to close at 6pm. Updated from 1 to 3 stars.
