Came here with my nieces and nephew and the store was a disaster like it hadnt been cleaned in days. Boxes everywhere open things everywhere stuff spilled on the floor. They have a good selection of stuff and friendly staff but yikes they need to clean up.

Picked up an online order for candy, very quick and easy process

The staff were super friendly and the store was surprisingly neat and well organized. While they were out of stock for some things, I definitely didnt leave empty handed as i prepare to make centerpieces.

Store was great exceptionally clean and the workers were really friendly. I showed up with 4 minutes left with the intentions to just get ashtrays but left with $60 worth of stuff. That always seems to happen that way at the dollar store. Even though I was late this staff was accommodating and not rushing. I highly recommend shopping here, I will definitely be back.

Clerks are very nice but they never have enough cashiers on the clerks are totally over worked.

I love the dollar tree except they sometimes dont have enough cashiers. I have at times waited longer in line to check out then it did to shop.

I stopped in to get some inexpensive paint brushes. I ended up grabbing a few extra items. I always forget to stop in the Dollar Tree I need to go more often and save myself money because Im paying way more than what I should at conventional stores. Its a great store and they have so much to choose from. Customer service everybody was very pleasant the customers themselves to were very polite.

The selections in the location is vast, from frozen dinners to electronics and cat food. They offer smaller packaging for common name brand items. That includes snacks and frozen food. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and helpful. My only complaint is that theres rarely enough people working the registers. There is always a long line. Ive witnessed people leave the store without purchasing for that very reason, choosing to go to dollar general instead.

Dollar Tree in Randolph is a great place to run in and pickup a few much needed things. They are always well stocked. I find myself going in for toothpaste, and leaving with bandaids, tissue, some really nice greeting cards, a gallon of vinegar, a can of tomato sauce, and a bag of pasta. What more could you ask for? A whole lot more!

This is a literal dollar store in the sense that everything within costs one dollar. It is disorganized inside and strange people often hang out front smoking cigarettes for some reason. You know the type.Its good for small toiletries, disposables and other odds and ends. I wouldnt buy much else here.

Clean, good inventory, great cashiers

They were short staff when I was there. Many people in line but only one cashier working. Boxes of product stacking everywhere in front of the shelves, I cant really look at the thing I was looking for. Many shelves were empty. And when the cashier call for help, a person will come out and help for like 5-10 minutes then gone. I didnt see anyone stocking up the shelves either.

Face masks are required to shop inside. Social distancing required to wait for checkouts. They now sell alphabet beads.

The employees are great, management needs to step it up, stop breathing down there necks. I notice everytime the mgr. Is out, the tempo is upbeat.

Obviously you cant beat the price. Parking is a pain because of how small the parking lot is and with all the other businesses there. The store itself is a bit cluttered and a little messy, but thats probably because they have so much stuff. The only thing to give you a heads up on is to be prepared to wait. There is almost always long lines and 1 or 2 cashiers open. But their cashiers seem very friendly.

I swear every time I come here is like dejavú all over. One lane open all the time and the store be a mess.

Went to purchase something on last weekend. This place carries pretty much everything you would need. The quality isnt great but you get what you pay for,. Rating it 3 star because the lady at register was very rude with the customer ahead of me. She was cursing, using F word and yelling at customer. Terrible!

Stopped by today to grab a few things and as usual the lines are always long but not to make it any better the manager Erick has a phone glued to his ear instead of moving lines. Very unprofessional and these businesses need to evaluate the staff theyre hiring.

There is only ever one cashier and one register open. Plan on beong in line for more than ten minutes. If you dont have ten minutes go to the dollar tree in avon wuere the employees actually care about customer service

Wednesday evening August 8th I was in getting a dozen balloons for my sister-in-law the young lady helping me kept getting yelled at from her store manager I do not know his name but I can only identify him as an Asian man her name was Chicana I cannot spell it nor pronounce it she was totally humiliated I work for a large retail box horrified then a manager would totally disrespect in humiliate another employee because he did not want to ring the register this was in Randolph Massachusetts he does not need to be a store manager the other guests in the store felt horrible for this young lady but yet she held her composure and pride to think how they treat their employees is horrifying

The dollar tree in Randolph sucks. Customer service is poor. Lines are always long. Was in today with about 15 people in line with pne register open while three other workers were on the floor stocking and a fourth walking out the front door and standing outside the entrance smoking a cigarette.

This Dollar Tree is a okay one sometimes a little ghetto but most of the time they are okay and have the stuff you are looking for and they close at 10 oclock
