I was at FedEx in Randolph, MA on 3/2/21 to mail a laptop from MA to TX and Amy was the employee who helped me pack and mail everything. She was a true example of what outstanding customer service is and I cant thank her enough for all she did! Every time I go to FedEx in Randolph the people are very helpful and professional ~

Carrier stole my package!I was being shipped a new iPhone last Friday and the carrier forged my signature and took the phone. I have been trying to reach fed ex and get answers for a week now. Not good FedEx.

I waited for an Xbox Series S to arrive, it never did even though FedEx listed it as being delivered on a day that I was in full view of my front yard. Also, the package required a signature to deliver, which I did not sign for. I was then given an inconsistent story from the driver that he delivered it and took a picture, but he had sent the photo to dispatch, then dispatch told me that their policy is to not take photos unless they are in a bad neighborhood and a photo wouldnt be sent to dispatch. it appears that FedEx employees at this location do not know company policy and certainly do not adhere to it, like having a package signed that was insured for $600+.Because of FedExs incompetence I had to spend hours coordinating with the shipper, insurance company, FedEx and the police. Sound like fun? I would suggest you do NOT send anything valuable through FedEx. Amazon, UPS and the USPS are much more secure alternatives.

If you dont have a GPS, have fun finding the place. Once there if you are looking for signage, good luck, however there are a constant flow of FedEx folks to point you to the unassuming door midway down the long side of the building that looks more administrative than client centered.That said, service, especially in the time of Corona, was well done. And overall I have nothing but good things to say about those I came into contact with

4 Chiefs Way Randoph MA location. HORRIBLE customer service. Paid for a pkg to be sent to this location (hold at location) for my husband to pick up. Package was to be picked up today, my husband arrived at 4pm. Was told our pkg was on delivery truck to be sent back to sender because it wasnt shipped to them Express so they wont hold it for pick up. Needless to say, we did this process a month before with NO problem and I was NEVER told upon sending the pkg that the only way for them to hold for pick up was if I sent it Express.

Very good service.the Agent was nice and knowledgeable.

One of the few places left that the customer comes first, and they will do everything they can so you will be pleased with the out come.

I had a great experience during my visit to the FedEx place. I stopped a delivery from Amazon and it was held at their Randolph branch.When I chose for them to hold my package, via FedEx Tracking, they explained to me the process and how I would be notified when my package was ready for pick up.It took them about 20 minutes for the website to tell me that it was ready for me to pick up.I went there. The woman checked my ID and she remembered my name from I guess having to stop the delivery. She went in the back for about 30 seconds and had me sign for it.I was in there a total of about 2 minutes. It was very quick, easy and the representative was very nice.

I love coming here to ship my package. The people who work behind the counter are always fast and friendly. Great customer service.There is never a line. I go in and come out quickly.

I am so shocked that FedEx is still in business with such a poor customer service. The drivers are absolutely incompetent, not all - but it only takes a few to ruin the reputation of the company. I had an overnight package, a medication that was not delivered day 1, because the driver apparently does not know how to use the intercom in an apartment building! Second day I stayed home all day waiting for the second delivery attempt, hoping that the medicine will not be spoiled (has to be iced, hence overnight delivery) I finally check the tracking progress only to find out that the driver left my building 10 minuted earlier, saying that the business was closed, customer not available or something like that. Again - all drivers have a code to get in - UPS, Amazon - no one ever has an issue getting into our building. If the code does not work, they call the apartment! FedEx guy - did not even bother to use the intercom to call me, so I could open the door or even come down to get the package. Such BS! I am home waiting for the package and he refuses to use intercom?! Blows my mind - the incompetence, the laziness, the complacency! Called the company and they say I have to go get it myself or wait until tomorrow for the third last attempt at delivery. Why bother? Why redeliver - if the driver refuses to make any effort to get in?! There were two tags on the door, for two days, different apartments - he just does not bother to use intercom! He will never deliver the packages! And now I have to get it myself? What if I do not own a car. Just ridiculous. I will no longer buy if a company uses FedEx for shipping.

At first I was a little annoyed that I missed the delivery, the ride out to the ship center wasnt very far at all. And once I arrived, I had the wrong tracking number but the folks there easily overcame my Ill preparedness! They were super nice, and super helpful!!

Wait at home all day putting off other errands for this package. FedEx guy leaves a Door Tag on the outside door of the apartment building around 2:18. I find out at 2:28 because I checked the tracking number. Call FedEx. They say Sorry, well have him attempt again. Annoying, but fine. Just got a call back saying that hes already back for the day so theyll deliver it tomorrow (when Im not here) or I can go pick it up. Seriously!?😡

Driver was in front of my house inside his truck yesterday and I was waiting for my delivery at the door. When I saw he left I was like thats weird and when a check the tracking it says that the delivery was rescheduled because there was no one to sign.

BAD, my door bell rang for less than 5 seconds before I pressed the OPEN button, but no package, just another flyer. If you dont want to wait even for 5 seconds, dont do this business.

Waited all day for delivery that didnt come I dont even know how they got that flyer at my door.
