They have alot of big talk. He absolutely does not follow through!! From inside out I needed much work done. I left the Equinox for almost 6 weeks and it was never touched!! He went on vacation. His mechanics didnt even know why my car was there all that time. He doesnt reply back. I have to pay someone to fix all this stuff that he promised would get done. I bought a pretty piece of junk.
