Very unprofessional including the doctor had me sitting there for 20 mins just to tell me that the doctor said he wasn’t going to see me and I had to reschedule. The lady was rude. Then I had to wait another 10 mins just for a CSM. Just terrible the store and the vision center. All they employees need to be retrain and learn some customers service skills

The woman there was beyond rude and disrespectful when I needed my glasses repaired and told me to buy the stuff my self. Did not do her job at all as was beyond disrespectful.
