Love Perfection Tire. Great service professional staff! I used to go to that big chain store in town, Les Somebody, but switched a year ago after Jack left. His replacement treated my wife poorly. We spent thousands there over the years. Couldnt be happier with Perfection. Never going back to Les. Ask for Ray, hell take care of you.

He always told me if I had a problem and couldnt reach him to go to Perfection tire and they would help me and that he trusted them. I stopped by on my way in and they were so kind. I meant to leave this review several weeks ago. These guys are the best. They do a great job and their prices are very reasonable. We take all our vehicles there. They are always busy and you may have to wait at the counter a few minutes, but there is a reason people wait. They are worth it!

Good guys to deal with,

The employees at this place have been so helpful and professional. My son thought he needed new tires and they could have sold him some but instead told him all he needed was a new stem which they replaced for free. They even picked me up to get his car since he took my car to work. In all the years Ive dealt with them they have never put their profits in front of service to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went here this winter to get an alignment for my ford truck. I was called a couple hours after dropping it off. I was told I had several broken parts and they wouldn’t align it without fixing those. My husband does auto body. So I told them I would probably have him fix it. They said they’d give me an estimate. I picked it up and was not given an estimate. The man at the desk was short and just handed me the keys. When I talked to my husband he had already replaced some of these “broken parts.” If I hadn’t been married to a auto professional, I would have wasted a bunch of money. I will never go back. And I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

This used to be a good place to take your car for minor repairs, but no longer.After three years of being a good customer, Perfection has lost my business.Brought the car in for REAR brakes. Went outside and saw that the mechanic had taken off my FRONT wheels and pads, without my knowledge or consent. Scott came out and told me I needed front pads and showed me a very worn brake pad. Quoted me $325, complete. Five minutes after the mechanic started the work, Scott changed the quote to $388.Front left brake squealed from day 1. Brought it back in, and waited 2 hours to be told it was a rock under the pad. Brake squealed on the way out and has been squealing since.Also, received semi-metallic pads and price paid was high enough to have bought ceramic.Im done with this place.

Just recently had a leveling kit put on my truck by Jeremy he did an awesome job! Got it done in a timely matter and gave me a smoking deal! Also got my dad hooked up big time on a lift for his truck! Will definitely be going back to see Jeremy!

I’ve made a few different purchases and they have done a good job with my vehicles. They were a lot cheaper than less Schwab for my 18”Tires mounting and balancing. If you can drop your car off and not pressure them they’ll get everything taken care of and get you back on the road!

They are kind, considerate and very knowledgeable on what needs to get done. It generally gets done in a timely manner. I recommend them highly.

RIP OFF! POOR WORKMANSHIP, IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY DO NOT GO HERE! replaced my air conditioner pump and somehow 2 weeks later the car doesnt cool. took it in to find out there was a leak in the condenser. i feel that they punctured it replacing the the pump. $650 for the pump then they want another $450 for the condenser

Had an appointment, took truck in...on time, said it looked like it could be done today. THATS GREAT its his only work truck. Husband took his truck in to be fixed. He appears to be right. No evidence anything was touched. They had his truck all day. A loss for him of 200 dollars for not working, truck still not fixed. Until next day when he fixed it. Another $200 loss for not being able to go to work. Will never go there again, a 25yr resident of Rathdrum. He is not happy with this company. He is telling everyone he knows not to go to this company.

Double charged me for a tire change a year or so ago and I never went back. Today, a random person that only knew my name showed up saying they got my address from an employee here. It wouldve been fine if they called to check with me first, but nah its just somebodys personal information what could possibly go wrong?

Gave an estimated belt fix for 500$! They forgot to plug a fuze back in. That making it seem Id have to spend more. Then go to another shop find same repair for 365. Dont recommend this location at all.

Place is horrible, stay away. First off the guy at the desk is very rude. Second, we took the car in for an oil change, they totally stripped the drain plug and had the nerve to say it was already like that then proceeed to tell us it would cost over $300 to fix. It was obviously them who messed it up, after we brought the car home from here the car started basically gushing out oil and it didn’t do that before. We then called up this place we have been going to for a while, but it’s own post falls, and they said they will only charge us $150 to fix everything, that’s half of what Perfection Tire was going to charge. So please just trust me, do not got here they will mess up your car and then try to rip you off.

I brougt my car in their to get my tires rotated. I live close so i walked home. They said 2 hours and it will be ready. I came back 3 hrs later and my car was still sitting in the parking lot not touched. As i was leaving to go home for 2 hrs a lady came in after me. When i went back to pick up my car the lady that came in after me was leaving in her car. I assumed my car was done but when i went in to get it the said it will be the next. I said that the lady that just left came in after me and they could care less. Never going back.

The guys here are great! I dropped my car off on a super busy day(like 30+cars in line), not expecting it to get done fast or at all that day. Called them a while later just to see if it was going to be done that day so I could make arrangements and the guy told me they were going to finish every single car on the lot before they went home. I thought that was really cool and shows that they care about their customers. A little bit after that I went down there just to get my garage door opener and when I walked in the guy told me my vehicle had just been pulled out of the shop and that there wasnt going to be any charge. I wanted to pay them really bad because it was just so amazing that these guys were willing to stay well after closing to make sure every single customers vehicle was done that night when they could have called us and said sorry, gonna have to wait until tomorrow! They are completely SELFLESS and obviously care about what they do. Also, they have a super cute dog named Skidder that hangs out in the lobby!!!! Thank you again Perfection Tire Rathdrum!!! You guys ROCK!

The guy at the desk is extremely rude, doesnt welcome you and if you dont speak he wont say a damn word more than telling you the total. I went in for an oil change, went to pick up the vehicle and pay for it, once again same rude guy at the desk (clay or so it says on my receipt), Unless its jeremy in there the counter guys are very rude and short..lost my business from now on.

The owner his name is Jeremy. Is in my opinion a closet racist and very condescending to people. Welcome to 2019. Go see Brandon the other store owner in post falls he is very nice!

My go to place when I cant or dont want to fix it myself. Jeremy and Amanda have a nice shop there. Some of the work they have done for us includes installing trailer hitches, 5th wheel hitches, motorcycle tires, exhaust manifold gasket, power steering pump and steering box, not to mention car and truck tires for us and have always strived to make us happy.

I ordered Noxian tires for my Jeep, they arrived as promised. Had them installed while i went to lunch. Price on their website was exactly as on the invoice, no extras like rag use fee or lightbulb surcharge. Friendly employees, and the place was busy doing more than just tires. Locally owned, i try to support local businesses, and ill go back when necessary

I got screwed. Well, kinda-sorta literally, just not by this place. Ran over a screw, thought I needed to get a new tire because the slow leak was getting progressively worse, they pulled it out, patched it up, good as new, no charge, just a request to come back to them when I need tires. Will do!
