I love this place! Family owned, friendly staff always seem so cheerful. I have made it my go to coffee place. I have been coming in about 3-4 times a week for a couple months now. They have live music nights occasionally. Its such a chill atmosphere with nice layout. I love that the drinks are organic along with the freshly made pastries, even gluten free options! This place is a gem!

The place smelled...the family that apparently owns it uses it like a home...crowded & noisy! The young girls at the counter had a very hard time with our simple order and were more concerned what their siblings (or friends) were doing instead of caring for the customers. Took me 20 minutes just to get sugar (which isnt available unless requested !)Our bakery item tasted old...and dry!Sorry...wont be back

We stopped in on our way to the Spokane airport. What a fabulous find! The coffees were wonderful! We were thrilled to find they had gluten free options as well. It is family run and the teens running the shop were professional and engaging. And the shop itself- it is in an older home so it has all the charm of homes of that era. Comfy seating while we waited for our coffees. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely stop back in! Keep up the great work!

Such a cute little coffee house! Inside and outside seatin. Firepit outside and small covered area with lighting makes for a great evening hangout! They allow live music too! I love that the owners chose this location and literal house style for this coffee shop!

I accidentally discovered this place. Its been there for a while but its hidden real well. I didnt want to wait in the line at a coffee stand so I popped in. Ill be honest the girls seemed young and I was apprehensive, but they know how to make a great drink! I highly recommend this place and Im disappointed that the parking lot is empty, but it means no lines. Check them out and give em a chance cause they are awesome!

Service was good, but the parking lot was hella small 2 handicap and 2 regular spots...This place definitely gave me the hipster vibe.. but again service was good and coffee was good, 2 24oz iced coffees 4 shots each for like $10

It pains me to have to leave a negative review, but I was sorely disappointed in my first (and what will most certainly be my last) experience at Hasani Coffee Co. Its a shame, too, because this is the only proper sit-down coffee shop in Rathdrum, and I had really high hopes for it.I ordered a 12 OZ. drip coffee and was told it would be $3.71. I should have spoke up, but I went ahead and sucked it up and paid-- simply chalking it up to exorbitant pricing. On my way out, I did a double-take at the menu behind the counter, and it showed a 12 OZ. drip as costing $2. When I expressed my concerns to the teenager at the counter, she matter-of-factly explained they dont do drip coffee, but substitute it with an Americano instead. Thats all well and good, I said, but you probably should have made me aware of that before I ordered. Even then, a 12 OZ. Americano is listed as being $3 on your menu. She then stated the upcharge was for cream. $1 for a splash of cream?, I said. The girl then insisted all their coffee is organic and that cream is very expensive. The excuses explaining away the extra charge continued... ranging from everything from their prices recently being adjusted to the fact my cup was filled 1/3 of the way with cream (not something I requested).I was finally issued a refund, but not before being subjected to a long-winded tirade and suggestions that I was being totally unreasonable. All I truly wanted was a cup of coffee at the price on the menu-- not double the cost of what was shown. Maybe Im off my rocker, but I dont think thats expecting too much.If you look at previous reviews, there seems to be a recurring theme here. Far be it from me to tell the owner(s) how to run their business, but I think asking a couple of tweens or teens to run the business without adult supervision is just begging for trouble. Had someone maturely and tactfully addressed my complaint, Id probably return.

Love love love this place! They have delicious baked goods! Things you can only dream of!!!! The owner is a sweetheart and the baristas really know their stuff!!! Walked in around lunch time to screaming. A teenager was screaming at the what seemed to be the Adult. I stood there till I interrupted them for service. I sat on a dirty table and swept crumbs to floor. Asked for wifi and could not get it to work. Was going to ask for help but they started fighting again. Then I started eating lunch and working on laptop. Then doors began to slamm shut, multiple times. No adult was in building, she was sitting in car. I picked up my things and left asap. Wont return.

Had a visit with a friend I havent seen since Covid started. We enjoyed a delightful coffee and a chit chat until they were ready to close. It is about 4 blocks from my house so I will go again.

The family that runs this place is absolutely amazing, love the homey feel and the pastries are great!

The staff is very nice and friendly and the place is very cute.I have gone in there 6 times now so I have given tons of chances each time in was a disappointment, I have to go in very early and every time I go in no gluten free baked goods, the couple times I went in not so early and actually got gluten free food it was very good probably the best I have had.Now the drinks I have gotten coffee and tea there the coffee I got tasted very watery and weak.The tea I told the guy tons of ice and extra flavor, I got very little ice and the flavor was minimal, not to mention $5.34 for a tea with flavor that’s outrageous, I usually go to jitterz and for the same exact tea I pay $3.00 out the door.I was pretty excited to have a place like this in Rathdrum but every time in I have been disappointed.

Thought this would be a great addition to Rathdrum, but when when my friend and I decided to check it out we were greatly disapotionted. First of all I did not appreciate the customer service as it was run by children. I was rang up by adolescent children who were wearing pajama costumes. the coffee itself was overly sweet and nothing what I asked for. There were baby toys thrown all over the store and the only adult working there seemed creepy and asked us weird questions such as if we were here by ourselves and if were were able to drive. they also did not have change in there registers so they gave us what they had in there tip jars. very disappointing.

Absolutely stoked that there is a sitdown coffee shop of such quality in Rathdrum now! The all-organic selection tastes fantastic and would highly recommend this spot to anyone. Grab a coffee, a gluten free treat, and try to find a moment of the owners time for a truly splendid conversation and experience!

My husband and I just went here for the first time today! Probably the friendliest coffee shop we’ve been to—family run, organic & local coffee, and the ambiance leaves no room for desire. Perfect place to go for a coffee date or to take the family for great coffee and fresh dairy-free pastries! 11/10 recommend. ❤️

I was very excited that Rathdrum finally had a sit-down coffee place but was left disappointed. Im all for family businesses, but I would personally like for there to be an adult present. I felt that some of the prices were high, I was disappointed in my drink, and while the two girls were very friendly and helpful, they talked over each other a lot so I missed most of anything they were saying and had to have them repeat things. Also, I love dogs but they dont belong behind the counter where food or drinks are being served. That and I didnt see any hand washing between the girl doing homework, touching the dog, and making my drink. I definitely wont be back but I encourage others to go and try Hasani Coffee Co. out for themselves.

We went there for the first time a few days ago. Very cute place and the employees were very friendly. However, both our Mochas were terrible. I ordered an almond milk Mocha and it tasted like watered down hot cocoa. My husband ordered a non fat Moxha and his was a little more stronger bit still too weak to drink. We were so disappointed.

Good food&coffee, awesome service. Super cool to go into my old orthodontist office turned coffee shop! Rathdrum needed a place like this.
