Highly recommend not using gargoyle granite. Communication was lacking. I had to call multiple times leaving messages just to be able to pay my deposit. Incorrect installation date was established by someone after my “project coordinator” had already emailed me a date schedule. I was told I was wrong and that I had approved this. Entirely incorrect because it would’ve causes major controversy with other installers. To the contrary. I had actually emailed to confirm dates without response. It seems they may have some major internal communication issues. They ended up rushing the piece but overall I was unimpressed with their ability to conduct business.Granite turned out great aside from the over all length being off .100”.

Gargoyle installed granite at our new home last week and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We worked with Jon and the whole process was easy from start to finish. We found granite in their builders selection that was perfect and even used remnants for a couple of bathrooms. AND everything came in under budget! We will recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

In a world where complaints seem to come in more often then praise, I am 100% blown away by the effort Cameron and Todd made to help with the kitchen project at last minute. The communication, professionalism and timely manner at which they worked, was above and beyond and I am happy to give them five stars. A lot of times, with any house project, things don’t go according to plan and are often delayed. This did not happen with Gargoyle. I highly recommend working with Cameron and Todd. Thanks guys!

We had the best experience with Gargoyle. Our first encounter was with Jon who is a specialist at the front desk. He was like my own son with his kindness and very helpful with color selection and patient. Then came Chris who was the measure specialist. Wow our kitchen and whole house was done with a laser and it was perfectly measured to the fraction. Our installers were spot on and my husband called Matt Dr. Granite and Ryan Professor Granite. They took away their trash. Sealed and cleaned the granite and could not be happier. Thanks guys and hope you can get recognition for you awesome job. I will post photos..

The sales experience is less than ideal. I received multiple quotes and it was like pulling teeth to get the estimator to show transparency in the numbers. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. There are lots of granite shops around so don’t waste tour time here. Very disappointing.

Gargoyle did a great job from start to finish. We started the process in the middle of COVID and they took all the needed steps to ensure my family and I were safe. We brought our kids to the initial meeting and they had things to occupy the children so we could review the options and get all our questions answered uninterrupted from the sales associate.

Only place to shop for counter tops. They did the whole house. Now time to do the outside kitchen!!!

Not at all impressed. Take pictures, write all information regarding product. From the right color, faucet holes cut to the measuring of templates the installation wow. No referrals here.

Walked into an empty showroom only to be instructed that they are by appointment only. We were instructed to come back when we had drawings. Why would I do that if I’m not sure you carry anything I’m interested in? I can’t take a quick walk through your empty showroom to glance at your samples? Nothing to look at online either... they were NOT interested in our business.

Such a great variety of quartz and marble out in the scrap area. I needed to order a shower curb, it was ordered and done a week later.. They are so kind and helpful and great to work with.. Check them out. I took my tiles and I was able to find what I needed.

The two big boys that are installing the granite next door let big pieces of packing go down the street with no effort to pick them up and we live in a nice neighborhood on South Hill we flip homes and are constantly looking for new companies and I wont be using this one because of their visible work ethic

The absolute worst experience. While the finished product looks good their staff clearly does not care about customer service. I own a business of my own and I would be horrified if my customers came away with this sort of taste in their mouth. We were quoted the wrong lead times from their sales staff, sold someone else’s slab, communication was terrible, install did not go well and When we complained they told us basically that they had no fault in the situation. If you’re looking for a good customer service go elsewhere.

I have been working with Gargoyle for 10 years after working with over 15 other competitors ahead of finding them. Incredible talent, impressive miter work, chiseled edge, one-of-a-kind applications and a true team player. Perhaps there are less expensive avenues. I am simply not interested in exploring what you get for less after what they have done for our team literally hundreds of times. We are very discerning and provide the highest level of service and craftsmanship to our clients. Gargoyle is a perfect fit for our team.

Jamie and the rest of the crew at Gargoyle are amazing! Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional! The showroom was clean and had a good selection and someone immediately walked up to greet me. The quality of work performed was perfect and the pricing was very fair! Everyone who entered my home was respectful and on time. The owner personally took time to give me recommendations and suggestions as well as answered all of my questions. I took his advise and the outcome was AMAZING! I love supporting local but these guys went above and beyond! Well done guys!

Great product but poor service. Had to wait 2 months from the measure and was told 10 days and then it was wrong twice and had to be redone. Also left scratches on wood floor.

My initial experience with Gargoyle was great. I had them send someone out to see what needed to be done to repair travertine countertops at a condo I was in the process of buying. At that time I was told what needed to be done and given an approximate cost. The person who came out was very professional and helpful. So far so good.Fast forward to the day my condo closed sale, about a month later. I called Gargoyle that day to schedule the work. At that time they could not find any file, nor identify the employee who came out. However they could send someone out in two weeks. Two weeks?? Why was I put at the back at the line? So I asked if they would at least put me on their month out schedule at that time. I was told no they couldnt do that. Couldnt? Why?I was told once they came out I would be put on a month out schedule. All the time repeating to me were very very very busy. I told them I had already had someone come out, Im sorry you cant find my file nor who came out but why did I have to go to the back of the line? I was wondering all the time why they didnt get the fact that none of this was my fault.The bottom line is that since theyre busy you can forget about them caring. In fact a Gargoyle employee said what they had offered me was perfectly acceptable customer service. Really!Theyre busy and obviously dont need my business. I guess you could say that theyve shut down customer service. I sure hope they dont misplace your file, or their employee quits. In that case youre on your own.
