Left a message late spring and received a return call from Britne shortly thereafter. She was very professional and informative, knows her stuff as to each type of hay they offer. She took my order and forewarned me they would be busy harvesting but she would be in touch. Britne kept me updated by phone message as to harvest times for each type of hay I ordered. When the hay was ready for delivery she advised me and worked with my schedule. This last week I received all the hay (20 ton) I ordered and it is top quality, stacked nicely - no mess and receipt left with the hay. This is a very professional outfit and I will be ordering every year here on out. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Britne & Crew!

So we have bought hay from them for the last few years…. Never had an issue. This year (2021) the customer service has gone down hill quick. The lady (Brittany) has been nasty with us everytime we have tried to place our order with them this year. The first time, she called back to apologize, but this last time (which we recorded since the last experience with her) was enough and their really is no excuse. She didn’t place our order for 1st cut like we asked, now we are going to have to wait for 2nd cut since they are out of first cut already… asked what the price was going to be she states “we don’t know…you want it or not” in the nasty way possible. So beware there is a very thin veneer of actual customer service there… if they have a bad day, expect to be treated like they don’t want your business.

Very impressed with the quality of hay. Might be kinda expensive but they are reliable and you get what you pay for. I also appreciate them waiting for me till well after closing so I could get my horses fed. Thanks guys
