While waiting for my daughters scheduled vaccine another woman cut in front of us. I said something to the pharmacist that we were scheduled next as my daughter had to be to work (which is why we scheduled for the time we did). The pharmacist said okay, brought the needle over that he was getting ready for the woman who cut (didnt see him change his gloves) and said he would see my daughter next. I question he even had the right vaccine, which he said he did. Then he had my daughter stand out in the open where everyone could watch, jammed the needle in her arm and then retracted the needle while it was still in her arm making her bleed. She is a minor already panicking about getting a shot and then had a really unsupported and gross experience.
This is the slowest pharmacy ever. I have been in line, hardly moving for almost 30 minutes. This isnt the first time either. Its every time! They must be making the medicine in there from scratch.
APOLOGY INTENDED....I would like to offer an apology to the CVS of Revenna on East Main Street. I arrived to the store yesterday (03/02) as directed by my Primary Care Provider. I was informed by on of the staff members that my prescription wouldnt be ready until the next day (03/03) at 10 AM. I was a little set back but completely understood as this particular medication is classified as a controlled substance and I picked the prescription up on the 3rd the previous month... So, today (03/03) I arrive at the store at 10 AM as instructed by the staff member the day before. I was told my prescription wouldnt be ready until later. After speaking with my supervisor to let her know that I needed this medication she allowed me to come in to work later and that I may wait for my prescription. at 11:15 AM I enter the store to get an update on my medication... They asked me if I received a text message stating my medication was ready for pick up. I stated no, I was just trying to receive an update on when the medication would be available. I assumed this upset the Younger male Pharmacist as while conversing with another staff member the fact the medication was a narcotic was mentioned in a manner loud enough for other customers to hear in which allowed other customers to shoot me a quick yet judging glance... After asking for an approximate time the medication would be available, The male Pharmacist stated he had no idea and to wait for the Text Message alerting me as this would be the best accurate way to determine the status of my medication. Feeling embarrassed that I had upset him so much that the staff completely abandoned professionalism and customer service I have grown so accustomed to with dealing with CVS, I had no choice but to go to work.7 hours later I decided to call CVS as I had not received the text message alerting me my prescription was ready, The automated teller alerted me that my prescription was available. This was confusing to me as I was told I would receive a text message... I arrived at the store and luckily the gentleman I seemed to have upset so much wasnt present, I picked up my prescription without incident and the other staff members were very polite... I did notice that the labeling on the bottle of medication stated the medication was indeed filled on (03/02). Rather then risking the same humiliation I self induced hours earlier, I left without incident.I apologize, I had inconvenienced you earlier with questions about this important medication and caused you to deviate from the customer service structure you are used too. On behalf of Im sure a lot of customers, we will try better to not feel comfortable asking questions about our medications.
I have never been greeted by their employees at this CVS. They dont have Kiosk like other CVS locations. Check-out line can be long because only one cashier works there. You have to park behind the building not the front because their entrance door is all the way in the back.
Fast, convenient, friendly. Prices clearly marked. Most of the time an employee will ask if I need help. But they are not pushy about it.
Pharmacy is absolutely the most disrespectful
Very neat and clean.. employee was polite and helpful
Angela, pharmacist, absolutely great!! She has done wonderful job helping with any questions and needs one may have! Shes great!! Very helpful!!!
I dont ever give negative reviews, until now. Every single time I have called the pharmacy over the past few years they have been extremely rude and short.I just got off the phone with a woman less than 5 minutes ago & she acted like I was a complete moron for asking if I could add flavor to my sons medication that has an awful taste. All she had to do was explain nicely on why that couldnt be done there was no need to be rude and not even say bye she just hung up on me.Very nasty pharmacy. (Only the women have ever been rude...the men have all been helpful band friendly)We all have bad days, but its still customer service.
Love this CVS. Have always had very helpful staff, but Zachary is the best, always friendly, prompt and professional!
Pharmacy staff has been consistently rude and unhelpful from day 1. Wish Walgreens was a tier 1 on my employers new insurance because this place is subpar! Seriously need to re-evaluate customer service approach.
Horrible drive through pharmacy staff. I cant walk very well, so I use the drive thru to pick up my prescription every month and Im just fed up with the poor level of service at the drive up window. The lady there today kept saying she cant hear me, but refused to open her window more than an inch. I understand its cold outside, but my truck window was down all the way...you cant open the drive up window more than an inch? She was just rude and kept repeating I CANT HEAR YOU - so a 2 minute conversation took 8 min. I wish I could say this was not the usual experience - but unfortunately this is how the Ravenna CVS always operates. I finally had enough today, pulled around to the handicap spot to get out and speak with a manager...and of course there wasnt one on duty. Typical. I try to keep my money local - but with so many other options out there, I think its time to move my business elsewhere.
Absolutely awful. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the pharmacy anyway. Very unprofessional and rude, the condescending little twerp with the Miley Cyrus haircut in particular. Seriously, he is the worst. They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will. The only redeeming quality is the drive thru, just be prepared to wait for a while because they take their sweet time.
The pharmacy at this location is terrible. They will do as little as possible to help you out. Theyve been out of the medication my family needs multiple times and do not make an effort to help me find other locations with the needed prescription. I had to call CVS corporate to get assistance.
I have been going here for years to get all of my familys prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is friendly and always ready to help out. I will not get my prescriptions anywhere else.
Cashier at the store is very rude people this is the only cvs store i hate to go to i am just 3miles away from this store but i avoid going to this store because of the rude stuff. I more like driving 35min with good people than going in this store.
Typical CVS. The staff is very polite and helpful.
Great service. Pharmacist was very helper.
I will never use this pharmacy again. It was noted in their account do not give my stepsons medication to his mother whose a known drug addict, well today, on Easter, they gave them to her. So do not use this pharmacy for anything!!!
The pharmacy staff is the best!!!!! Nikki is so helpful!!!
