In 2018 we were driving cross country and our car broke down, we decided the best decision was to buy a car. The staff was nice, efficient, and fair. They had all the cards but still gave us a fair deal and got us back on the road in a couple hours. Car has been great and its the only car I have ever kept the dealer decal on. If I lived closer I would buy all my cars there!

Coach was wonderful to work with, I wanted to sell my car and he made the process extremely easy. I was in and out in 15 minutes and his offer was extra fair for both parties. Cant recommend coach and Dallin Motors sale/buying team enough!

My experience here was very mood changing in such a positive notion. the sale representatives were really helpful, understanding, and overall had a heart to my situation. Update: We will never purchase from Dallin Motors again. The finance department is incompetent and filled the registration paperwork wrong with the State of Colorado. When I contacted them about this I was told that I needed to figure what was wrong with it, out how the paperwork was mailed back to them from the DMV, and track it down. Gilbert was incredible rude and tried to make it our fault this happened when in fact all the mistakes were his. We had to get a new temp plate issued from the state to wait for the correction. In the end the correction were never made and we ended up paying additional fees to get our license plates. In addition to this we were never told we needed a VIN inspection. This has become a serious headache that couldve been avoided had the paperwork been handled correctly the first time. Be aware of this if your coming from out of state to purchase. If your do chose to use them definitely dont let Gilbert handle the paperwork.We worked with Meshell to purchase a new truck and cant recommend her service highly enough. You shouldnt allow anyone else to help you there! She provided the absolute best customer service, went out of her way to find us exactly the right truck, and ensured that we got the best possible price. She went out of her way to make sure our new truck was detailed to the highest standard inside and out. Her kind, bright, bubbly personality made us feel like we were family. I cant say enough kind things about our experience at Dallin Motors.

I am moving to Rawlins from out of state and needed a 4 wheel drive truck to move and handle the winters. I stopped at the dealership after work at 3:45 and by 6:30 I was home for dinner and the owner of an excellent used truck. Meshell, Coach and Gilbert are a well oiled machine.

Josh and the team in service helped me resolve a problem with my Ram truck right away. They were helpful and prompt and in todays world, thats a breath of fresh air.

Called service department at 730 am for a simple 30 min bulb replacement. Said they could work us in around 3pm. So sad, too bad.

Tech guys and parts house did their best to answer questions and find a part that has been discontinued.

I live in Idaho, and was in Wyoming this week on an archery antelope hunting trip and had a part fail in my cooling system of my Dodge 2500. Josh in the service department at Dallin Motors was exactly what you would hope for in a situation like that. Josh, Mike and the other guys in the service department were awesome. Josh understood the situation, fit us in the next day after we came in, recommended a good place to eat for lunch while they fixed it, gave us a ride to the restaurant, and the team had us done and out of there in time to make it out on an evening hunt. I stopped in here to speak with a salesman about a new Ram, first of all the selection was basically nothing. These guys are like a gas station sized ram dealership but that’s not all- I had a guy named Rob Morris as my salesman, he walked up real close and I could smell the liquor on his breath. Not cool, guy should be in jail drinking and driving like that, shame on you man.

I live in Colorado and we broke down in Wyoming so we left the car at Reliable Truck Repair. For 6 weeks I tried to get in touch with them and got little or no information about my car.When I finally had a friend drive me up there to get things sorted out in person I was told my car was at another shop, Dallin Motors. They told me that I owed them over twice the original amount I discussed at Reliable Truck Repair and that they had done other repairs justifying the $2,600 I supposedly owed them. I had explicitly said that I should be contacted if any other work needed to be done on the vehicle.The situation was unprofessionally handled regardless of what the guys over at Reliable Truck Repair told them. I should have been contacted and cannot recommend this shop in good conscience.

I think this place would be better if not for their service department. Not impressed at all. They take FORVER for everything. I waited over an hour for an oil change WITH an appointment. Really? This is the last time I’m bringing it here for service.

I will never buy another vehicle from Dallin. My daughter was going to come here and I warned her to stay away, I will warn all of my grandchildren as well. It cost me big time- over 12,000 to have the new motor put in.

I had a awful first experience, but they reached out to us and helped make it into a better experience. Hoping next time I go back, it will be better. Will keep you posted....

I definitely would go to Casper Dodge, We spoke with the famous “Rob Morris” he offered us minimal value for our trade in. He was very pushy and seemed full of himself. We went to Casper and got the new Ram 3500 we were after and got a far better deal than we would have here. Migs& Chaco.

Was looking to trade in a vehicle for a new one. They were helpful. Other then the fact that they never called back. Even a courtesy call would be great..

Dallin motors was terrible. Brought my truck there for extensive work to drive train and needed it for work. They told me multiple time they were working on it and waiting on parts. After a month and a half, they still had zero parts for my truck and had no plan on fixing it. If it anything other than oil change or tire job I dont believe there very knowledgeable, would not recommend to anyone!The owners response says a lot since insurance funds were never an issue they were told from the beginning that truck repair did not depend on insurance coverage!

This place preys on people needs and claims they have warranties but will not honor them.... They are con artists and scammers.... They are extremely unprofessional and should be investigated, I wouldnt be surprised if these small town Hicks are shut down

Bought a vehicle from them and 2 days later power steering pump went bad took it in thinking they were going to take care of it no charge but no 1200 dollars later thank I would be hard pressed to by another vehicle there again

Its amazing how arrogant people can be when trying to serve the public. I found a vehicle online and did most of the business over the phone. When I showed up to get the vehicle there was so much damage that had not been disclosed and to crown that when we sat down to re-figure numbers the price went up by 5k.I will never recommend them!!

After buying my Dodge Journey at another local dealorship we found out that it had a recall issue. They recommended taking it to Dallin Motors to have it repaired. While the recall was fixed, their staff treated us with disrespect and were rude to us! We will not be taking our car back to them for any future repairs!

First off, I was pleased, and recommend them. I felt well-treated, that they worked as quickly as possible and the cost was in-line with expectations. I would return if I needed more work in Rawlins.Now, here is the full story. My 1987 Jeep Cherokee overheated on the way through Rawlins in March 2017. Needed new thermostat, housing and possibly coolant reservoir cap. I brought it to Dallin the next morning, they looked at it that afternoon and immediately ordered replacement parts. Unfortunately these parts come from Denver so this took overnight. Also they damaged the parts upon first installation attempt, so had to re-order parts, another overnight. I cannot make an assessment if the parts damaging was their fault, or the fault of prior work done on the vehicle that made installation difficult, but I give them the benefit of the doubt on this. They successfully and quickly installed the parts on the third day and the vehicle worked fine on the subsequent drive to Denver. I will add that the coolant reservoir cap never came in from the distributor despite attempts across two days; the lesson there is just anticipate that it is difficult to get parts in Rawlins, WY.

They are always pretty busy, I have called a few times needing a appointment within the week i was calling. they have found a way to help fit me in if they could for oil changes, fuel filter changes etc..

Crooks! Sold us a vehicle that broke down less than two months after purchased. Said it was our fault the transfer case wasnt lubricated. They sold it to us that way. Our 1st oil change wasnt even due at the time. We paid 10K for repairs not covered by their warranty. Then when paying the gal tells my husband jokingly if we were going to have enough money for Christmas now. Insult to injury.

Sold me a vehicle and had their mechanic look at it for any problems before selling as they just got it in, He said it looked good. Here are the things that I have had/will do in the first 6months-Complete transmission rebuild-New Clutch-Head gasket seal replacement-axle seal replacementaround 6000$ worth of work.As of 1/16/17 add 700 for a new throw out bearingAnd add 600 for a wheel bearing.Thanks Dallan. Save your money. Go. Somewhere. Else.

They claim to give 3 months or 3000 miles warranty on used vehicles but never tells You that this warranty covers only drive train lubricated parts.I as a customers was never informed so i had to spend $3100 to cover the repairs.
