Fantastic service, very knowledgeable staff. I really appreciate their ability to have fun on the job, despite being extremely busy. It is very evident that the staff enjoys their jobs and that makes them very good at what they do. I truly appreciate having this store in Rawlins as theyve always been able to get me back in business as soon as humanly possible. Thank you for the excellent service, great sense of humor, knowledgeable assistance, and treating me like my business is important. I cannot say enough positive things about the people of CellOnly.

The store was clean and well maintained. The only person working was new and welcomed us. She put us at ease and answered all of our questions. She did a great job keeping calm when the customers went from us to four other groups needing assistance!Although they had some things in stock, they didnt have much of a selection for color or design choices in accessories for the phones I purchased (I was disappointed to learn they didnt get to choose what was sent to them by Verizon).About a week later the store called to ask if I was satisfied with the phone I purchased for myself. That is great customer service! Above and beyond the expected.

The manager of this store blatantly lied to my wife and my faces multiple times about our data plan she was putting us on. She also told me that Verizon would be stopping service for my phone in 2 weeks because it was an older model. After ordering a phone for this reason through them, I later found out that my phone will work until the end of 2022. When I called the manger about this, they said they told us all of that. I refused to purchase the ordered phone from them. In the end, I realized they are paid on commission and there was a promotion they were pushing. This manger decided that point blank lies justified her bonus.

Always have excellent customer service at Cell one. They treat you like family

It was a little unstaff for the people coming in and they were having problems with a customer on his plan but they were very friendly and helpful to the people waiting. Once I got served he help me pick a good plan for my needs and set up my new phone. Everything then went quickly and smoothly.

The man who helped me was great. The manager, Tanya, seemed a little intense or like she was having a bad day. She spoke to her employees in a way that made me feel embarrassed. The service I received from Ryan was great and getting my phone changed over was hassle free.

I called and spoke with Ryan a few times. Customers service and knowledge of products good. I called last month in getting ready to purchase the S21 Ultra. I am disabled and wanted to review my plan and upgrade plan options for the new phone purchase. Going over everything by phone is imperative to me. I wanted to walk into the store to purchase phone,plan, & accessories in one fair swoop. He did not go into my account at all to review.I ended up calling Verizon in Casper, and thats where I made my phone purchase and plan.I an to go to Rawlins, Wyoming store 08/09/21 to purchase a replacement screen protector and possibly a different case. Excited to see the new store.Deb

I’m a teacher relying completely on my technology to provide specially designed instruction to students with special needs. In the mist of that, I filled my phone with water. I lost my data tools and my hotspot all in one whack of the elbow. In an emergency dash, I ran to my Verizon wireless store. Tonya and Veronica got me set up with an entirely new phone in about 25 minutes. It required them to stay after hours and they were super helpful. They could have said to come back tomorrow, but thy did not. They got me going again and helped me get back to growing my kiddos! They could not have done anything better!

I lost my phone during a snowstorm. I live on East Coast and I was traveling to California. CellOnly is an authorized Verizon retailer. The staff at CellOnly was amazing. They took excellent care of me. The COVID procedures were exceptional. I felt safe. Anthony was a professional. They gave me a great deal and set my phone up for me an everything. When I left, I forgot that I was having a bad day. I am so thankful that I came in the store.

I would give a much higher rating for the beyond wonderful service I recieved. But the way Verizons insurance works is very, VERY upsetting. I broke my phone on vacation, so couldnt have it sent to my house. Cost quite a bit, 400 out of pocket for a newer phone, when mine was barely 6 months old! However, I cant say enough good things about Tanjia and Josh

I was very happy with the help I received. Tanya helped me understand what I can expect with changing from an Android phone to an iPhone. She also shared some very good information about charging my phone and not killing the battery over time and discounts on my bills.
