I like this quick stop truck stop flying J.It has a lot of showers and they seem to keep them moving fast. Even though the water goes from hot to cold sometimes really fast.Theres a Boss shop on site that doesnt seem to be really busy..And it has a good food menu instead of just all the fried stuff there is pot roast and beans and chicken, baked chicken.The parking isnt designed the best especially in the Winter tin the Winter time and well he seemed always able to find parking but its just not the best design.

I dont give out many 5 stars, but this location checked all the boxes...hot fresh food, Dennys, clean, and friendly staff. Thank you !

Gas pump: The pump I used was unusually slow, if you were to be in a race you would lose.Window washing: Offered nearly full container of window washing solution, it was quite clean. Very nice, would clean off excess dust blown on my car from 50 mph Wyoming winds again.Bathroom(male): The bathrooms were somewhat dirty, but not enough so that I would feel disgusted. If they where to offer the electronical system that you press on cleanliness of the bathroom on your way out, I would hit the middle expressionless face.

Pretty good stop. Lots of pumps, had some cod and mashed potatoes w gravy, reserved a shower and had no wait. The shower handle was backwards from what Im used to, but once I figured it out, it was a wonderfully hot one! The chic behind the counter was super friendly. I did not see any messy stations like these other reviews say. Seemed clean to me! Lots of parking that didnt even get filled up by the time I left in the morning. Yeah, nothing wrong with this stop, as far as my experience went. Ill be back when I need a rest.

This location was extremely busy. All of the pumps were being used and there was a long line inside.

Stopped here to take a shower on our 30 minute break. Got 2 showers (1each) shower 1 and shower 3. Both showers had water that went from cold to scalding hot during the entire shower with only brief windows of Luke warm in which to actually use the water. It was horrible. Both shower heads when off leaked tons of water, so much so that when entering the room much of the floor in front of the shower was went. The ceiling in my shower had mold on it. Come on Pilot/flying J dont you guys ever check your stores??? Id have complained to the MGR but experience tells me they dont care. Get it together.

Whoever is cleaning showers fire them.! Hair ect all over they are taking out old towels restocking new ones and thats it! Real nice flying j real nice!

Filthiest Flying J Ive ever been to. Bathroom was disgusting, everything around the coffee area was grimy, trash laying about all over the place. 2 managers and 2 employees standing around at the registers doing nothing but hanging out... Meanwhile, the store needs serious attention. Not a single BIT of hot food available. Not a single one of them could care less about the condition of this store. All 4 of them would be fired if I was overseeing this location.

Fuel pump areas need more cleaning, coffee area needed cleaning and shower was good

Staff can’t stay focused and stick to a task. Asked for a meatloaf dinner and the darn lady got side tracked in a conversation with her work pal... I pump a lot of fuel through pilot. Maybe it’s time to switch to loves

Ok place. Kinda dirty fuel island. Lots of parking in the rear, but mostly dirt. They were doing work in the store, so it seemed messy. Lots of stock just sitting around also. Employees were friendly though. Showers were clean. Good water pressure and real hot water.

Parking lot looks dirty, inside is ok not too bad but thats because of the people who use this place. Dennys waitress are great but a little confuse on which customer to serve first.

Friendly staff but the private showers werent even wiped down. There were pubes in the shower and toe nail clippings by the bench. It was clear that only the laundry was collected.

Good J, especially for out here in WY where TStops are few & far between..Stayed here on the 4th of July..Lot is old and you have to go slow in over iffy payments & drainage grate over ditch.The parking lot smells like straight sewer for some reason~its in the air~extra dirt lot, lots of parking, nice selection of foods in store.Workers inside are slammed but handle it with a smile & are friendly.Dennys is just OK not great,but not horrible foodwise. The servers were nice.

Everything was filthy. Trash cans overflowing with garbage. Bathroom needs paper towels & cleaning. Afraid to eat anything from here. Inventory totes stacked all over. Gas was $2.55.

Old travel stop in desperate need of upgrades. Plenty of snacks and drinks to chose from and having a Dennys on the premises its a nice addition. Pumps are dirty but they work. Bathrooms deserve 0 stars! Stuff is broken, horribly dirty makes you think twice about using the restrooms.

Very small Flying J for the couple of showers little uncomfortable in the parking lot dont have all the essential that you would like but its good for a quick stop as your gas fills and the cat scale if you need one

I was at the flying j in rawlins this store need to be cleaned bad and the staff are rude that was on shift tonight Should not even get a 1 star im not one to do a bad review but I was in here to get a coffee and the counter by the coffee looked like it hasnt been wiped down in a few months

Rude staff. 10 dirty showers and no one is working on them. No other flying j nearby very bad experience.

Dennys was SOOOOOO slow. We asked waitress Shirley for crispy hashbrowns, she said were awful busy Im not sure theyll do it. My husband Don spoke up and said yes they will cook our food as we ask. Man can you believe that?! Other than that Ive not been here before now.

Rawlins #763 ....Bathrooms were terrible.. every stall had paper falling out of the waste paper basket.. looks like 1 person behind the counter.. dennys closes b4 midnight .. pictures to follow up with HQ.. This is straight nasty..

This Flying J has been the worse one I’ve ever been too. The restrooms are a dump. The parking lot has many spots available all day long. I can just imagine how clean the kitchen is. I wonder when was the last time the restrooms were cleaned? Maybe 3 days?

Like a time capsule from 20 years ago, this place has never been updated or remodeled. Falling apart and very dated. Dennys is good. Parking lot looks like it has taken mortar fire.Between here and the TA it gives Rawlins a bad look.

Great location. Very clean and friendly service

It was really busy and only had one employee working the front counter. The manager was hiding in the back with the guy cleaning showers. 4 empty showers needing cleaning and 10 in line. After waiting over 30 minutes and two of us being assigned the same shower the employee put us in a dirty shower that we watched him take dirty towels up and put new ones in. He didn’t wipe anything down and left puddles of water on the floor. Didn’t dare saying anything to anyone after getting yelled at and talked to like we were bothering them. The soup area had soup spilled everywhere and the next morning it was still there all dried up they just replaced the pots with gravy and oatmeal. The coffee area was a huge sticky mess and trash over flowing. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry either because you’ll be waiting. I’ll make sure to hit up the TA down the road next time.

Dirty bathrooms. Falling apart, Showers are cold AF. When you drive all day and need a hot shower to break the aches in your muscles and bones. If I wanted a cold shower I would of jumped in the north platte. What they need to do is tear this place down and rebuild.

I have been in a couple times the last week or so. The same manager has been there in the evening and this morning. He always has a pleasant attitude and helps get the other drivers through as fast as possible. Place looked busy today. Thank you still Flying J for being open and serving us as we go down the road.

Fine for buying gas. But if you go inside...Lots of signs about masks required but the employee who cleans bathrooms this afternoon didn’t bother to. If you’re going to get COVID in Wyoming it’s most likely going to come from exposure to the travelers along I-80. Why not protect yourself and your guests by putting one on?

Only good for sleeping and barley that, craters in the back lot, dirty showers soap suds from previous person left on the shower head and knob to turn on water, the fan is so dirty that it doesn’t move air at all except out of the sides, toilet seat dirty. But glad to see them taking extra precautions and extra cleaning for COVID...

This place is very inconvenient. Out of 11 only 4 showers are working. 2 hours waiting.

Green beans cold and taste old and nasty, meat loaf gross paid 22 dollars for 2 plate lunches should have went to dennys. Also the mens bathroom smelt like sewer and was nasty. Will never stop here again.

Hired help was trying to do their best. 4 trips back and fourth to get gas because the pump reader did not work. Then assigned to wrong pump pre pay. 5th trip to get receipt. I am disabled and not supposed to walk. This could be a nice place with a little help. Certainly ample parking. And easy in and out

Showers are ok normal Im just not happy that there no shower certain or towels provide like the other one by the same company. The water go all over the floor because there no current and if I had know that I need to bring my own towels and sutch I would have passed by this one and went some where else for a shower. An with this whole pandemic I just dont feel like I should hunt some one down for a towels for a shower because flying j and pilot will like us to use the app. Is there some where on that app where I now need to check a box to make sure I have towls? Because if so do tell me.

Stude in line twice then was expected to stand in line a 3rd time to cash a efs check becouse nobody know how to to do now i sit with no food nothen to drink and my dog has no water thanks flying j for careing

Good fuel price, Dennys is dependable food, lots of parking and pumps, and you can dump RV tanks for $10. The last Flying J before Laramie if youre headed that way...

Removed all microwaves, ostensibly because of construction. (BS. There is still plenty of room to put one.) Trying to gouge hardworking truckers out of their small cash reserves by forcing them to by restaurant food. Not funny! 😡😡😡

Beware of this place!!! I went in to buy (1) pack of kool menthol cigarette and the cashier charged me $19.32. I didnt realize this untill I received an alert from my bank. I immediately pulled their information and called to complain about the discrepancy and the cashier hung up on me. I immediately filed a police report and claims with my bank and got a refund. So, buyers PLEASE BEWARE. IF YOU EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A RECIEPT AND VERIFY YOUR CHARGES BEFORE WALKING AWAY.

After all the reviews I read I was very sceptical, However The showers were especially clean, water was hot, and Cash employee cleaning had great customer service. There was some construction going on but overall for as busy as it was it was a great experience!!! As far as the parking lot there was ice but I did see a plow and salt truck driving around

Im stranded in Rawlins Wyoming because interstate 80 is closed again this winter. So I chose to park at the flying J. Ive been an owner operator for twenty years and usually buy my fuel there. But I think that will no longer be the case. Everything is selling out and Im in dire need of water. Flying J wont help me get any, Ive offered to pay for tap water and they said no. Is that how you treat a loyal customer who does at least $25k a year in business with your company. I had to walk 5.8 miles to the store in -19 degree weather with a -30 wind chill to get the supplies I need. A local man, gave me a ride back because one of my eyes froze shut. And he helped me for FREE! He would not accept my money. He said its our responsibility to help those in need. I wish the staff at Flying J was compassionate about those who come to them for help. I hope youre happy, youve lost a loyal customer because of your greed!!

Ive been on the road for 20+ years. This by far is the most disgusting truck stop I have seen out here yet.

Refilled my philbrrr was charged $2 when I said something about it the girl said Oh yeah, sorry I charged you for a coffee refill! It was supposed to be $1.58, then she said Its ok, you can leave now! Like hell its ok to overcharge a customer! And I have never played $2 for a coffee refill at a pilot/flying J! A brand new large coffee cost $2! Watch your money here!

Employees must not like the job, the hostile environment or truckers. Short, curt, almost rude. Manager equally so. Will avoid in the future.

Spent over $50 in Gas and other items. While looking and selecting the items staff surrounded us like we were going to steal items. When all we were doing was trying to select an item. Unprofessional people! Clearly there are alot of problems here. But Can we really be surprised by a company that owns The Team that plays in the Factory of Sadness?? Eventually it all catches up to you how you treat others!

Let’s start with the good news, No matter how late you get here you can always find a spot to park. Oh and I haven’t ever had a problem with the staff. However, this place over all is a wreck. The water smells like sewage or sulfur. The outside is not too clean. The bathrooms are so so. Some times you get clean stalls and sometimes you don’t. With all the money they make on coffee refills you would think they could fix up the store. I remember this winter they lost almost all power in the store over bad outlets I believe. Time to Upgrade!! And I assume the owner will respond and say thanks and what not like almost all reviews but then never do anything about it. All these bad reviewers and the owner sees and reply’s to them but it’s still the same.

Probably the worst Flying J I have ever been in, hands down. It is dirty...everywhere. They have no hot water. It took 11 hours to get a fuel receipt...thats right, 11 hours.I will probably always pass this one by from now on.I do have to say that the man on duty the morning after I got fuel was excellent. Other than that, I found no reason for this to be a place to stop.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. As others have already complained about, there is no snow plowing. Trucks constantly get stuck here because the snow is compacted and they don’t clear anything.

Just got a remodel recently, but still the same manager & employees obviously. Swore Id never stop here again several months ago, as it is absolutely in the top 5 FILTHIEST Flying J/Pilots in the US. The cashiers are very nice but the place is very dirty. I have been here multiple times and the trash outside is overflowing always!!! The coffee counter has creamer all over it. The stir straws were coming out of the trash container. The floors are disgusting. No toilet paper in the stalls. I mentioned to a lady about the trash overflowing in the container. She said yeah I’ll get to it 🤬🤬🤬. Showers didn’t have bath mats or hand towels. Not trash liner in the trash can. I know it’s a truck stop but you should feel better about the place when you have to travel. The only good thing is there is ample parking

Only if I could give less than one star. The food at this Dennys is horrible they cant make a clubhouse sandwich right first they sent it out on bread I didnt want I sent it back they burnt the second try and the third try they put thousand island salad dressing on it so I walked out.

This facility is always-for 10 years-dirty, from the parking lot to the bathrooms. The employees seem happy and friendly, but not interested in efficiently working, so the cashier lines are long and slow, and theres often a long wait for a clean shower. I dont know how any one with even minimum standards of cleanliness and service can rate this location higher than 1.

Freestanding RV gasoline pumps, always glad to see them when driving a 36 foot motor coach towing a Jeep.

If you’re going to make me walk inside for my receipt, at least provide more than one open cash register. This is especially wrong these days.

This is consistently one of the worst Flying J in the country. Ive never once been here and not seen some fuel pumps out of order. Constant maintenance problems. I realize this is a very harsh climate, and maintenance can be a problem, but all of the other places do just fine. This place needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt from the ground up.

It was clean which is most important - the okay is because the place was packed and it took too long to get thru checkout. Now, taking into consideration that the 80 west-bound was a parking lot could account for the high volume of guests which they couldnt have predicted. Bottom line is that they werent apologetic, empathetic or super friendly.

Love that they have and area for Class A motor home to fill up. Most Travel center just have ones for diesel pusher only for Semi Trucks this one has a lane where a gasser can fill up away from the auto pumps. Need to revamp and get more pumps.

Hot shower and ample parking. Dennys service was good. Drivers PLEASE dont leave your Pjugs/bottles in the lot. It makes us all look bad. Plenty of garbage cans readily available!!!

Stopped to get something to eat for breakfast 0630 and Dennys was closed and didnt open until 0800 and no breakfast items in the store pretty ordinary way to do business.

Common FJ.. you should be ashamed... Look at this towel. WOW. As you can clearly see i have my own as always, but i know many fellow drivers may not have their own towel or are in a rush etc.

One person was very rude to me due never will I shop there again. He still was arguing with me when leaving out the door. One thing you dont do is talk ugly to customers nor arguing.

This is one of the worst flying Jay’s I have ever been to. It is always dirty and they are always having to fix something. The bathrooms are always super dirty and gross. I have never taken a shower here. Never dared. They are always Low or out of stock on many of their food is in products and Carry very little. On a positive note there is plenty of parking for trucks and sets.
