If I could rate it at zero I would. My spouse was referred by his doctor to test for sleep apnea and it took Lincare months to get him his test and then longer for his results. Then we experienced the same with the machine he needed. When we finally received the machine, my husband used it for a couple of months and then something on the face mask brook and we took it in. Thats been at least a month or so ago and still no face mask. Horrible service. Marilynn Ross
I feel the customer service is terrible my husband needs a regulators but no one was able to take of him we have called 4 times getting an outside line telling us they would get back to us but no one calls back
Service is lousy. I was left on phone for half an hour and at the end told Ill get a call back with the response of i dont know to any and all my questions. not impressed should be ashamed!!
