Not the best selection of rentals, unless you book a year ahead and request a newer rental. Staff was nice and accommodating. I have been going there for the past 5 years and unfortunately the rental they gave me broke down in the middle of the lake. After being stranded for about two hours, at 10pm they had an employee come tow us and give us a new boat. Im not sure many marinas would be able to do that.

Had a fantastic float boat rental experience. Friendly knowledgeable dock staff. Boat in good shape. Highly recommend this outfit.

Ordered a new speedo gas gauge combo for my boat and wanted to return since it didnt solve the problem and they wouldnt take it back.. also got a price on winter service and were double the price of another boat dealer.. wont go back again.. it

Service work on boat was completed ahead of expected time and technician went above and beyond with assistance on how/where to mount a new bilge pump. Great job as always. Going to Port Harbor Marine since 1999, before in South Portland now in Raymond.

My son purchase a Regency Pontoon and everyone I dealt with at Port Harbor Marina was excellent, when you need help or advice on anything, they are there with opened arms. My son needed some work done on his pontoon and Carl, the manager was there to help and he went out of his way to help my son. Joe and Brenda in parts are excellent in ordering parts and are there to answer any questions you have. I did 5 stars to this establishment only because there was no 6 stars. Thank you to everyone at Port Harbor Marina and Carl thank you for your help and going beyond.

Just bought a new 2020 tracker 800sx utv. Sean Brogan was the salesman. He was great. The only problem was getting the accessories. Also Kim was the financial adviser, and Dan the technician. All were great to deal with. Dan took a great deal of time explaining all features. I would definitely recommend Port Harbor Marine, Raymond Maine

Very professional, very friendly, not pushy, very easy purchase of my new boat.

I just purchased a leftover new boat from Port Harbor in Raymond. They were friendly and very helpful putting me into the boat that fit my wants and needs. But the true value of dealing with a company is how they react when there is a problem. I had a couple of small problems with the delivery and some minor damage. Sean and Annie were tremendous. They came up and straitened everything out to my complete satisfaction. The important part of buying a boat is not the buying part but how they respond when something goes wrong. The whole staff has been great. I had a boat a number of years ago at Port Harbor in South Portland and had a great relationship with the Soucy brothers and their father. It is nice to see that they employ the same caliber of people in Raymond, From Sean and Annie to the people working the desk/store, Phil in repairs and the boat dock people. I look forward to having a slip there every year. Art

My father had his boat stored there for several years before selling the boat to me, his son. Prior to selling it to me, dad asked PHM to get it ready to use. I picked up the boat, paid the bill and towed the boat away. Two soft tires on the trailer (not a slow leak, they hold pressure, if you put air into them), loose and hanging break-light, a frozen steering cable, an on-board charger that drained both of the new, undated, Cranking batteries; not one cranking and one deep-cycle for the trolling motor, but two cranking batteries. Nice job taking advantage of a trusting customer who was not able to inspect the work performed by the shop.

A bearing blew on my trailer. I was able to put my put my boat without notice while getting the trailer fixed. Super friendly and even more helpful. I would recommend them for all your boating needs.

This place has a friendly staff and great boat prices. They are very understanding to the customers concerns and have a boat landing on site to bring your potential purchase on the water to test. The store front has many of your boating supply needs. Go check out the fishing boats, but they really specialize in all kinds of pontoons for small to large groups, for fishing to party use.

People are friendly and helpful. No pushy salespeople. Very knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They sell quality products and stand behind their merchandise.
