Always a super slow drive thru lane! There is always a line and they take forever!! It is always faster to go inside, but when you don’t want to get kids in and out it’s impossible! Can’t figure out why it’s always so much slower than any other place I’ve been. Seems to be their biggest complaint. Otherwise, the employees outside of the pharmacy area are always super friendly.
They have gone out of there way to help me in pharmacy. I love raymore CVS. Always answer questions
They are usually always friendly.
This is the worst pharmacy in the surrounding area. Avoid this store at all cost. You do all of the work getting your own scripts several times because they dont check there messages or there lines after the doctors have sent over the scripts. They make you get multiple scripts because they are to busy to check the lines. My doctors have already reportedthem to the state for sending there own customers after multiple scripts. Because they are to lazy to see the scripts have been sent over several times. You do everything but put your meds in the bottles. Im going to start asking for a paycheck for doing all the work. Because they sure are not doing anything.
Slow car line, snippy pharmacist Nk separate line for Covid testing. Faster to walk in.
Better not need to call them. They dont answer. Robot only
People in pharmacy are rude and coughed in the phone like 4 times and hung up rudely.
I was in the store today and I was frustrated. Quickly both the cashier (Alexander) and I believe the manager helped me. They were patient with me and I apologized for being short with them. They showed incredible customer service skills and I really appreciate them. Great team work and thanks again for your help today.
Scheduled a rapid covid test today was told to park in designated spot and the team would call at that point I parked in apparently is not the spot even though states it was for almost 40 min. Could not get through to a human to ask whats up got no call etc finally as I was leaving I noticed a make shift ground sign that was on the other side of the lot litterily laying flat on the ground that no one would see unless you went through the drive thru another 10 minutes before anyone came out. Talk about a joke when your sick frustration galore and of course made it worse because you can not go in the store or anything. A plus was my test came back and a call in 20 min.
Slow and slower has been my experience.
If you have time to stand around while the pharmacy staff waits on everybody but you, as they keep apologizing for doing so but taking new drive ups and walk ups before you, this is the place for you! If I didnt already have a prescription waiting, I would have certainly gone somewhere else. I will definitely take new prescriptions elsewhere, in the future.Update.... Drove up for a COVID test. Tech is on the phone. 10 min. later, with a car behind me, Im still waiting for her to finish her call. What is up with this CVS??? They are truly lacking.
We had a glitch, and the local Team Rallied! I was so so sick when I signed up on-line for the covid test; I gave my work phone# instead of cell #. I was sitting in the designated parking lot for 45 minutes waiting for that call... that never came. Unfortunately, the CVS phone system isnt great (Note to CVS Corporate- not good to keep circling around and then hang up! And no, the texting option wasnt working). But! the pharmacy Team acted once I got through... they worked with the nurse who got right on it... and we got me in and tested, and back home lickity-split. Thank goodness Im covid-negative, but sick is sick! Thanks Team!
My sons Dr sent a script electronically to this store at 9:40am... they claim they never got it, which the Dr clearly has proof... so now my son has to go all weekend without his medication(hes a special needs toddler) I will never do business here again
On July 24, 2020, I was taking my sister back from the ER from a fall. The ER had prescribed OTC pain killer for her sprained knee. I went to the nearby CVS Pharmacy to pickup ibuprofen for her. The cost of the CVS brand ibuprofen was over $20 dollars including tax for a 300 count bottle! I was surprised but I wanted to grab pain killers quickly and my sister was waiting for me in a hot car. If I would have had time to shop I could have purchased ibuprofen at Walgreens for less than $10 for a 200 count bottle or at Walmart for under $8 for a 500 count bottle of the same dosage. I contacted CVS customer support 2 different ways to complain about the ridiculous amount they were charging but received no response and it has been over 2 weeks. I would give CVS a one star but the lady checking me out was nice. Watch closely the prices that CVS is charging for their over-the-counter products.
Sold me an out of date pizza like its something they do every day
Rude, unintelligent, uneducated, condescending, inept staff at their clinic. Save your money and go else where.
Normally I dont give one stars. But im ready to transfer meds to a mom and pop.Someone had a bad day and decided to b a condescending lil snot. Go get another job.
I have been using this pharmacy for years now. And it has always been fantastic. Some of the reviews are really just not fair. Always get my medication as soon as possible, always helpful with questions, even suggesting co-pay assistance. Very helpful courteous staff.
Went to the Minute Clinic she was fantastic diagnosed my illness correctly and get me me better. Thank u, I appreciate it.
The WORST pharmacy that I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve called a few times to inquire about specific medications in stock and not only were they EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, they shorted my husbands prescription after we paid full price for the script.
Its just a typical drug store, very similar to all the other CVSs and Walgreens.
Their courtesy is why I have been coming here for 15 years
Very decent CVS location. The people are very helpful, if you cant find it and they carry it the staff will help you find it without hesitation.
This store is consistently slow. Each time I attempt to pick something up here (such as toiletries or OTC medications), I end up spending just as much time waiting in line behind one other customer as it would take to go through another grocery chains non-express line. This defeats the purpose if Im having to wait that long for very few items. If that isnt the reason for the long wait, its because when I enter the store, the cashier will run off and not return for an indefinite amount of time. They have removed any means of notifying the store employees that anyone is waiting to pay for something (a bell or something would be nice), and usually somebody has to go looking around the store to find the employee.Ive returned multiple times thinking it may just be the same employee (or employees) that are doing bad, but that hasnt been the case. I will not be returning to this store, and I recommend not going here if youre in any type of hurry.
Always clean & stocked up. Good for quick visits & vitamins.
This is probably the worst CVS I have ever been into. The store was dirty, barely stocked with any product, and the bathrooms...... the bathrooms were utterly disgusting. The womens bathroom had poop spots on the toilet seat and inside AND outside of the toilet, absolutely no toilet paper at all, and the sink and floor were dirty as well. There wasnt even any paper towels since they had a hand dryer instead. What a disgusting mess.I couldnt even find any employees to let them know about the bathroom, not that I got the impression it would have made a difference given the general state of the entire store.I will definitely not be returning to this CVS location.
Friendly people knowledgeable pharmacy staff.
Slow and mess up your prescription 5 months in a row!
They call it a minute clinic but every person there adds 20 minutes to your wait time. If theres 3 people already there then you have an hour wait. They DONT do appointment.I was told it would be $130 to test my blood pressure and write me a prescription for high blood pressure. AND that I would have to come back once a month and pay only slightly less for refills. They refuse to give more than a months prescription so you have to keep coming back and giving them more money to tell you the same thing. They are not there to help people, they are there to rip off sick people by charging them more than a regular doctor for just a couple minutes of work. And then continuing to over charge them for unnecessary follow up visits.
This CVS is soooo slow. Why does it always take so long to check people out? It is not convenient to shop here.
The pharmacy techs are super helpful!!
Pharmacy team is awesome
