I love this store!! Today we were looking for shower curtains and hooks . I guess the 2 girls that were standing at the front of the isle were afraid we were going to ask for help. Boy did they disappear fast. Dont worry we found what we were looking for.

A little small but with a surprising amount of stuff. Navigation is a bit crowded given the amount of stuff. Coupons almost always available. Good location. Plenty of parking. Rarely too crowded.

I was going there for one specific item... A number of awesome deals caught my eye... And the woman who helped me at the register was so helpful. I left so happy and was able to get so much stuff for a small amount of money. I would recommend this location to anyone!!

Overpriced, first time going there and was hoping to find body, shower lotions but there was none.

Love store kind of expensive not much of a fan of this location though I do like the Braintree one better is a little bigger and has more stuff at the one in Braintree.

Just went to Bed Bath & Beyond. The service person Lyndsey was incredibly helpful. She knew what I was looking for and knew it wasnt in stock. She brought me over to the service/registry area logged in and found exactly what I was looking for. She started to put the order in then the computer died on her. She brought me over to the return/main desk area to finish the order. I was just about to pay and another service person stepped in ((wearing her mask under her chin)she was also cashing out another customer and walked away from him to get involved with what Lyndsey was doing with me)) and told Lyndsey she cant do that there and made her move to yet another register. It had taken less than 30 secs to finish the purchase. If it was the wrong spot she should have waited, then corrected it afterwards. Otherwise I might have given a higher rating. Store # 763

This store has quite a variety of products, from kitchen utensils, cookware, small appliances, drapery, linens, bedding, bathroom decor, mirrors, wall clocks, artwork and many other things. The staff is knowledgable, helpful and friendly. They have good sales and you can purchase a plan that will give you 20% off your entire purchases for a year. Some prices were a bit high, but they send out plenty of coupons in their catalogs. If you give them your e-mail address they will send you electronic coupons.

Honestly this was a sad beginning. I was with two of my friends and we were finishing up Christmas shopping. No sale clerks were around for assistance one of the Isles we came down we were trying to look at the merchandise on it and these three individuals were a kind of hanging on it talkin and we are kind of looking around trying to look at the things come to find out they were three employees unbelievable and we had a 20% off coupon for one item my friend sent it to me thinking we could both use it I used it first and they would even let her use it how cheap is that really thats really cheap you can only use it once well I dont shop there often and I probably wont be back they have some nice stuff but so doesnt Kohls you can use your coupons always but good ones and so doesnt some other places you dont even need coupons forget that place

The best for hidden gems. And joining to get 20% off makes it even better!

We randomly decided to go in and register for our wedding. The staff was great especially Dave who walked around with us, recommended brands and talked to us about what we may need. He even stayed after closing with us to finish up.

I go there every holiday. This time it 3Was not 2hat I was used to food not cooked to what ai aasked for waitresa was nice . i do bot think i would wncourage others.
