My truck broke down and it was towed to Mastria. I was told that the service department was booked up for over a week but they would see if they could at least take a look at it. Well you guys did great and my truck was diagnosed the following day and repairs made and finished 2 days after it was towed to Mastria. Thanks so much for the very quick turn around.

My 2018 gmc 1500 had an intermittent passenger mirror problem right from the time i bought my truck in June 2018. They could never duplicate the problem when i would bring it in for service. The last time i brought it in, Scott Goral, service advisor, suggested i leave it with them before warranty expired (6/22/2021) and that they would see what could be done. Long story short, my passenger mirror motor was replaced and has been working fine ever since. Scott and the Mastria team had my back and i am very satisfied with the results. David M. Santos

THE PEOPLE WERE PLEASNT AND I CAN HONETSLY SAY MY ISSUE IS NOT WITH THIER SERVICE BUT PROBABLY GMC BUT SINCE I BOUGHT THE TRUCK FROM MASTRIA THEY SHOULD HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. MY FRONT PASSENGER TIRE IS SEVERLY WORN ON THE OUTSIDE EDGE AND AFTER INSPECTION I WAS TOLD THE FRONT END WAS WAY OFF ALLIGNMENT. THIS ISSUE WAS NOT OF MY MAKING, YOU CAN SEE FROM HOW BAD THE WEAR IS THAT ITS BEEN DOING IT FOR AWHILE. I FEEL THE TIRE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITHOUT COST TO ME .THE ONLY REASON I SCORED SO HIGH IS BECAUSE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALY THE LADY WHO CALLED ME AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF MY TRUCKS PROGRESS. I WAS ALSO MISTAKINGLY SENT A VIDEO OF THE WRONG TRUCK AND I DONT KNOW IF THEY WOULD HAVE REALIZED IF I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING

I just stopped at this dealership to look at a car that was on the front lot. I had expected the place to be closed, however the gate was open and there was some activity in the parking lot. A salesman got out of a car and said to me, and I quote, Maam, were locking the gates now. I must say I was rather taken aback by his comment. I would have expected a professional greeting and an offer to take my name and phone number to allow the dealership to contact me in the morning to set up an appointment to look at the car. Needless to say, I will not return to look at that car. Its quite unfortunate really, as I have purchased a vehicle from that dealership in the past.
Working with Mastria Buick GMC was a great experience. I found the car I wanted on line they arranged for me to come in and test drive it and I had it that same day. Our sales person, Tyler was excellent, and balancing us as well as other customers and he never missed a beat. Car buying is not the greatest thing to do on a Saturday, but this place makes it so easy. After coming in the first time and waiting for my car to be serviced for an hour, the service attendant came out and said they had the wrong part. After AN HOUR of waiting.We rescheduled the visit (this time, I dropped the car off), but when I came back, they had misplaced my keys and it took 20 minutes for them to find them. I must admit, I had a very disappointing experience.

My experience started off great until I had a problem with my car. SOME Of the service staff were very helpful. I had my car that I purchased at Buick Mastria less than 6 months, had to put 2 new tires on immediately as they would not budge and replace the totally bald ones. Now I have an issue with a hard break petal and exceleration issue that I had to pull over each time and get the break petal to un-stick before I could drive. Long of the short, my car was in 4 times for the same thing but could not be duplicated by the technician. In turn it was come and get your broken car we don’t know what it is. I now may be forced to buy a new vehicle with no offers of help or compensation from the sales manager at all. For such a huge dealership there we NO options for me. I will now go to another dealer and hope for the best! Bad way to do business! I will not but a car at Buick Mastria.

We had been looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks. My wife and daughter found a 2017 GMC Sierra at the Mastria dealership in a blue color they both liked. We drove down from Malden to see it and met one of the salesmen (Angel). He was very polite and not pushy like some salespeople can be. He was attentive to what we were asking and withing a few minutes of us arriving he was getting us the keys to look it over. After checking it out we were asked if we wanted to go for a test drive. We did and loved the way it drove. We came back and bought it. There was no pressure just good conversation. Everyone working there was very courteous and friendly. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

I have been participating in the tires for life since I purchased my 2017 GMC Canyon 10/17 I had wanted to have new tires put on my truck for my last service appointment 12/31I was told that because I had declined on a couple of recommened services, I was no longer eligible for the program. I had only ever held off on a service when my service advisor had told me that it would be fine to have it done at the time of my next service call. My service advisor asked me to wait while she looked into it. She came back after a short time to let me know that we were all set but that I was not quite ready for tires at this time. She said that at my next service call it would be time. I am hopeful that all goes well as this next service call and Mastria honors my Tires for life

Went to shop for a specific car they had in their used inventory. Very prompt, and friendly service. We werent haggled to spend money, but were allowed to enjoy our experience at our own pace. Ultimately chose to go back and buy the car we had in mind, and our service was once again phenomenal. We purchased a new GMC Sierra last week from Mastria GMC and had an excellent experience with this purchase... initially. I went to two other GMC dealerships and a Chevrolet dealership before coming to Mastria - out of all the dealerships I felt this was the best experience. I did my homework I knew exactly what I wanted & how much I was willing to pay, and what I wanted for a trade allowance - Mastria hit the number and earned my business. They were working on a skeleton crew, but I was disappointed that we had to wait so long with their finance department, which resulted in a lack luster delivery. Also the finance representative was fantastically competent and convincing, but someone with less experience would have been taken for a ride with all of the extras - not presenting the best financing, wheel protection, paint protection, 3rd party bumper to bumper warranties - that all add to higher monthly cost of ownership. This process was painfully slow & no delivery should take over 2 hours. Also, If there is room for improvement at this dealership - its where almost all sales fall flat, which is related to follow up. I did get some computer generated emails, but when I went in to pick up my registration yesterday no one knew who I was... guys I just spent $50K 6 days ago here? Car dealers look at sales as units, but for the individual spending money its a really big deal & should be treated as such. Following up with customers is the way that dealers can ensure that people come back for service & to buy another vehicle.
One of my absolute least favorite things in the world is the car buying process. Im not the easiest to work with when it comes to that but even I have to give a shout out to Angel over there. The guy is a pro and seemed to genuinely have our best interest in mind from the moment we set foot on the lot. This was easily the best car buying experience Ive ever had. There is no bait and switch, no deal or no deal, etc. I told them what I needed and what I wanted to pay and they got it done in an hour. Not kidding. If you have no patience, Mastria is your place! The General Manager, Brian Connelly and Jamie Lynch were terrific and made our car buying experience enjoyable instead of stressful. Transparent, no games. We highly recommend Mastria if you’re sick of the same old car sales nonsense. Mastria is #1 in our book - highly recommended.

TLDR - For those who dont have the time to read the whole thing. Multiple vehicle customer over several years, treated poorly, poor management. Fire the manager and promote Tyler.I did not want to write this. Let me start there.Between me and my wife we have purchased (2) vehicles with the Mastria auto group, and leased another. I have constantly spoken well of this business as for years we were always treated well, and the service was great.I pulled in there on Tuesday to have my GMC Sierra serviced, and I cannot say enough great things about the service department. Years of servicing vehicles there and only ever had one issue. Which is the only reason they are getting two stars.While my vehicle was being serviced we also had an appointment to talk about my current lease and see what options they had for me to move out of the lease early. Initially they were very accommodating (at the time I was working with Tyler and he was GREAT!). Then his manager got involved.The manager was professional, but I then got the time trusted car salesman tactics. Before you knew it, there was a Denali sitting out front. (Way to much money for me). When I inquired about other vehicles, they brought out a Blue GMC.They were really itching to get me into this blue GMC, and kept asking if I wanted to drive it. Mind you, I was currently driving a 2018 GMC Elevation (Which I love, but am nearing the mileage early). The blue truck they brought around was dirty, visibly scratched on 3 of the interior door panels, and had part of the dash coming apart. (They did admit it was a loaner truck)They also continued to express to me that there was a truck shortage due to COVID-19, and my options were limited. (I understand this). But it made me feel as if they wanted my used truck more, and looking to get rid of a vehicle they didnt want hanging around due to its issues.As soon as I expressed that I was not interested in driving this blue truck, the manager walked off with the plates and was suddenly no longer interested in helping me. When I came back inside to express my issues with the scratches and the dashboard... LITERALLY FALLING APART, I was met with short Didnt see it answers from the manager. Who also refused to look me in the eyes or acknowledge the issues at hand.My wife and I left, pulled out of the parking lot, and pulled directly into McGee Chevrolet. There I was treated fairly, and respectfully, and have a new Chevy in my driveway. (I bought it, BTW, just in case someone from Mastria reads this.)
