I want to share a wonderful experience that I had at Central 44 in Raynham. I brought my car in for service and I was assigned a service advisor named Chris Lopes. Chris always answered any questions with courtesy and respect no matter how many calls I made. He understood the difficult situation I was in and was kind and compassionate throughout the process. Chris went above and beyond to assist me and is an example of a great service advisor and more importantly a great human being. I hope my jeep doesnt require much service, but if it does, I will be requesting Chris Lopes.

Had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L this past weekend at Central Jeep in Raynham. The whole process was made so easy by both Tony, my salesman, and Tom in the finance department. We test drove the vehicle while my trade in was being appraised, came back and Tony had all the paperwork ready to go. There were no delays - the vehicle was detailed while we worked with Tom and then Tony went over all the vehicle features with us and we were on our way in our new Jeep! Dropped my 2019 dodge Ram 2500 off for a oil change. And asked for pricing for a fuel filter service.They never called and informed us that it was 500 dollars to do the fuel filter service. And did it anyways. Called told us it was ready to be picked up. We then had to ask how much it was. If thats there price fine. But do not do the service until you ask the client. I would have gone else where.I guess they dont care about repeat business. Thanks for not asking permission.

We were looking for the new Grand Cherokee L and my husband went down to see the vehicle but it did not hit the lot yet. Where to start.....Another dealership ( who shall not be named) had just sold a really nice wrangler out from under me because I couldnt leave work to go finalize the paperwork before someone bought it.I visited the website for route 44 jeep and told the chat what I was looking for and within 30 min someone called me letting me know that they might have a wrangler I would be interested in. I went down there with my significant other only to find that the wrangler I was told about was not there. That was when Bobbi asked if we would like to take a walk and see what they did have, we agreed not expecting what was about to happen.Bobbi walked us out back to a couple gladiators to see if we would like them. We saw the Mojave edition and loved everything except the orange trim with it. It was then she showed us the 21 rubicon gladiator and we fell in love with it. We decided to see if we could get approved for it. Between Bobbi Tom and whoever else was involved we not only got approved but got in our minds a great price and interest rate to boot. Only a few days in but I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the service was way beyond what Id expect from a dealership. It’s really scary and intimidating walking into a dealership, usually. When I first walked in to Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of Raynham I was not sure what vehicle would be the best for me, or how to go about trading my car in. I also know nothing about cars so I was nervous in general about speaking with a sales person. So naturally I brought my boyfriend who is educated about car buying. The first person who greeted us at the door was Pedro-the best sales person my boyfriend and I have ever dealt with. He was busy with other customers at the time and STILL answered our questions, quickly and thoroughly. Then he went on to help us and brought us all the way to buying our new Jeeps! He gave recommendations and was extremely pleasant! I have never seen someone so helpful-he clearly can multitask extremely well and has a variety of skill sets. If everyone worked like he did we would all be happy and probably have a bunch more cars (lol). He helped us pick a vehicle, went over what I would need to do to trade mine in, knew exactly what I should do financially, recommending and teaching me about financials, and got me the best for my buck! He made us feel like he was looking out for US, and he was. We went back and bought another car from him today and told all of our family and friends to go to this place and ask for Pedro. When I first talked to Pedro I had three requests: a car that fits my budget, black color preferred and if possible to keep my license plates (which is not an easy process and sometimes can’t be fulfilled) he was able to attend to all my requests and additionally got me a good value for my trade in. I’m super happy with my car and service overall. I’ve had two oil changes at this place for my Ram 1500 eco diesel. April 2021 it cost me $179.43. August 2021 they hand me a bill for $325 and tell me oil prices have gone up due to a shortage. You kidding me? You doubled the price without giving any notice? Now I understand there are shortages everywhere, but if that’s true there should be some sort of notification. Clearly a lie and a tactic to get me to just agree. Manager gave me a small discount to make the price $288. What a joke. How do you expect to keep people coming back for service when you break their back with pricing after they come for one service visit you increase the price by 100%. DO NOT service your vehicle here.

I did not buy my Jeep here, but have been servicing it here for 5 years. The Service department is fantastic and today I had an amazing experience with Anthony in the collision department. After telling him I didn’t want to spend much to fix a busted mirror because I’m trading soon, he told me to do some research and find the best price on the mirror I needed and then I could bring it in and they would install it for me no matter where I got it. When I got there today they were able to remove the painted portion and reuse it on the new mirror. Without having an appointment they squeezed me in and replaced the mirror for me and when they told me it was finished relayed that there was no charge. To me that goes above and beyond for any dealership. I’d gladly recommend central 44.

Central in Rayham is a great dealership. My wife and I went in on a whim with no appointment on a Sunday. Drove up with a Subaru, and left the proud owner of a Gladiator on the same day.
