During these trying times, I know that it is essential that we all use caution while dealing with the public. However, we can do this in a professional manner and attempt to provide a quality service. My experience at Joann Fabrics was anything but that. I feel the staff showed little to no interest in their duties. While waiting to receive our products we encountered other customers that were also spoken to in an unprofessional and rude manner. During these times people should be grateful to still be able to have employment. A little curtesy goes a long way.

A bit expensive but the Halloween decor from the place & time is 50% off on some stuff! Store is clean and the staff is helpful and engaging.

This store is nice. There is always one woman who is always super helpful, I dont know her name but her nails are always colored brightly!

Went in for appliques. They had some but the stock was low on alot of them. Will go back because its great for crafts.

Kind of expensive but has your sewing supplies.

JOANN fabrics and Crafts meets all of the basic requirements for a craft store, but the stores inventory and space are limited. The store is dimly lit and has a tinge of yellow for some reason. Space near the checkout counter feels crowded disorderly. I wouldnt say to avoid the store by any means, but I feel that the staff Lacks pride and dedication to their store based on the state in which it is in.

This is my store! I have been in there twice already this week!! Both days I was in there at least an hour. Staff is amazing and soooooo helpful! There is always a good stock of everything. The interaction with staff is like hanging with friends!!!!

Never shop without a coupon or a competitors coupon (michaels {or similar store} basic 40% off coupon only).

The store is very organized and clean and it is a limited time to get from Shaws bus stop to Attleboro station. The last bus from Bloom Bus Terminal to Attleboro Station starts at 4:30. Limited time for traveling disabilities.

There candy section near the register needs to be bigger one lady and I had to fight over the last Hershey bar got thrown out of the store for throwing pine cones at her

I visited here with my wife. The location compared to Brockton is smaller, and the entrance is in need of an update. While the products on offer were good quality and priced reasonably, my wife and I witnessed a cruel customer service interaction where an elderly woman asked to use the rest room and was told no, to go to either Shaws or Panera. She was clearly over 80 years of age, and not in a condition to navigate icy walkways with any degree of urgency. This was a frail old woman, barely able to stand. What is that? It is unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable.
