Staff was very helpful on finding the right color for my hair and looking for the natural options that are available . I was pleased with the customer service and how honest she was, thank you !

Ive been going to this location for years. Theres alot of flip flop I notice the workers dont stay for more than a year. Which most of them are very polite nice. I just have certain items I use and 13yrs cosmetologist I always find what I need. Lately pandemic people doing self beauty care items are sold out. So I end up going else were. And even those locations are sold out.

Very bad customer service. the woman who worked there was talking on her cell phone the entire time. when cashing out, she was still on the phone, and gave ME the keyboard to fill out my information on the computer.. isn’t it her job to ask me what my information is so SHE can enter it? furthermore, when i was about to leave she was still on the phone and didn’t respond when i wished her a good day. very disappointed with this place. hope they get better employees.

Whenever I come into this store there is so much pressure put on to me, they don’t leave you alone. they always inform you with the wrong information. But most recently I came to get extensions. My hair is too short to really see the color for myself. So I took her word for it and I assumed as a professional, she’d give me the correct color. But it seems they just want the commission. She also failed to tell me there are no exchanges or returns on hair.

I went there on 5/29/19 probably around 7 I was helped by Sonny and another woman I(forgot her name)so Im sorry, but they both were very helpful. Sonny you knew what you were talking about when it came to hair! I tried that Mane hair mask and I LOVE it thank you so much!

I didnt get her name but the date was 11/26/19 and it was 8:30pm. Came in to the store upset diddnt like the pressure the sales person was putting on me, her condescending tone was also off putting and no one and I repeat NO one likes being asked where an item they had is after deciding you dont want it. I made it pretty known I wanted to be left alone. The first curing lamp I purchased here broke shortly after I got it. Wanted to get a new one maybe dye my hair but nope never comming here again thanks for wasting my time Sallys. Ulta beauty will have my buisiness for now on not to mention the many times Ive gotten horrible advice from here that damaged my hair, the staff at ulta are at least knowledgable of the products they sell END OF rant.

Felt very pressured and rushed by sales person. Im a licensed professional. I came in n they asked if I needed help and I said no thank you. Within 2 min she was following me around the store. Didnt get what I needed, will wait till salon centric opens tomorrow. Wont be going back there again.

I have gone to this store several times to purchase products for myself and I have found that they do not carry many products for African American hair. It would be really nice to find products here close to home instead of traveling to Brockton.
