I came in to get my screen protector replaced because my husband bought the service for lifetime replacement of protectors for my phone and for the camera on the back. I was informed that he could not replace either for me because He didnt have them in stock. I asked him to order them for me and he said he was unable to do that also. I asked him why they would sell that service to my husband if they were unable to withhold the other end of the deal but he did not have an answer for me. He said that I could check a corporate store but he was unable to check with the corporate store to see if they had any in stock before I drove all the way there. Me and my husband are both very frustrated that AT&T sold him a service for lifetime replacements, and it was a huge waste of our money. I am hoping there is a resolution to this issue, otherwise we will be looking into another cell phone provider with better customer service.

Disclaimer: I can only speak to my experience with the associates I dealt with, so all the negative reviews about the store manager is not my problem.Went in to pick up our new phones and get everything set up after making a purchase online and switching from Verizon! I was greeted by Alana, a newer employee who was nothing short of friendly, professional and helpful. You could tell she wanted to do well at her new job and to me, she was doing great! I waited only about five minutes until Sarah, a more tenured employee, greeted me and began assisting me. Within 15 minutes our phones were set up, data transferred from the old phones to the new ones and as we waited, Sarah made small talk and made sure we weren’t sitting there awkwardly! Definitely a positive experience and won’t hesitate to go back for any questions, as I’m sure they’d be glad to help!

I want to say what an amazing experience I had here. Not much for usually rating or giving comments but Renee and her manager (can’t remember her name) provided AMAZING service. Very patient and found the best available deal. Location I will be letting everyone I know as the go-to location for service and merchandise. Thanks again ladies for making a Saturday adventure I was dreading into a great start to my Saturday.

Went to at&t today to see why my phone was acting up! I sat with an employee named Sabrina who was absolutely wonderful she explained to me that my phone battery was going ! We went thru all options! I did end up getting a new phone since mine was super old . Thank you so much Sabrina for all your help. I will definitely be back to the rayham location!!! I highly recommend asking for Sabrina !!!

This place is great. Sabrina, the manager, and Eric the rep were caring, understand and slowed way down for me to learn to the new adjustments on my new phone. Sabrina was amazing, she knocked over $100 off my bill with new phones. I felt like I was sitting in front of honest people who really cared about the importance of my information. I will always come back here and send my friends and family.

Renee was so helpful! I first visited about a month ago with an issue with a new phone. There was nothing that she could do immediately but definitely helped to give me ideas as to what to do on my end to fix it. Last night I was finally able to go in and get the phone I wanted because I took all of her ideas and they worked. She is very helpful and a very nice Rep. I would send anyone her way!

Our representative Renee was amazingly patient, competent and reassuring that even though we had some bumps along the way we would get the phone data transferred. I recently came into the store and dealt with the store manager, Sabrina R. I never met someone so rude, so condescending like her. Her attitude when helping customers is deplorable and I can’t believe att or it’s affiliates would employ someone like her. I came in for assistance regarding my account but now I’m taking my 20 line account away from ATT and going to Verizon. Thanks Sabrina for costing att big business.

This store deserves NO stars! Worst service ever. The sale associate added a promotional line to my existing phone plan, never ONCE was I told that a new line would be added, now my monthly bill is over 150$ a month! My bill for my phone line should only be around 80$ or less a month. She put the imei number for the promotional line on the phone that I currently have and the older phone that I turned in a different number, so now when I try to get the promotional line shut off, it shuts off my phone number and my existing phone. I was told by the manager of this store that they would get everything fixed for me and months later nothing has been done! I was told that the DM would be giving me a call 3 weeks ago, no one has called! I have contacted At&t customer service, 611, fraud, stolen dept, and every other person NO ONE can help because they said its up to the manager to fix the situation. Now I am stuck paying for 2 lines, when I only have one device. My bill is so high now because I was told not to pay for those late charges because it wasnt my fault originally. The store is so rude to not just their customers but to customer service reps that they work with. I had At&t customer service call a few times for me because they refuse to talk to me anymore, and customer service even got hung up on! What they did was not OK! Please be careful when you are dealing with this store.

Unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate staff. They spent the entire time I was doing my upgrade swearing (in front of me) about a customer who had just left the store. When politely asking a question about my upgrade that was taking place, the pregnant woman was visibly annoyed that I wanted to know what the cost change would be and was upset that she would need to explain the trade in process. She (in a huff) assured me that my old phone, although it had significantly (256 gb of storage) was not necessary and put me in a new phone with (64 gb). Now my 1-day old phone says it is ‘full’ and is offering me ways to ‘free up storage’. The entire staff here was painful to be around and sorely under qualified to even sell cell phones.

My dad went there to return att tv. This kid kharie raised his voice with aggravation at my dad instead of understanding he’s old and my father has dementia. My dad was really upset when he got home the first time around. He had went back to apologize to the kid in case it was anything he had done or said that made him so viotile. He said a girl had come up to help him out and explained everything to him and was very kind. There aren’t many stable workers there I’m taking it. Go else where.

We had 3 members of my family upgrade to new phones and the associate Nolan helped us to decide on which phones to get, what accessories we needed for our new phones, activating our new phones and transferring all our info from our old phones to the new phones. He took his time with us to explain the features on our new phones, and answered all of our questions. Nolan was very knowledgeable and personable. We can NOT THANK Nolan enough for taking the time to service us in our purchase of upgrading our new phones.

We added a new phone to our plan and were promised out activation fee waived if we purchased an accessory. So we did, still got charged for the activation fee on our first bill. We also declined the ATT Up plan and they STILL added it without our permission. And to top it off we were told out bill would be a certain price every month, now weve been charged double what we were told and had to call customer service to have it explained to us since the store wont answer the phone. Now we cant even be refunded our activation fee because they never noted it in the account and without the store answering their phone calls, theres nothing we can do about it. our experience was worse then a car dealership. Nothing but lies and misinformation. Absolutely unecessary. We were the ONLY customers in the store due to covid so its not like they were rushed or had a ton of people waiting.

Can’t rave about this location enough! I have gone in there before and had okay experiences but the last time i went a man with the last name Barros helped out TONS!! The best employee from at&t so far between over the phone other locations. He was personable funny yet professional and informed about the technology and deals offered. He also mentioned accessories to add on which gave my phone extra protection i didn’t know i needed! I can’t thank him enough for making a usual stressful situation when upgrading a phone, to a easy effortless one!

Fantastic experience. I have never been treated so well as a customer before. The sales rep named Mark went over my entire bill with me looking to save me as much as he could. He spent around 2 hours with me and was extremely thorough. I didnt even buy anything that day but I will be coming back here when I do decide to buy anything related to cellphones.

Upgraded my service plan. Mike Brown and Salma did a fantastic job making the transfer a service a pleasurable one. I felt like a respected customer and asking varyint, difficult technical questions, they took the time to research with me the specifications to get the right device for myself. I have had issues with AT&T stores in the past, the Raynham store restored my confidence in AT&T service locations.

I wish I can give negative rating.. The person working here is rude and useless... After waiting for 2 hours he said no phones unless its instate id or authorised user with instate id. When I asked my friend to come over with a mass id, he is a authorized user and this useless store guy said no. Because his stupid manager said so.. ATT should kick this type of useless guys out of their stores. Please dont go there and waste your time. Find some better stores.

My wife and I went in looking for a new cell phone plan. Angel, the sales associate who assisted us told us we did not qualify for the plan we wanted. He then said he might be able to get us the deal another way and took down my info. I questioned why he needed my social and he said it was a soft credit check to see if I ever had direct tv. I then told him I came in looking for a cell plan, not a new cable company and would never go with Direct Tv. We then left the store. 2 days later I received an email saying I was signed up with Direct TV. I NEVER wanted cable and didnt consent to this. Be careful especially with Angel. He misinformed us and fraudulently signed us up for Direct TV.

We want in to hook up a new line of service for my daughter. Brought in an old att phone we had once used and everything! How easy could this be? We were treated horribly! The young lady was so put out she had to actually ASSIST!! someone. She dripped with disdain and impatience. Wound up leaving, much to my daughters distress. Had to call att to get the thing hooked up. Never thought I would prefer a call center to human interaction.
