I contacted hearing life concerning my difficulty hearing and the need for hearing aids.After missing the returned calls,I finally connected and we discussed my options.She explained what was available to me and told me that I could get a less sophisticated set for me that would be free of charge & anything more current would cost me a copay,cost was not discussed.I agreed to the free aids and was told she would call me when she received them.Im satisfied with the choices given and am anxiously awaiting getting them and finally having better hearing.Thanks for everyones effort. My hearing specialist Ann Foss was courteous, kind, and retaining a sense of humor throughout the entire process. Now I can hear things for the first time as I’ve had a hearing deficit since birth. I’m 51 now and wearing my first real hearing devices. I never knew this before, but my sandals squeak when I walk. I can hear the ice cubes jingle in my coffee. I can hear a complete insect orchestra at night in the back yard. Who knew coins in your pocket make noise? I love my Bluetooth connection with my phone. In a milliseconds time, when the drama begins I have 8 levels of deafness to choose from....win-win situation if you ask me! Thank you so much for Ann’s staff, made the whole process a cake walk. Always willing to recommend this office.
