The heavy white guy was very helpful I think it was the best service Ive ever had

I went there to have an auto check on a light that came on my dash. It said service engine soon. The lady went out to my car and checked it with their meter and came back in and printed out a report of what was actually wrong. She was very helpful. I felt better knowing what is wrong than worrying until I could get it into a shop to get it fixed. Thank you to the lady who helped me at Auto Zone in Raytown on 350 Hwy. I wish I would have gotten her name so she could get the credit she deserves.

As a female I was not impressed with my interaction with the employees. I understand an auto parts store gets people with all different levels of knowledge. But assuming that because Im female I dont even know how to pump gas is frustrating. So dismissing my questions by telling me its complicated or giving me false information is not acceptable.

Friendly and willing to help us out. 10/10 would shop here again. Especially Bruce and Darrel they were super helped

The store manager had a very really rude demeanor, came into get hub caps & found some under was under a tag that had a price of 49.99 but they rung up at 69.99. The cashier told me & my husband that They haven’t touched the cap in line a year. I didn’t care for the price but the manager didn’t apologize or anything. He was just super quiet like I asked him to mark it down, the whole experience sucked.

This is the first time I have ever seen a great week and I also want you to know that there is a great place for the hole family to shop at the money you save and the help that is there for you go check it out and see for yourself,,

Manager sleeping when I walked in, 10 mins later woke him up then he went back to look for my belt and I had to check on him and he got caught again then just acted like they didnt have it and went back to sleep

Wednesday afternoon purchased a battery for my car, the sales clerk young lady was very friendly & helpful. Changed my old battery out to the new one. Also told me that I need a new battery tube, one was very old & rusting. Thank you for her helpful advice.

It was awful, I couldnt get any help from the manager or the other guy who worked there.

I stopped in because my check engine light came on. So one of the gentleman took a scanner and pulled the fault code from my truck. He entered the code in his computer and gave me a printout of the likely cause and solution. After talking a few minutes the employee walked me back to truck and showed me where the part is and how to fix it myself, if I went that route. I was very impressed and happy overall. I always use Auto Zone anytime my check engine light comes on. They have given me invaluable knowledge to take with me to my repair shop. And the last few years Ive used them 4 times, and they were right about the diagnostic every time.

Great parts at great prices. The staff used to be very knowlegable, but it seems like lately the help dont know alot about cars except what their system tells them. Overall though a good store that I will go back to.

There was two people one sitting on her but behind some parts wall while one busy stressed lady was trying to answer phones help me and listen to the lady sitting down interrupt me to ask some irrelevant unimportant at the time questions.

Driving 3.5 hours to see my new grandson was a pleasure untill.....the trip home. Traveling down I435 an hour into my trip...and my alternator shot craps! Normally not a biggie...right? Wrong! I had my 8yo daughter and my 2 yo granddaughter with me. First motorist assist was awesome and helped me get to autozone. Then there was Andrew at the zone....not only did he say it was ok of my car to be there untill i got my insurance company to tow it...he even gave me a good reasonable mechanic to boot! Andrew...you are what customer service is all about!

She helped us find new wipers for are car. We had to get 3 different sizes. She was very helpful!

They are usually very helpful to me. The store only had one other person in at the counter yet two Assistance Associates. One Gentleman asked what he could help me with, I told him he then directed me where to go. Everything ok but Other Associates would check on me after too long a time since I was only needing one item. I was having trouble with choosing the right one. Never helped me. I just grabbed one and went to check out. In the meantime he had took over for the other Associate and his customer. The first Associate made a comment about why did he do that? I couldnt hear all that was said but he didnt like that he had lost that customer to him. So this guy jumps in and took care of me then and I checked out and left.

I love visiting this store it is always clean and the store managers is always helpful and the employees are always nice. You can really tell They enjoy their jobs.

Well, I went auto one to get a replacement for a broken valve stem for my tire. I have the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) and those valve stems are aluminum with a wireless sensor at the end. Was given a plastic valve stem, after I specifically told the guy what type of car I had and what type of valve stem it was. He promptly told me that the sensor just gets plugged on the end of the valve stem. Uh, no, it doesnt. Needless to say, I returned the part because the tire place already had the same type of valve stems.

Autozone is the only auto parts store I go to they always get the right part to you,always have helpful staff, I went in get the oil change deal they had on the window but it was a deal that was no long going on but the guy said he would honor it.

Best customer service Ive received from any auto part store Ive ever been to. It was raining and the guy helping me came out and helped me find and replace the bulb for my right side brake light that was out on my new Mazda 6. He was friendly, joking, and make the experience of shopping at this store actually be fun. I wish I caught his name tag, because more people should strive to provide the quality of enjoyable service he gave me. Before just selling me the replacement bulb, he went out in the rain and checked that it fit and matched mine and my vehicles needs. Even if I can get a part cheaper elsewhere, Id rather pay to have that enjoyable shopping experience again. Thank you for making my day better!

The staff was very friendly but I used to be a mechanic and as with any parts store worker they arent trained to know cars or parts even, theyre just trained to operate the system they use. Overall a good experience.

I didnt go inside, but one of my family members came out with nothing because the product for the remote of the battery of the black SUV was not in stock.

I took my mother in laws car in to have them test the battery. It tested Bad and they replaced it for free, no questions asked. Well, except for a phone number to confirm the warranty. I didnt even remember that I had bought it there.
