Brought my new to me car to them after purchasing through Carvana. They got me in quickly and did a thorough inspection of it. The report back from them on what the felt while driving was incredibly precise and detailed. They performed a handful of jobs on the car and when I got it back it drove great! Scheduling routine maintenance with them to get the timing belt replaced as well as the valves adjusted. Complete trust in this shop!

This place is amazing. They bend over backwards to help. They are quick. They have done a great job on everything from an oil change to replacing our transmission. They always give us a heads up on things to watch for and never make us feel like we have to do anything right now. Pricing has always been really fair or better than we could find anywhere else.

This shop has been very consistent. Ive taken my Suburban, F150 and a 73 Lincoln Mark IV and we have work well together and they do great work that they stand behind. Ill be back in a few days for maintenance.

The team at R&l has been servicing my cars this last year since i don’t have time to work on my vehicles with a career change. They’ve done fantastic work every time. Recently I had an engine that jumped time. Logan was able to repair the engine at an affordable cost. Took my wifes 2016 Acura RDX for coolant flush and break fluid flush. Mike at the front desk answered all my questions professionally and the inside the shop was clean. The job was done within reasonable time and the price was good as well. Will take both my Acura and Lexus in the future.

I was worried that they wont be able to lift up my car since my car was too low and it had side skirts. Went to 2 others that couldnt do it because of this reason. Thankfully when I called here and asked for any open spots for today, they had one. I was very satisfied on how they handled my car with care. Mike even suggested that I didnt need a full synthetic oil to save a bit of change, but I said its ok. This place is a good! Honest and professional. See you on my next oil change!

The boys did a fantastic job. Came in for new CV axles. A step above my skill level. They were fast and didnt try to sell me on a million other things. Did a quick check on my car and told me there were a few issues down the line but told me I could wait. Rare to find an honest shop these days.

The guys at the shop are very nice and helpful. They have always been able to work with my schedule and get me taken care of. I have a 1 ton diesel and they have the lifts capable of picking it up. The prices have always been very fair and the work has always been guaranteed! I would recommend these guys for any truck issue or car issue that could ever come up. They are honest. Recently took my 2007 Mazda 6 in that died while I was driving it. Another shop told me it was just my water pump and charged me $1000 to not fully fix my car. I took it here and the honest assessment was the engine was blown and probably not worth replacing. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I cant attest to their work.

I cannot think of a better bunch of mechanics than these people. I am pretty particular as to who works on my autos and they have never failed to deliver. They are reasonably priced, but they do not cut corners. I would recommend them anytime.I am adding to my former review to add that when you need help they are there, and they will fix your auto trouble.I keep adding because they keep delivering the best servicing by the best servicemen. I had a last minute before Christmas issue and Logan and Mike were able to fix the problem. I cannot thank them enough.

They did phenomenal work! I usually do all my own car work but Ive gotten too busy (and old) to lie on the driveway so I asked around. A friend recommended them so I decided to give them a try. I went in for a tune-up and motor mounts. I was nervous, but the owner Logan was super kind and helpful. A day later, I came to pick up my car and if was perfect! I would definitely recommend them for any problems you have!

They have been shockingly quick to get us in and totally committed to solving troublesome issues that have taken DAYS to figure out. They have gone out of their way to get parts we needed and charged us less than they should have a couple of times. I am so grateful to have found this shop; I highly recommend them.

I have had quite a bit of work done at R&L and they have treated me right every time. They are always quick to get it done and get you back on the road. Needed rear brakes,call several shops around Raytown they all had around the same price but only R&L could do it that day and they were actually cheaper than most. One of the best experiences I’ve had when dealing with an auto repair shop. They were up front with pricing, knowledgeable, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. I know Logan, the L of R & L, and Mike, the Service Manager, from a previous shop. How pleased I was to learn they were back in town, about a year or so ago. Theyre the real deal - always ready to go the extra mile, alway shooting straight. Trust is what youre looking for in an auto shop and theyve proved themselves for over 15 years servicing my cars. They did some work on my daughters car recently and it was up to the same quality and fairness I would expect from them. So glad they are nearby!

Bought a used car through Carvana and it was making whiny noise with the steering wheel during start up. Was still under 100 day warranty so I called and set up appointment with R & L for diagnostic. Dropped it off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. I must say it was a very smooth process from the beginning to end. They found the problem, called Carvana on my behalf, and fixed my car. Overall, very impressed and satisfied with the service.

Good customer service and the repairs were done well. I try to do most things myself if I can but sometimes you just need a professional. I worry about finding someone who can do solid work without taking advantage of you. Logan and Mike were very honest and helpful in communicating what work needed to be done and what things just needed to be watched. R&L got me back on the road. Honest and dependable. If you need something done and done right, I trust these guys and I’m already back with my daughters car.

In short, this is the place youve been looking for. I have no personal connection to these guys at all so this is completely unbiased but I had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to write a review. My daughter lives in KC and even though I have worked on cars for 20 years, I am located 200 miles away so I am completely unable to help her when she has issues. The dealers have become unaffordable and the national chain places are completely unreliable. After having her car towed to a chain store in desperation a few weeks ago, a $600 bill left us with a car that had multiple new issues and was undrivable and very unsafe (fire risk). Basically, a parent’s worst nightmare. The chain store actually said they didn’t have the expertise to diagnose the issues any further and sent us packing. We found R&L through word of mouth and Rob was a pleasure to deal with. He is both extremely honest and very sharp. He was able to fix all the issues the other place caused and get us back on the road at a very fair price. If you are looking for the one in a thousand shop you can trust and that does top notch work, this is it.
