Great place, good people, very helpful. Only complaint is that when checking out instead of “is there anything else?” They should ask “do you have gloves at home?” Cause every time I come in I ALWAYS get back home to dye my hair and NEVER have gloves 🤦🏼‍♀️ It’s a me problem but your selling hair dye..so help me out! 😂

I rarely actually take time to post a review for places but I am so pleased with the woman that helped me. I forgot what her name was but she had reddish hair in pigtails and she showed some of the BEST product I’ve ever used. I had told her I am afraid of using certain products because it would make my hair look greasy and she nailed it on the product knowledge and recommendations. ON TOP OF THAT SHE WAS HELPING me and another girl at the SAME time! You’re awesome thank you 😗

Incredible experience

They have some good products but multiple time since gone here prices are mislabeled and they will not matcht the price that shows on the shelf. It is kinda frustrating.

Go to Sterling location. Raytown location does not answer phone and has sign for curbside delivery. I have downloaded app and checked online. There is no curbside and there is no way to clarify because again they do not answer phone despite having number posted outside for curbside delivery.

Great customer service well inform of products

The new manager at this location is very unprofessional, and has a bad attitude. I’m a Pro member since 1995 so I spend a lot of time and money in this store. All previous managers have treated me well and have given me discounts because I frequent the store. Not asking for special treatment just asking for respect and a manager with a good attitude. Terrible customer service by manager hopefully they will replace her soon with someone more adequate to fit the position.

I love this location. the employees are very helpful and its in a good area, next to Hyvee and some other shops. they always have everything I need in stock.

Great Customer Service but the Sally Beauty Company system was down so they were not able to look up my beauty club membership.

I come here a lot to get hair items for myself and my daughter. I joined their rewards program, so I get good deals. The sales clerks are also always very ncie.

The cashiers know how to use the products thats very helpful, plus if you have a Sallys card you can bring back coupons and theyll give you the cash for them after purchase...I love that!!

They never let me down when it comes to new products.

They have everything I need when I come. However, the customer service is odd. Theres a lady who seems to be running the store all by herself whenever I visit. Every time I visit, it seems like Im being rushed to buy something and leave. She always seems to be in a hurry and its very unpleasant and uncomfortable but overall, they have a great selection.
