Very friendly with excellent customer service Dr.Wolfe is very kind with a wonderful personality. She makes getting an eye exam a very pleasant experience.
Whoever answers the phones and schedules appointments is rude as hell. Never had a problem before but won’t be returning
I had trouble with my schedule and missed my appointment, they rescheduled me with no problem. The customer service was nice and the service was prompt. I enjoyed my eye exam! How many ppl say that 😂

Fast and friendly
Ive had to wear glasses for decades and some places are just better than others. Fairway tops my list. My new lenses are very precise and I can see so much better now! The entire staff is great. I had an excellent experience all the way through. Jon knows his stuff, especially when it comes to selecting frames to fit a face. Thanks Fairway !
Front desk staff was rude but Dr. was friendly. Ive been wearing glasses all my life and this was the WORST eye appointment Ive experienced. I will gladly take my services back to the Fairway location.
Very professional atmosphere. Personnel was customer focused and willing to assist; was my first time visiting this facility. Also, doctor was very personable and did a great job explaining the various steps of the exam. Great job!!
I walked in without an appointment. The staff was nice and well educated to inform me of my benefits, got an exam, and glasses just like that! The ambiance is amazing, and one feels welcome. Did I mention that I got in at 12:30 on Saturday? They did not rush me at all best place ever. Affordable glasses too🤓😎
Staff can be unprofessional at times. However, the guy that helps with purchase of lens is always professional, in person and over the phone. My biggest concern that I voiced just 2 days ago is with the Dr and staff turn over. Its very high. My family and I have seen numerous Drs in the past 3 yrs since switching to fairway. Not sure how much longer well be going there.
I had to switch eye doctors after 15 years! Ugh I hate change anyways...the minute that I walked in I was greeted with a smile from the front desk. I literally had time to sit down and put my cards back in my wallet, so I didn’t have to wait at all. The office is on the smaller side so even waiting for the doctor to come in wasn’t a long wait at all. The doctor was kind and definitely felt like she cared about me and what was best for my eyes. Will definitely be recommending to my family and friends.
I have had large optic nerves since I was 12. I know to mention it when I go to an eye doctor but I didnt really know why so its always been a heads up kind of thing on my end. Dr. Larcom is the only one to explain how my optic nerves relate to glaucoma and what the doctor actually monitors when keeping an eye on my optic nerve. Took twenty years for someone to realize a little patient education could go a long way. On top of that she has a nice calm voice and you can hear that she cares. I was very impressed.
The staff are very kind and really helpful! They dont try to pressure you into buying things you dont need, and you can tell they really go out of their way to do whats best for each customer. We had a wonderful experience!

Very impressed with Fairway Eye Center. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Jon was amazing and very friendly. After meeting with the doctor, I was told I needed to select frames. My eyes were double dialated at the time!!! Of course Jon suggested I return at a later date but I needed the glasses for work...and ASAP. After several pairs, he helped me narrow it down to the one that looked best. The glasses arrived and I wasnt really sure what I was getting LOL. But I LOVE them and they fit my face nicely. The price was right, the people were right, and to top it off they have Saturday appointments! This location is doing it ALL right! I will return next year! Thank you again Fairway Eye Center for a great first experience!
When picking out glasses Im looking for an honest opinion. They gave me one, telling me which glasses fit my face well and which ones didnt. I came away with the best frames Ive ever had. Part of the reason was their selection is way bigger than Ive seen at the other places. Check this place out!
The staff at this place was so rude. I had to greet them when I walked in because they were so busy talking amongst themselves. They didnt tell me I had a Copay until I filled it all my Insurance forms and my daughter was already in the room. When they found out I am not paying my CoPay today, they left my daughter in the room by herself. I had to walk back there to get her. How unprofessional...

I called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Nina who was extremely rude. I asked for my husband, myself and 2 children to be scheduled on the same day, which is what we did last year. She told me that this would be impossible! I told her we did this last year! I finally asked to speak with someone else. Considering loved ones illnesses and all that my family has gone through recently, I just didnt have the patience to deal with her attitude. I finally spoke with Victoria, who was extremely nice, and she scheduled exactly what I needed. Its really sad that paying customers have to receive this type of treatment. Even though Victoria was nice, she never apologized for the poor service I received. I sure hope you all do better, at some point.
Their glasses selection put my last vision centers selection to shame! So many cool frames to choose from I never considered taking my prescription anywhere else. The staff is very honest about what looks good on you and what doesnt. Thanks for the help!
Horrible business practices in my opinion. I had my first eye exam and everything went fine. I ordered contacts and wasn’t given options for different brands, I was given the most expensive brand (which I didn’t find out until later on). After getting my contacts back I found out they were the wrong prescription, I couldn’t see. I had to come back for a SECOND eye exam and I was told I may be one of those people who can’t wear colored contacts (which wasn’t true because I had them at my previous eye doctor). I was also given two different prescriptions during that exam. It’s like we were playing a guessing game with my eyes. I ended up having to give my originals contacts back in exchange for a temporary trial pair while I waited for my new prescription to come in. I came back again and the contacts were fine as far as vision was concerned, but after about three weeks I noticed my eyes were irritated and I’d get extreme headaches. I still had my trial pair I put those in for about a week and noticed those symptoms stopped. It had been over 30 days and I couldn’t exchange the contacts which I understood. I decided to call my old eye doctor to find out what brand of contacts I wore with them because they were perfect. When I found out the name of the brand I called Fairway to see if they had that brand and come to find out they do. I asked to switch the brand and they explained they wouldn’t be able to switch the brand without ANOTHER full eye exam. Unfortunately for me my insurance won’t cover the exam more than once a year so they’re going to make me pay full price for a service my insurance covered three months ago just to change brands. I basically got cheated out of the money my insurance covered during the first exam and their excuse is the health of the eyes can change in the course of three months so they want me to pay them full price for the same information instead of giving me the brand that has worked for my eyes. I hate that I used my insurance with them because I’m stuck having to use them since they’ve already used my insurance for my eye exams. All these people care about is money. There was no compromise she offered me nothing considering the circumstances and when I told them I wouldn’t be doing business with them anymore their response was “that’s fine.” On that note I’ll spend the money somewhere else before I give them a penny of my money ever again. Disgusting business! They have all these hidden polices and don’t share them until there’s something they can’t do for you.
Staff is awesome and dr Larson is pleasant and friendly, she explained everything to me she wasn’t in a rush to get to the person she treated me as if I was her only patient even though she had two others, and the guy whom help you with the glasses was wonderful he explain everything and why he thought I need transitioning on my glasses but didn’t force me into any thing over all I rate them 💯 out of a 10, clean Environment and respectable staff.
This was my first time getting the eye exam in a while ... But I was very impressed with the customer service and how they treated me when I walk through the door everyone was nice and very friendly ... when I was going to get my exam they explained everything that was going to be going on and when I was done they gave me plenty of options to look into about eyeglasses and they did not pressure me to purchase anything... I enjoy my eye exam and I will definitely be returning in the near future ...
The staff is very knowledgable, friendly and attentive. Dr. Larcom is amazing and especially attentive and well educated on care of eyes for patients with auto immune conditions.
Total waists of time and money. Asked them if they could take care of my needs, they said yes took the money and didnt even get close to what I needed!

Fairway Eye Center offers incredible service and the areas largest selection of luxury frames. Plus they have a 2 year warranty on all frames and lenses. The experience cant be beat. The business is family oriented and great for those who want the best care for their children.
